I've been to Pho Fusion a couple times now and it has quickly become my favorite Pho restaurant! First and foremost their pho is to die for! The broth is light but incredibly flavorful and complex. The large size is pretty filling and comes with a generous amount of toppings (I usually get rare beef and beef balls). They also have a small size, which I think makes a good lunch size, and extra large size, which I haven't tried yet. Along with the pho they provide a plate of bean sprouts, basil, lime, and chili peppers. I've also gotten their shrimp rolls that I really enjoy. They come well wrapped (nobody wants a shrimp roll that falls apart) and taste very fresh and light. The peanut sauce that accompanies the rolls is delicious too! The service is always very pleasant and polite. They're attentive and quick whenever I need anything like refilling a drink. Inside the restaurant is modern and kept very clean, while tables are well stocked with serve-your-own chopsticks, spoons, and sauces. Overall, I can't say enough about Pho Fusion. My go to Pho restaurant! My boyfriend and I have been coming here for the past 5 years and the quality has never changed, always the same well made bowl of pho (occasionally we'll switch it up and get rice or vermicelli). When you come in, you will always be greeted by friendly faces. The workers call you "friend" and it feels genuine and sweet. Good is good for Newmarket. It's authentic and has the flavour of pho. I think for Newmarket this place is top on my list of favs. Service is good. came here on a Sunday night and since it's just one hour away from closing, we didn't have to wait too too long to be seated. Seems like it's just two staff on the floor at the front. We ordered a chicken wing, a small rare beef pho and a bun with sugar cane shrimp, spring roll and pork. I found that the price seems a tiny bit cheaper but I know why, the portion was also smaller. The chicken wings were over cooked, it's dry inside. I thought it's lemon pepper but it's just salt on the side. The pho was small size and it feels smaller than other pho places small. Overall taste wise it was fine but nothing to rave or remarkable about. The bun I thought oh it was sugarcane shrimp which is not super common so I'm gonna try it. But it was a let down, only little shrimp and it tastes weird, not sure how to describe, it almost don't taste like shrimp. Also the spring roll, small piece and the filling was also something I'm not used to. The pork taste the best. Also the sauce wasn't enough for the whole bowl of bun, I ended up need to add some pho soup in order to finish the bowl. I don't think I'd crave to come back, at least not soon. This will be our go-to Vietnamese place from now on! Arrived about 6:30 pm on a Monday night and the place slowly filled up. Waitress was so attentive and friendly, "regulars" were coming in and being greeted well. We tasted 3 different types of rolls and all were so delicious, including the peanut sauce. We are big fans of Bun; my grilled chicken and grilled pork combo was super delicious. My husband was not keen on his grilled beef Bun but beef is rarely "super", it's just such an expensive ingredient (we like beef tenderloin so we have too-high standards); next time he'll go w grilled pork. The Bun was so delicious: ordinarily (at Viet restaurants we've frequented in the past) we ask for additional sauce but the Bun was so flavourful, w a variety of ingredients, we were just fine as is. With two side orders of rolls, and 2 Bun, we were absolutely stuffed lol. Too bad we live in downtown Toronto or we would be able to come more regularly. At least I found this place lol! read more

Have I never posted a review of Pho Fusion? Shame on me, this is one of my go to places whenever I'm in the mood to run out and grab some pho. The service is always super quick. There's ample room for anybody who wants to dine in however I will tell you that most days the restaurant is pretty full at lunch, so no guarantees. Apparently I'm not the only person who loves this place. They've got a great menu with lots of variety. I actually prefer eating pho in a restaurant rather than taking it home personally but I will bring it home in a pinch. I just find that the meat is just that much better when it's served to you rather than putting it together at home. I imagine like other for restaurants they put the noodles in one container the soup base in another container and then all the little fixings come with it. You just put them all together and eat it up Yum. I have more to say, but unfortunately, my cat is looking at me and it is dinner time and so she wants attention if you've ever seen my cat. Generous portions, but broth didn't hit the mark. Service: It was a busy Saturday lunch hour, and they only had one or two staff serving the entire restaurant. It was really difficult to flag one of them down, as they had too many tables to take care of. It took a while to get menus, and a second round to get tea, but the meal came pretty quickly. Food: The Bun Cha Gio was very clean, and you can tell the vegetables are very fresh. The spring roll was crispy, and the sauce helped bring the dish together, although is was on the sweeter side. The pho on the other hand, was not as flavourful as I would have hoped. When we got it, you could tell the broth was on the cloudier side, and although the bowl was humongous (we ordered an XL), it was filled with vermicelli and not very much meat (ratio-wise). The beef flavour was there, but on the lighter side. The accompanied fresh bean sprouts, red chili, and basil were appreciated. I was so hungry and occupied with a child that I forgot to take a picture of the menu. I usually order the same thing at every pho place I go to - and it's the pho house special. A Cold Freezing Day A Hot Bowl of Pho I came to Pho Fusion at Newmarket with not much expectation. Rare Beef, Tripe and Meatball Small Size ($6.95) was quite a good portion. Rare beef still rare and the hot soup was hot enough to cook it to medium rare right at my table. Service was OK. They were a little busy inside the kitchen so I had to find someone so I can pay. Went to this restaurant for the first time today. I took my elderly parents and my teenage daughter here for lunch. The location is beautiful and clean BUT the customer service is very BAD. My daughter loves bubble tea so she ordered one with her meal. When she tasted it she immediately pushed it away disgusted. She said it tasted like dirty dish water. So naturally I sent it back with the waitress but she refused saying she ordered it so I must pay for it. It was not an issue of money but it was an issue with product quality. I asked to speak to a manager and the mother came out fighting with me bec she said there's no way she's refundi the drink because we chose to order it!!! This is the most obscene thing I've ever heard at a restaurant. after I didn't tip for the poor service, the manager screamed at me to get out of her store if I no tip. I'm now banned lol. to top it off, my dad asked for mild pad tai and they gave him spicy. The rest of the dishes were very bland and boring. Love this place, we come here regularly. House special pho or BÚN vermicelli is what we usually get, love those dishes! The fresh spring rolls are also good. It's clean, service is not super fast but reasonable. Add: one of the times when visited, ordered bubble tea with tapioca. Stopped in for a quick lunch while in Stouffville, Pho Fusion knocked my socks off with excellent pho sate. I really just wanted a decent bowl of pho and they delivered that and some. The broth was nice and clear but had lots of depth. Noodles were cooked just right and the meat (brisket, rare beef and tripe) all tasted very good. Only downside was that they didn't have culantro which would have made for a perfect bowl of pho for me. This Vietnamese restaurant is one of the busiest in Newmarket. We came during labour day around 6:30, and it was packed! This restaurant is usually very busy, especially on a weekend. Coming in, we were lucky there were some spots open, and the server seated us down right away. As time went by, the restaurant had a lineup. Usually they expect that you probably know what to order so they come to you pretty quickly, but they are not rude if you need more time. There is a variety of food to choose from, such as appetizers, rice dishes, and especially Pho. We wanted to try something else as we tried the Pho before (which was delish!). The food came in around 10-15 mins depending on the dish we ordered, but the appetizer came the fastest. We ordered: - Grilled Beef Rice Roll w Peanut Sauce ($5.50): Very refreshing as it is non fried appetizer with a lot of veggies stuffed inside. The beef was very tasty and soft and altogether, the peanut sauce complimented it well. My only complaint was that the beef piece was kind of small. - BBQ chicken Breast & Pork Chop w rice ($12.95): Again, the meat was very tasty, and soft, but for the price you're paying for, I find that it was pretty thin. I can honestly say it was more like jerky (as they are thin). - BBQ Chicken Breast & Quiche w rice ($12.50): Similarily to the previous dish, I had no complaints about the chicken, except that it was thin. The quiche is essentially a meat pie stuffed with mushrooms and glass noodles which was very tasty. It wasn't thin at all, which made me happy. Overall, I'd still come back here but maybe I'll get their pho next time as I find they are abit too stingy with the meat portions in the rice dishes. read more

Had lunch with my hubby here. He had the chicken vermencilli rice bowl(sorry for spelling). Said it was ok but wouldn't order again as the chicken made the whole bowl have a bbq flavor. He loves another pho spot in town that was closed for the day so he was battling that disappointment and compares every place to this spot. So take his comments that way. (The spring roll in his dish was amazing!) I had the chicken pad Thai. Let me tell you it was amazing! Sauced well, not oily, nice spice and good amount of veggy and chicken. LOVED IT. Only complaint is that they are not on Uber eats so I cannot get this when I'm lazy at home. Place was busy for our lunch time. We come here often for a quick fix of pho when in Newmarket. This place is is usually packed by 12pm on a weekday so get here quick. I usually opt for a bbq pork vermicelli with o I like about it is they include mint and pickled onions/beets with the dish. Very refreshing. The spring rolls are not my favourite but it's still good. Today we were craving Vietnamese food, so we decided to try somewhere random and new. Found this place on yelp so we thought we would give it a try. I walked in and no body greeted us asking how many people we had. I literally was standing there for about 5 minutes until I could get the attention of the guy working there since he was looking my way but didn't say a word.... strange. I ordered pho chay (vegetarian pho) in a medium, Hubs for the XL pho Dac biet to share w the kids. Plus a side order of the shrimp fresh rolls and fried spring rolls. Also another order of the grilled pork & chicken on rice plate. I was surprised to see only 2 small spring rolls w/ very little fish sauce (no garnishing of lettuce & pickled radish and carrot) on the side. Fresh rolls were large mainly filled w noodles, dipping sauce lacked flavour.... disappointed. The flavour of the regular pho was more beefy rather than perfumed with the aromas of cardamom, cinnamon and fennel seeds. Tasted more like beef broth w noodles. The plate of grilled meat was ok, usually you would expect a hunky chunk of meat when you order these types of dishes but the meat was very thin and small portion. The vegetable pho was ok, lacked the "pho aroma" that most people associate a bowl A pho to but overall I enjoyed the mixed vegetables in the bowl of noodles. Would I go back? No, probably not. Maybe just for the pho chay. If you are looking for an authentic Vietnamese place to eat- maybe try elsewhere. It really stands up to its name "..... fusion" maybe it was catered more towards non-Vietnamese people so the flavours are not as deep and rich like the true authentic way of making pho etc. read more

Consistently good food. Outstanding service. We have been going there for 12 years. Nicely decorated, always clean and a friendly ambiance. My personal favourite Pho Ga with a side of fresh rolls with chicken. Sad to have seen a female diner and her three companions mistreat the staff at lunch time yesterday February 4 2022. Whatever the issue, the staff did not deserve to be treated by these people with abusive language and insulting gestures. Funny to hear them say that they "did not know how to run their business" when the place is so full of repeating customers that it is common to have to wait in line for a table. We never mind the wait because the experience is so good. Kudos to the staff for taking the high road and remaining respectful and professional to handle these disruptive customers We were relieved when they finally left. I read about Pho Fusion a couple of days ago here on Yelp and decided to check it out with my girlfriend last night for a late dinner, and now I find myself back here for lunch the very next day. Tucked into a strip mall on the southwest corner of Mulock and Bayview, from the outside Pho Fusion may not look like the most appealing place to stop for a meal. But like most things you can't judge a restaurant by it's facade. Inside lies a simple but elegant decor and uncrowded seating for about 50. The staff was polite and helpful offering advice on selections and the food service has been quick during both of our visits with the plates hitting the table within 5 minutes of our ordering. Being perhaps the most unadventurous eater in the world both meals I tried the Pho Tai (Rare beef with Rice noodles) and been very pleased. The beef was delivered in piping hot clear broth allowing you to cook it to your own personal tastes and the noodles and bean sprouts were both fresh and crisp. I highly recomend Pho Fusion to anyone in the area. read more

My girlfriend and I come here quite regularly. We've tried other pho/Vietnamese restaurants in the surrounding areas and they just don't cut it like Pho Fusion does. We're not from Newmarket, but will always make the trip just to come here. This place is consistently 10/10. We've probably tried everything on the menu between the two of us and I haven't found anything I didn't like. I'm not sure I've ever had any concerns in regards to food and service. 4.5 stars for Pho Fusion! I was weary about trying pho again. I really didn't enjoy it the first time but a girlfriend of mine (with good taste buds) kept telling me how delicious is really is. She'd tell me all about the poison sauce, the add-ins, the raw beef... After a few weeks of this I decided I'd try it again. Well, first off, it's actually called Hoisin sauce. Apparently my listening ears weren't on. Second of all, it was actually really tasty. I thought Pho Fusion was wonderful. The service was prompt, the presentation was appealing, the flavour was apparent and my company was spot on. I ordered a small shrimp pho & shrimp rolls with a peanut sauce. The small pho is enough for 1.5 people, honestly! I stuffed myself to the brim with soup and took the rest to go for lunch the next day. It is definitely better the first time around but I'm not complaining. The peanut sauce for the rolls was also really, really good. Be mindful the rolls are served cold but they too are filling. For a lunch that really could've been my lunch + dinner, I paid $17 which included tax and tip. Jasmine tea is on the house. I noticed a lot of families dining in too which to me shows it's affordable. I also felt my order was pleasantly healthy. Might you be asking if I'd return? For sure I would! read more

I never tried the Pho or Vietnamese food before, I tried the rare beef soup, and I like it. The large bowl is indeed large, I couldn't finish it, and btw, the prices are pretty reasonable. It is a bowl of very hot beef stock, with rice noodles and some rarely cooked beef slices on top. As soon as you dip the beef in the soup it fully cooks which I found interesting! It comes with some veggies ( sprouts, sage, onions I think) on the side that you would through in to blanch. The stock tastes great, and the meet has no spices on it, which I'm guessing that's how it is done in Vietnam. The menus has a nice variety, and on the Saturday I came in, the place had a good crowd. The service is friendly and warm, and everyone gets free jasmine tee with their orders. I will definitely visit again to try other items. read more

Ok, when you live in Newmarket or Aurora and you are so far north, finding a good Vietnamese restaurant is hard! I've been coming here since they opened and just find myself always coming back. Their portions are a good size, get any dish with grilled chicken in it, it's bomb dot com. Service is always on point as it is a family run joint and the owner is always there with a smile. Pho Fusion sets the standard for Pho for me. The food is always fast, tasty, and very fairly priced. I've been going to Pho Fusion for a very long time. The owners treat everyone very much like family. It is also a favourite of many of my business associates. I must keep a gluten free diet, and I am able to have the Pho with no issues. If you need to keep a gluten free diet, avoid the soy sauce, and the Hoisin sauce. I always order the house special. It comes with tendon, tripe, flank, rare beef, and beef balls. They know how to cook tendon perfectly. It is my favourite part of the soup. I typically also skip the tripe. I am able to have this soup as a high protein option as well by skipping the noodles and gettign extra bean sprouts.
