    Overcooked chicken wings, dry inside
    Tung Y.

came here on a Sunday night and since it's just one hour away from closing, we didn't have to wait too too long to be seated. Seems like it's just two staff on the floor at the front. We ordered a chicken wing, a small rare beef pho and a bun with sugar cane shrimp, spring roll and pork. I found that the price seems a tiny bit cheaper but I know why, the portion was also smaller. The chicken wings were over cooked, it's dry inside. I thought it's lemon pepper but it's just salt on the side. The pho was small size and it feels smaller than other pho places small. Overall taste wise it was fine but nothing to rave or remarkable about. The bun I thought oh it was sugarcane shrimp which is not super common so I'm gonna try it. But it was a let down, only little shrimp and it tastes weird, not sure how to describe, it almost don't taste like shrimp. Also the spring roll, small piece and the filling was also something I'm not used to. The pork taste the best. Also the sauce wasn't enough for the whole bowl of bun, I ended up need to add some pho soup in order to finish the bowl. I don't think I'd crave to come back, at least not soon. Was surprised by the quality since it seems quite popular.

Have I never posted a review of Pho Fusion? Shame on me, this is one of my go to places whenever I'm in the mood to run out and grab some pho. The service is always super quick. There's ample room for anybody who wants to dine in however I will tell you that most days the restaurant is pretty full at lunch, so no guarantees. Apparently I'm not the only person who loves this place. They've got a great menu with lots of variety. I actually prefer eating pho in a restaurant rather than taking it home personally but I will bring it home in a pinch. I just find that the meat is just that much better when it's served to you rather than putting it together at home. I imagine like other for restaurants they put the noodles in one container the soup base in another container and then all the little fixings come with it. You just put them all together and eat it up Yum. I have more to say, but unfortunately, my cat is looking at me and it is dinner time and so she wants attention if you've ever seen my cat. Here she is. Meow!!

Generous portions, but broth didn't hit the mark. Service: It was a busy Saturday lunch hour, and they only had one or two staff serving the entire restaurant. It was really difficult to flag one of them down, as they had too many tables to take care of. It took a while to get menus, and a second round to get tea, but the meal came pretty quickly. Food: The Bun Cha Gio was very clean, and you can tell the vegetables are very fresh. The spring roll was crispy, and the sauce helped bring the dish together, although is was on the sweeter side. The pho on the other hand, was not as flavourful as I would have hoped. When we got it, you could tell the broth was on the cloudier side, and although the bowl was humongous (we ordered an XL), it was filled with vermicelli and not very much meat (ratio-wise). The beef flavour was there, but on the lighter side. The accompanied fresh bean sprouts, red chili, and basil were appreciated. Overall: Decent if you're in the area and looking for a hearty bowl of pho, but wouldn't go out of my way to make the trip.

Great place for Vietnamese food. Not the best in Metropolitan, but it's ok for Newmarket / Aurora area. Service: 4 * Authenticity: 3 * Food Taste: 3 * Ambience: 5 * Price: 4 * It's close to my office so it's my first choice for lunch If I crave for Pho or grilled chicken with rice. PadThai dishes also good here (it's Thai food tho). Overall rating 3.8 / 5 *

Honestly I can't believe I haven't been in this hidden gem of Pho! Just the best Pho Tái! Great service and good prices! Clean place!

Dropped by with the family, we're not guide to a vacant table till we stand there waiting for minutes. Need patient waiting for the food. Food is good anyway very tasty traditional style Vienam dishes. No disappointing. Busy in the evening.

We reserved a table for 8. Once we arrived the staff made us to sit in two different tables. They should have told us if they cannot accommodate a table for 8. In term of food, their food quality is not bad. We ordered 2 large bowls of P12 beef pho and P16 mix beef and chicken with quail eggs. I did not get thirty after drinking the soup. The portion is little small. So I don't recommend to order small bow as it would be very small

I was so hungry and occupied with a child that I forgot to take a picture of the menu. I usually order the same thing at every pho place I go to - and it's the pho house special. It did not strike me as being any different from any other good pho place. Broth was flavourful, and there was an average amount of noodles and toppings. My hunger was satisfied and I would eat here again if I were in the area.

Went on a Friday during lunch and man was it busy! The service is polite and the food came out quite quickly. I ordered the vermicelli bowl and it is quite filling! I loved the egg roll that was in the bowl, fried to perfection. Everything was great, it's hard to try something new next time when I know the vermicelli bowl is amazing. A big high point for me is the fish sauce (nuc mum), they nailed it.

A Cold Freezing Day A Hot Bowl of Pho I came to Pho Fusion at Newmarket with not much expectation. Rare Beef, Tripe and Meatball Small Size ($6.95) was quite a good portion. Rare beef still rare and the hot soup was hot enough to cook it to medium rare right at my table. Service was OK. They were a little busy inside the kitchen so I had to find someone so I can pay. Some of the chopsticks in the bucket on the table were a little dirty, with food particle sticking on them. Not a bad choice if you feel like some Vietnamese when in you are in the area.

I ordered a bowl of pho number P12. The soup tasted quite good since I didn't feel thirsty when I got home (less MSG!). It was a busy restaurant with customers coming and going. The service was good.

Love this place, we come here regularly. House special pho or BÚN vermicelli is what we usually get, love those dishes! The fresh spring rolls are also good. It's clean, service is not super fast but reasonable. Add: one of the times when visited, ordered bubble tea with tapioca. It had a very strong burnt taste (what!?) ... tapioca was burnt but still used in the drink. It was bitter, even with all the sugar trying to mask the burnt flavour.

Entire menu could be condensed and shrunk by half since it's just a repeat of the same pho with combinations of chicken, beef, and other assorted things, same for the rice dishes.

We ordered a vermicelli with pork sausage, grilled pork and spring roll, a stir fry rice noodles with assorted veggies and beef, chicken, shrimp, a deep fried chicken with butter and a mango milkshake. Since we ordered through door dash, all these came out to be $54 with tax and fees and everything which is quite pricey IMO. 1. Mango milkshake. Don't order this. It is so bland and tasteless that I almost can't tell it is mango milkshake. Almost like I know it's mango milkshake cuz i was told it is one. They must have added a tone of ice cuz it's all just bits of ice. Maybe they add only two chunks of mango to add some yellow color to it. It is bad. 2. Stir fried noodles with assorted meat and veggies. It is not the dry version as I expect, it's the saucy/wet style of Ho Fun. This dish is alright, reasonable. Good portion and still hot upon arrival. The shrimp is big and fresh but only two pieces. Overall a decent dish. 3. Deep fried chicken wings with butter. This is a very strange dish. First of all the batter is so weird it is thick it is chewy. The smell of the butter is there but the taste isn't. The meat itself is tender but the batter just ruined it. If you have tried the ones at The Pho Restaurant in markham, you will be very disappointed with this one. I definitely would not order it. 4. Vermicelli with spring roll, grilled pork and pork sausage. This dish is pretty good. The grilled pork has strong bbq taste to it, the pork sausage was also good. The spring roll however is a all-meat spring rolls which is also kinda strange to me. Didn't like it. The meat are on the salty side but balance well with the vermicelli. Vermicelli is on the thinner side but is a tad bit warm and does not clump together. For such price it paying, really have higher expectations for it. The pho restaurant in markham is still my favorite Vietnamese restaurant.
