Pho

This place serves exceptional pho. The broth is among the best I have tried, and I particularly love their spring rolls.

#1 Pho meal! Large size

Love the place! I've actually never dined in but only enjoyed takeout/ togo from here! Each time it has not disappointed me. I came in tonight 45 minutes before closing, the service was quick and prompt even though they had a full house. I had the #1 Pho in the large size. The broth was flavorful and the soup was very filling. Honestly two people could share it. I also got an order of the Goi Cuon (spring rolls) with the peanut sauce! Those were bomb as well. Definitely will be back to dine in.

Thursday night and this place is busy. Wait was about 10 minutes and found seating at the bar. Rolls: liked the one shrimp in that but didn't care for the meat in that. Peanut dipping sauce seemed a little watered down and tasteless. Pho: good flavor as the meat juices mixed in but expected more flavor off the bat. Everything was very fresh. Strawberry smoothie with boba: very icy. Boba was done just right but could have had a little sweetener as it was tasteless. Great service!

Holy. Pho. Heaven. Seeking to quell the pho craving that was rising within me, I grabbed my phone and gave a quick Yelp search to find this little gem tucked on the outskirts of Greeley. So Marissa C and I made our way to Pho Duy to get our pho on. Here's what happened: The Space: The space is actually quite large; not what I expected when we arrived. It features a full bar and plenty of socially distanced seating to accommodate any group size. The Service: Our server was on it. He gave us the perfect amount of time to review the menu, answer some questions, and make our selections. He ensured that our water glasses were never empty. The Pho: Yum! The broth is where it's at and Pho Duy has some killer broth - perfectly seasoned and hot. We both typically order rare steak pho. The meat was perfectly tender - definitely fresh. We split a single plate of bean sprouts and fixings which works well for us. Then we add all the sauces. Mmm... So good! The Price: So incredibly reasonable. Our two small rare steak phos, and order of egg rolls came out to a mere $9.80. Whoa! Who would've known that pho this good was hiding on the outskirts of Greeley all this time?! Well now I know, and I plan to make my to Pho Duy whenever I'm in the area! #phoyeah

Shrimp pho

I've been on the road a few days and grew tired of subs and fast food so I dropped in on my break.I ordered the Shrimp Pho Bowl & it was well worth it. I walked in thinking the House Special combo included pho but it didnt so I chose the Shrimp. The meal took about 10mins to prepare & was PIPING HOT! So hot the lid on my togo cup melted so BE WARNED. Overall a great experience the staff was nice & told me about the portions sizes. I currently have leftovers for tonight so if you want some for now & some for later order a medium or large sized soup.

Tai, Chin Pho aka rare steak and brisket soup.

Food was good! Never saw waitress after our food and drink was brought out. Portions have gotten a lot smaller since opened.

We were in time for the lunch menu and I will say from the get go that we were promptly seated, waited on and all our food outstanding. The lunch menu, although a bit abbreviated from the dinner menu, had many favorites to be found. The lunch special included an entree; choice of Jasmine, brown or fried rice; an egg roll and choice of a salad with ranch dressing or tom kha soup with chicken. My friend had the spicy basil with chicken, Jasmine rice and soup. I had their panang curry with chicken, fried rice and soup. The soup came out quickly as individual bowls and was a touch spicy, but fully flavorful all the same. The vegetable egg rolls came out piping hot, but were not even slightly greasy. Our server checked on us midway through our meal and I added a mango iced tea and mango with black sticky rice. I have had Thai all over the U.S., France, Germany and Italy and I have to say the food here is as good as any place I have ever eaten. Prices are extremely reasonable, especially considering how good the food tastes. I will definitely add this place to my list of best Thai restaurants in the Fort Collins area. I can't wait to go back for an evening meal.

We were seated immediately and given menus. Our waiter returned about 10 minutes later with water and to take our order. Carry out is always busy so yeah it took a little while to get our food. Food never disappoints but service tonight was not up to what it has been. Once our food was served no one checked back to see if it was ok, our water was never replenished and at the end of the meal we had to flag down a waiter to get a check and a to go box. We had a gift certificate and our waiter was unsure how to process it. Another wait time ensued. In the past on a Friday night there have been 2-3 wait staff in the floor. Yes, it's a small restaurant but when it's busy they need the extra help. I'll keep coming back because I love their food but the service has to step it up. Train the servers on how to check on tables, refill water and be present when the table is nearing the end of their meal. When serving another table don't ignore the tables already served and right next to where you are standing.

I didn't feel the pineapple did much for it, but still super tasty. The non-breaded chicken that came in the rice was also super juicy and delicious. The owner - I think it was anyway - was very sweet and personable. It's hard to tell where they are unless you're looking for them as the sign is missing letters. But, there are a lot of signs indicating to go to the drive through to speak with someone or pick up an order. I'd definitely order from here again. I'm really disappointed by the Rangoons though Those are my favorite. I'll try the dumplings next time

From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the genuine care the staff showed toward their customers. But what truly sets this place apart is their exceptional understanding of gluten-free dining and their commitment to making it a safe and delicious experience. As someone with Celiac disease, I'm always cautious when eating out, but Asian Pearl Bistro put my mind at ease immediately. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about gluten-free needs, and they took the time to explain how they prepare their dishes to avoid cross-contamination. They use corn starch instead of wheat flour for their crispy, mouthwatering battered items--like the gluten-free sweet and sour chicken, which is hands-down the best I've ever had. The texture was perfectly crunchy, and the flavor was so spot-on that I didn't feel like I was missing out on anything. What I loved most was the variety. Nearly every dish on the menu can be adapted to be gluten-free, which is a rare treat for those of us with dietary restrictions. My daughter, who also has Celiac, raved about the gluten-free sesame chicken, and we both appreciated how the staff went out of their way to ensure our meals were safe. They even swapped out fortune cookies for Hershey's kisses for us--a small but thoughtful touch that made us feel truly cared for. The food itself was outstanding--fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Beyond that, the owners and staff were so friendly and attentive, checking in to make sure everything was perfect. It's not just a meal here; it's an experience that leaves you feeling understood and valued. Asian Pearl Bistro isn't a dedicated gluten-free facility, but their diligence and expertise make it a haven for anyone with Celiac or gluten sensitivities. I've eaten there multiple times now, and I've never once felt unwell afterward--a testament to their care and skill. If you're in Windsor and looking for a place that combines incredible Asian cuisine with a deep understanding of gluten-free needs, this is it. I can't recommend it highly enough--it's a five-star standout in every way!

So, we decided to give it a try. And we weren't disappointed. The dishes we've tried there so far have been fantastic and delicious! They definitely don't skimp on the meat by throwing-in a bunch of vegetables to mask things. The portion sizes were quite generous. Everything we've had there so far have been fresh and oh so tasty! We liked it so much that we've now been there several times. I highly recommend their sesame chicken, sesame beef, orange chicken, orange beef and Mongolian beef. I am sure everything in their menu is great but above are the dishes we tried so far. The above dishes, except for the Mongolian beef, were fried in very lightly coated batter and fried to absolute perfection! So there wasn't a thick layer of dough masking a thin sliver of meat (some restaurants use this trick to stretch their meat). The Mongolian beef was cooked just right to juicy perfection; seasoned to absolute perfection with just the right amount of sauce, onions and black pepper. Even the red dipping sauce they serve you with fried wonton strips before your meal comes was delicious. Instead of your sugary red-dye sauce, this had a pleasant yet slight hint of fresh ginger. I highly recommend this Chinese restaurant!

We were told they no longer serve Korean corn dogs after 7:30 PM, and then another employee mentioned the cutoff was actually 7:35 PM after asking a coworker. It wasn't clear whether this was an established policy or a decision being made at the moment. My family, friends, and I come here regularly, and we've never heard of a cutoff time for Korean corn dogs. If this is an actual policy, that's completely understandable--but it should be clearly posted so customers know before ordering. What disappointed me most was the customer service. There was no apology or attempt to help us further. A simple, "I'm sorry, we can't make Korean corn dogs tonight, but can I get you anything else?" would have gone a long way. We were planning on placing a much larger order, but since no one tried to help us with anything else, we decided to leave. I'm giving 1 star because of the customer service, not because one menu item wasn't available. We usually have good experiences here, which is why this one was so disappointing. I'm leaving this review in hopes that management is aware of what happened, clarifies the policy if one exists, and reminds the staff that great customer service is what keeps customers coming back
