Terrible experience with Customer Service/weight staff. He was very rude, not attentive and tried to overcharge me. Other than that food was good. The location was a little strange, but I enjoyed the food quality once they got my order right

This place has an absolutely ginormous menu of options and typically that would make me take a pause on how good it might actually be. But everything I tried and everything my friends ordered looked and tasted delicious! I got the spring rolls as well as their Chicken Pad Thai, and both of them were quite delicious and well portioned. The peanut sauce that came with the spring rolls tasted fresh and really helped the flavor pop. Definitely looking forward to a return visit just to try many more things on the menu.

I've heard great things about Pho Dollar and we have been meaning to try it. We came on a chilly Friday evening after work and it was everything we were hoping for. I have to say this is the most authentic pho that I've had in the area. The broth was delicious and flavorful and all the ingredients were fresh and tasty. There were more pho combos than I've ever seen and it was cool to see so many variations. As like most authentic Asian restaurants the decor was very basic, the service was good and fast, the food was amazing and came in huge portions. We each had a bowl of pho and had enough for another lunch the next day. We also enjoyed an order of dumplings and a to go order of bun tin nang and it was about $50. Lots to choose from here as the menu is pretty large. We will be back again soon.

This is my go to spot downtown for tasty Pho! It is a hole in the wall, but the food quality here is super authentic. The broth you can tell is super flavorful and has been made to perfection! The service was super causal. Overall recommend for a good pho!

All items were delicious! The space is clean and warm. The staff are welcoming. The presentation for the vermicelli wraps was a cute DIY setup. More drink options would be appreciated! Will return for the fresh homemade food.

Exceptional place! Any Viet place that offers Hu Tieu Nam Vang or Bun Bo Xue, already must be a legit place. Most people know vietnamese food for pho, but I argue that Hu tieu and Bun Bo xue are probably superior in their elegant, sweet, clean tastes. This place also had banh mi- already another winner in my mind. We also ordered a rice platter which was also delicious. Hu Tieu is a Thin clear rice noodles with cooked pork, poached shrimp, ground pork, quail eggs, fried garlic, and caramelized shallots, served in chicken and pork broth. The caramelized shallots is what makes this seafood sweet broth taste sublime and this place does it right. I highly recommend this dish for those who love pho but are ready to take their broth loving to the next level. The Bun Bo Xue is also out of this world. A complex but beautiful soup that is pho but a spicy version. Highly recommend this dish for those who love pho but want something spicy The meat platter dish was also outstanding; a perfectly barbecued sweet piece of meat with perfect jasmine rice and the right amount of romaine lettuce; they didn't put iceburg lettuce which to me is just gross. Banh Mi was also very good; I can't believe we ate all these dishes in one sitting. But that shows it was a very enjoyable experience and we hope to come back soon. We came here 2 times in 24 hours because of how good their food was!

Quiet, traditional spot with friendly staff. Nice gluten free, vegetarian options. And when you say spicy you get it!

i loveeee this place, and on special occasions (when friends are in town) ill take them here and make the drive down from north buffalo. the spring rolls are so yummy, honestly everything is - but my go to is the bun bo hue (spicy beef lemongrass soup) or the hu tieu nam vang. the iced coffee is also super good (i like mine more bitter). i'm also pretty picky with pho broth and this in my opinion has the best in terms of flavor. quick and friendly service always, casual dining spot highly recommend!

The best banh mi in Buffalo, also some of the most authentic Pho as well as delicious bun Bo hue. Seating and food is always pretty quick and have never had a bad experience.

Absolutely delicious! I don't know why I haven't given this place a chance. This quarantine has really made me want to try restaurants that I haven't been to. I'm quite picky when it comes to Vietnamese food as I grew up eating my father's home cooked meals. My fiancé and I ordered the pork banh mi, chicken pho, and com dat biet. The banh mi was really delicious and flavorful. I found the baguette to be too soggy for my taste though. The chicken pho was great and really hit the spot. The broth wasn't the best I've ever had but it was pretty good. My fiancé didn't care for his com but I liked it. The meat was tender, juicy, and flavored perfectly with lemon grass. Give this place a try! You won't regret it. Also A+ for the packaging of our order. There's nothing worst than getting messy takeout.

It was a nice date night spot. In terms of food, my partner and I were unimpressed. To preface, we are from CA/Bay Area. The okonomiyaki was delicious! 5/5 but we have no base reference for this dish. We would skip the sushi and ramen. Unfortunately the sushi rice was too hard. The fish was fine though, relatively fresh! The avocado in our CA roll was a little browned. The ramen was a little undercooked and hard. The toppings were good but the meat was a little hard/dehydrated? They did do us a favor and split our one order into two small bowls before bringing it out. overall, we would not come back, but we are glad to have experienced it.

I ordered miso soup along with the Las Vegas roll, which is a deep fried sushi roll with fresh salmon, crab meat, kimchi, and cream cheese tempura topped with eel sauce. It was pretty good. The eel sauce on top leaned a little sweeter than I usually prefer, so I was grateful for the soy sauce on the side to balance it out. The miso soup was nicely steamy but somewhat bland and watery. The side green salad was large, fresh and delicious. The sushi deluxe plate arrived with a gorgeous presentation on a square, wooden platter. Some of the chef's choices were fantastic: The salmon, smoked salmon, tuna and mackerel were superb; three were slightly dried out and hard - oops - and on my last piece, I found a pebble in the rice. These things happen. It's surprising they don't happen more often, given the harvesting process. I probably will try to make my next visit on a weekend, when the turnover is faster.

I ordered what I thought could have been an obscene amount of food only to receive extremely tiny portions. I ordered tako-su and a special of the same sort made of jelly fish which I had never had and was exited to try. I believe I also ordered a simple tuna roll thankfully or I may have starved like my friends. My friends both ordered the seafood tempura thinking this would be the size of a meal or at least include rice. Everything I ordered was about 3-4 bites of food, the sushi was 6 very tiny pieces. The sushi was good and if I ever went back I'd order more. The jelly fish was crunchy and interesting and I ordered it for the experience so I enjoyed it. I love octopus but this was the toughest most horribly overcooked octopus I've ever had. I forced some of it down but had to spit out two pieces of it because they were completely inedible octopus flavored rubber. My friends were extremely disappointed in their "meals" that consisted of a single tempura shrimp, a single tempura squid and a single tempura scallop. They left hangry. The drinks were good and seemingly normal portions. I don't know what the draw of this place is but I'd be willing to try it again to see if I just experienced an off day and a lack of appropriate expectations regarding price vs portions.
