This was our go to place for most Vietnamese food, however the last two times we ordered to go, was very disappointing. I always order their vermicelli noodles and the last two times I got it, I noticed their noodles were old and not fresh. I cook Vietnamese food at home so I can tell when the noodle is not fresh. It tasted like a day old noodle. Also the cut up lettuce on my noodles, were not green, but more on the yellow side. Not sure if they changed management, but I sure hope they read this review and make the proper changes. read more

It's alright. We came here for dinner Sunday night and ordered 4 pho's and a rice plate. The broth was sweet but after a few sip, broth tasted watered down and flavorless. No chili oil either so that should've been a sign. I don't understand the high reviews. read more

We did an order to go. We ordered two appetizers. One was Fresh spring roll with shrimp and grilled pork. I would say it was good, but would try something different. The other was mama marinated pork. I would definitely order this again- delicious. We ordered 3 bahn mi's. Chicken, pork, and beef. Bread was not as soft as expected. Meat was sparse on all 3 sandwiches and it was dry. I have had better, so likely won't order again. Maybe one day I'll give it another try. read more

I really like Bun Bo Hue over here. It tasted delicious. The shop just remodeled and it looks clean. Highly recommended.

The people are nice and I got seated immediately. Looks like it is a family restaurant and everything tasted homemade. New to the area and since Pho Cali was the closest place and had decent reviews we decided to risk a visit. As mentioned in some of the reviews the broth is very sweet and lacks that full flavor. One of the best Pho Big portions! Fast service. Very delicious meals. But service could be nicer, a bit polite and more attentive. When I asked to make one portion of smoothie into two cups for my kids, waiter said they will charge 50 cents, I agreed to that, but she brought it in one cup. She couldn't forget about my order cos it took few minutes to bring it. I didn't say anything. I ordered 2 banh mi sandwiches from door dash.. so disappointing!! NO MEAT !! Terrible!! They brag about how good their meat is but they put none on it! If you want a sandwich all bread n veggies with no meat then go here. I will never order again because they BLEW it! I don't trust them now and think everything they deliver will be cheap ! Good tasting pho, spring rolls and egg rolls. The BBQ Beef Sandwich were amazing, the BBQ pork had too much fat in them for our taste. Generous portions, we had leftovers. You can definitely share the Pho and maybe order other dishes. Service was not good and friendly, but we will come back for the sandwich and try the rice dishes next time. read more

Came here with a group of 15 and with only 30 minutes notice they were able to seat all of us. The food came out with in 15 minutes and the pho was delicious. One star off mainly for the appetizers the calamari in particular fell right out of the batter and the spring rolls were not to up to par. My go to place for Pho in Roseville. This place gets busy. Many doordash type of guys come in and pick up foods all the time. Food is good. Better than any other places in town. However, it's not 5 stars. They can improve much more. Don't expect the high level service from "pho" restaurant as you would not expect the service from McDonald or Walmart. You are not going into upscale Vietnamese restaurant. They are a bit short staffed but they are not rude at least. Hard working people. Second time eating here. We showed up at 930 with 4 adults and 6 kids. Pretty big party and it was late. We were received with smiles and seated. Most restaurants staff would have been pissed. Pho was good. We ordered Korean short ribs too and the kids liked that dish as well. However, I gave them a 2 for the environment. It seemed like their AC was not working. It was very humid inside and hot like outside (98 degrees F when we went). Utensils were open on the table and not prepackaged - not COVID19 safe. First timer here for a last minute dine in. I'm not from the area but was 30 mins from home and was craving soup. The location was conveniently close by and we arrived an hour before closing -which 10pm is pretty late but helpful to a lot of customers. Food - delicious and decently priced, ordered the beef stew with rice noodle, pork roll banh mi and 2 boba shakes. YUMMY Customer Service - everyone was so nice, not only to us but to everyone who came in. Though a family came in at 9:44, where take out food was the option as they would close at 10pm but the staff let them dine in without argument. (I would've stayed firm with take out because they would still have to cook, wait and clean after AND staying longer than usual) but I was pleasantly impressed of their willingness to let one more family eat passed closing time.
