Our server, Angel, made sure we had everything we needed and took great care of us throughout the meal. We started with the chicken curry puffs, and they were delicious! The crust was buttery and flaky, while the filling was perfectly warm with just the right amount of spice and flavor. For our main dishes, we ordered the pad Thai and khao soi. The pad Thai was savory and satisfying--exactly what you want from a classic noodle dish. The khao soi was rich and creamy, and the chili oil served alongside it added the perfect sharp kick to balance out the richness. For dessert, we had the classic mango sticky rice, which came out warm and soft, with perfectly ripe, tender mangoes. That's especially hard to find this season! Overall, a wonderful spot to stop in and enjoy a meal with family. And a fun P.S.--they offer a "disco celebration" song for birthdays, which was such a cool and unexpected experience!

Tried Thai Diner on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. The food was fantastic - all prepared by local Thai folks. Not a fancy setting but the staff is warm and welcoming, the service is great, and most importantly the food tastes like real Thai street food, not the semi Asian fusion stuff you get at many places. What a sweet gem this place is!…read more The interior is quaint and homey, offering warmth as soon as you come in. Now, let's get to the really good part: the food. Came here with my mom, as part of our tradition to check out restaurants she's not tried in Bethlehem (I grew up here, she still lives here and I am now in Philly). We each began with one of their Thai coconut soups: me, the 3 mushroom and her the chicken-coconut. This was so heavenly and light and scrumptious. The mushrooms were unusual and not typical of any I've tried. They had great texture and blended beautifully with the lemongrass and other traditional Thai aromatics. Mom got shrimp/crabmeat fried rice and absolutely loved it. I got the vegetarian Thai-Basil pad Thai and it was cooked to perfection! Lovely rice cellophane noodles, broccoli, sprouts, peppers and a phenomenal spicy basil infused sauce - not too heavy either. Service was warm and expedient. I would absolutely return !

If I came back, I'd order something else but I don't find this spot any better than some of the lower-rated Thai restaurants on this flower app and am not sure when I'd order from here again.
