The service was great. The manager came over and described any dishes if we had questions. I had Shrimp Pho and it was delicious. I put some spicy jelly in it and it had a kick to it but not that harsh. My sister had the vermicelli with shrimp and my BIL had the 4 protein Pho. They both enjoyed their meals. We also had the chicken satay and it did not disappoint. Don't sleep on the Vietnamese Black coffee. Better than any American coffee out there. Very rich flavor. The price of the meal was very inexpensive too. Enjoyed our meal tremendously.

Hidden gem in Bethlehem. Went there for pho, which was delicious, will come back to try more menu items. Street/meter parking out front. If you don't want to pay the meter I'm sure you can find parking in the side streets and walk. We're greeted when we walked in and was able to choose where to sit. Good amount of seating option. Service was fast and friendly. Very welcoming. We order pho w/flank. Broth was very good. We also ordered crispy spring rolls. Also very good. Definitely recommend if you're in the mood for some good pho.

We were looking for a place in the former steel town of Bethlehem. On a relatively quiet area, we came across the Pho Bowl when looking for the temporarily closed Kinoa. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food which is more Saigon. style. The portions were generous and quality was high. My only gripe regarded the lack of authenticity- the shrimps were peeked and the spring rolls lacked the usual bean sprout and basilkeaf garnish. Furthermore, the Tom Yum sauces was somewhat bland, lacking the usual distinctive lemongrass and citrus flavors likely to please American tastes. They also had popular Thai specialties such as Pad Thai. The service was efficient and the ambience basic but clean. A good c h oice for Bethlehem, especially when away from the major shopping streets.

Friendly, fast, fresh & delicious are just a few ways to describe Pho Bowl. We go with the seasons here. Spring/Summer Bun and Spring rolls. Fall/Winter there signature dish - Pho and when they have the Vietnamese Beef Stew.

At Pho Bowl, you're greeted with friendly service and a cozy ambiance. My go to is their beef broths - very rich and flavorful, without the heavy MSG use like other places. Papaya salad was very good. Tom Yum soup too spicy for me , even though only one chili indicater; it tasted more like 2 chilis. I requested napa, carrot and scallions, but there were no mushroom or onion slices, which is how it comes. I also had fried basil rice with chicken in it. I forgot already. Red curry with chicken, yellow curry with chicken, beef pho and curry puffs were pretty good. Curry dishes needed salt. Seafood rolls were served very hot. Friend really liked them. Rice vermicelli seasoned with fish sauce was okay. Noodles were cold Best part of rice vermicelli was grilled chicken.

Bahn mi was on point! Bread was a great combination of soft and firm. Perfect amount of pork and vegetables.

Pleasantly surprised how good this place is! More importantly, the staff were very friendly. I just ordered take out but was treated very hospitably. They even opened the door for me on my way out. It's these small details that make me want to come back again. I almost didn't go here because of one terrible Bahn mi review but remembered that a lot of Yelpers are miserable trolls and have nothing better to do but hate on hard-working entrepreneurs. The food was excellent! I ordered a Tom Yum soup and Summer Rolls. Well-priced and great ambiance. I'm definitely going to be back a lot more.

A very new restaurant that just opened January 10th, this is a great ETHNIC addition to the Bethlehem restaurant scene. Food is very tasty and seasoned appropriately to what you request. Fair warning if you ask for Thai hot they give it to you THAI HOT. Portions are large and service is very good. Run by a group that obviously is proud of their food. TLDR: Very friendly and helpful staff! Delicious food! We will be going back. We shared the curry puffs to start and they weren't greasy and were packed full. I had the Pho House Special and the meat was tender and the broth had plenty of flavor even before adding the red pepper and lime. My girlfriend had the drunken noodles which had an excellent sauce. The portion sizes are just right to boot. To wash it all down we each had a Thai iced tea. The atmosphere is friendly and we were joking with the staff the whole time. When we left they even gave us a handful of the hard candies from the counter. All in we spent just over $40 tip included so If you like authentic cooking at affordable prices it doesn't get any realer than this. My only complaint is that they closed at 9 pm so be sure to get there early (This was a Friday night). FYI they don't have alcohol and I didn't ask the policy for BYO. read more

Very very small area to eat. The service was good, the teenager that was our waiter was polite but slightly forgetful. I realize they're new so I'll say he just needs a little more experience. The food came out very fast and was delicious. I got spring rolls and drunken noodles with pork.my daughter got shrimp rolls with a bun/vermicelli that she enjoyed. Over all the meal was delicious. The prices are average or just slightly higher than other Vietnamese places in the area. We will be back to try other things. read more

EXCELLENT find!!! Thoroughly enjoyed some Vietnamese spring rolls, and rare beef pho. Broth was absolutely fantastic- so flavorful!!! Beef was thin and very lean. Great little place, which was hopping' the entire time we were there- both eat-in and take-out. The owners were super friendly, and said they have been open for about three months. It is truly a hole in the wall restaurant. Has the best pho I've ever had and the green curry is perfect it's definitely spicy but the kind that makes u want to keep going back for more. The spring roll is good but I prefer just shrimp and no pork because it can dry it out but is fantastic with the peanut sauce! I will eat here at least once a week it's that good and the employees are always so friendly, They created an atmosphere that you want to keep going back to. read more

The food is very good. My husband had the Pai Thai and I had vermicelli with chicken. He said his meal was delicious. The spring roll was the best I've ever eaten. The waiter was awesome. The only reason no five stars is my food was colder than expected. Also, due to Covid, outside dining on a busy street was noisy. 4 1/2 stars and we would return in a heartbeat. read more

I dropped in for a banh mi. The bread was fine. Under filled with veggies and minimal beef. The taste was average. The crab Rangoon was minimally filled and the wrapping was too thick. I may return to try the pho but will not be getting the others again. Go in with low expectations. read more

The pho here itself is great. The staff is very nice and the prices are affordable. Only issue is that the restaurant is very small and cramped. If it is busy, the wait time can be very long. It was also very hot and hazy when I went. I think because of its small size and poor ventilation, all the steam from the kitchen was overwhelming the dining area. read more

Excellent! Don't sleep on this place. It's easy to miss but once you know it's there you'll never forget! The pho with rare beef is so delicious, I crave it. I had the house special pho. Noodle soup tastes really good and authentic. The rare steak slices are a little too tough, could be a little thinner. Beef tenders are not tender enough. I would go back just for their soup. read more

Everything we ordered (pho, Banh mi, summer roll, vermicelli and pad Thai) are all delicious one of the best Vietnamese/Thai restaurants we've ever had. The only thing is not too good is their spring rolls. Place is a little bit small for a big group though. Overall food is good. Highly recommend this place! Two thumbs up! read more

I was in town on business at a hotel and wanted some Pad Thai. Pho Bowl came up on Yelp, but was closing in 30 minutes. I quickly drove there, and got takeout. The food is incredible. Best I've had in the Lehigh valley, and it's always done quickly and with no issues. Bonus points because it's one of the few places I've found in the Lehigh valley with good spicy food (tho you can absolutely get mild or no spice if you prefer) Also should mention the consistency: I've ordered over a dozen times from this place, and never have I had a subpar dish. Really want to say this is a great place. The food is wonderful, particularly the Pad Thai and Vietnamese spring rolls. The portions are very generous and the price is also very good. For dessert we had the sticky rice with mango and were pleasantly surprised since neither one of us ever had it. We had the Thai iced tea which we both really enjoyed. Keep in mind that it isn't a place to go if you are trying to save money. It isn't expensive, but compared to cheap quality food it is more pricey.
