First off the lady who took my order was not very welcoming but I understand we all been there before while at work. First time I went there, the soup had a weird fragrance that was NOT pleasant. Tiny portions. All around not good at all. And the restaurant was quite dirty Second time- decided to give it another try and called to order to go. Experienced horrible customer service, which is saying a lot since more Asian restaurants aren't know for their service, but this place was exceptionally horrible. I've been waiting impatiently for this pho joint to open so close to home. I came in on a random Wednesday night at 915pm. (I love that it's open until 10pm on weekdays!) I ordered the P2 (pho with rare steak and meatballs) and A2 (pork and shrimp spring rolls.) I would recommend both my dishes I tried. They were very flavorful and delicious. The waitress was attentive and very helpful with refills/extra lemons/extra napkins. She checked in periodically and was very polite. The service wasn't the greatest. Kinda stingy with sauces, which doesn't make sense because if I would had ate there I could use to my wanting. The order was to go and the girls refused to give me a small container to take some Siracha & hoisin sauce. The girl gave me one small packet only of Siracha. The broth container wasn't even full. I was very disappointed in this place. I order over 30 dollars worth of food, came home and realize I was missing some of my food for my wife. I call the place told them what was going on and was on my way back to pack up the rest of my item. It was 20-15 min before closing and they told me the kitchen was close and they couldn't do anything about it and young girl hang up on me. I begin this review with mentioning how good the pho at this restaurant is. Its as good as most pho restaurants in the Fontana/ Bloomington/ Rialto area. What made this place stand out from most restaurants was in fact their Charbroiled por Bahn Mi and iced coffee. Sadly they have migrated from using the traditional french baguette and begun using torta bread (mexican sandwich bread) instead. I had been a pretty constant costumer at this location and have came back several times, but would like for them to go back to the traditional french bread. If you go I sincerely recommend you give the charbroiled pork pho. It is probably one on my favorite items on their menu and you will not regret ordering it. read more

A new Vietnamese restaurant in this shopping center with plenty of parking and wanted to give this place a try. Food: I was excited that this place offered Nem Nuong (A10) and had to try it. I ordered the Charbroiled chicken rice plate (R5) and an order of the Nem Nuong (A10). Charbroiled Chicken Plate: First off the portion sized for chicken was very small. They removed most of the thigh and breast meat off of the half chicken. What you're left with is a small wing and a leg and a pile of deep fried bones. They try to make up for it by serving a large amount of fried rice but still not excusable. Nem Nuong: A good variation and would recommend trying this dish versus the normal spring rolls. Has a nice slice of grilled pork sausage, lettuce and fried egg roll wrapper for crunch. Overall not a very positive experience but would return to try other menu items. read more

So glad this visit ended up being more than satisfying. The Fried Tofu with Lemon Grass for $7.99 & the Pan fried Flat Noodle with Vegetables and Tofu for $8.49 we're both a good serving size at a fair price. The Lemongrass was very flavorful with extra sauce to cover the Tofu. The Flat Noodles w Veggies & Tofu had a good subtle but tasty sauce. I even have a little Lemongrass Tofu & Rice leftover to take home. My hubby probably would have had leftovers if he didn't stuff himself. Stopped by here to grab a Bahn Mi. They're decently priced, $5. I'm not a big fan of pho, but I tried the all meat one that my friend got and I actually liked it. The large bowl is $1 more than the small one, but can easily feed 2-3 people. Or you know, save some for the next day. The staff is attentive. Tried this place out and the food was okay. The chicken pho was a 4/10. The chicken was tough, bland, and the soup itself wasn't as flavorful. The #P1 pho was bland as well, and the beef meatballs were a weird texture. The young boy that took our phone order / rang me up didn't have good customer service skills, but maybe he was shy? After trying this place for the first time I started to come back what feels like at least once a week. It's that good. I usually get the house special with the soda lemonade. I definitely recommend them both. Not only is the food great, but the workers are amazing. I came in two days ago and the guy came up to me and gave me a 20$ bill that I had dropped the previous week. He saved it for me. I thought it was the sweetest thing ever. This is our second visit. I tried other Pho places but this is the cleanest, classy, great variety of food and most delicious I've ever had. The employees are always so nice. We dined in and I never had to ask to get a refill for my cup of water. They are so friendly here. After you order, you get your food quickly. The drinks are amazing and the size of every order is a good amount. I always have more to take home and enjoy or even share with someone else.
