    Rib Pho

A joint restaurant with R&B, this casual eatery offers a variety of comforting Vietnamese dishes. The Pho is 100% worth the visit and is the best pho I've ever had. Filled with top quality beef and broth simmered for a day and a half, it is the perfect comfort meal. Other notable items were the steak plate (seasoned perfectly and incredibly tender, perfect for protein lovers) and the egg rolls. 10/10! I recommend topping off the meal with a milk tea and a waffle for dessert! The staff is unbelievably kind and were happy to make recommendations. They are family owned and operated. I'll definitely be back!

We ordered pho dac biet, siu mai and shaken beef. Didn't even have time to take the before picture of the food, we finished all of them the second the foods were out. 10/10 food. Best pho in the IE. Better than OC pho.

    The Phở Đặc Biệt

My parents were craving phở after spotting an advertisement for this place in a Vietnamese magazine, so we decided to check it out. The restaurant shares a space with R&B Tea, so you'll enter through there. Whenever I visit a phở spot for the first time, I usually order the Phở Đặc Biệt to get a good sense of their broth. When it arrived, the first sip was immediately comforting! Especially since I had a sore throat at the time. The broth was flavorful and soothing, and there was a generous amount of beef, which I really appreciated. The owner stopped by to check on us and mentioned that the broth is made by simmering bones for nearly a day and a half, and that it's good enough to drink every last drop. She was right. I finished it. My mom ordered the chicken wing phở and enjoyed it just as much. Her bowl also came with a generous amount of chicken, which made it very satisfying. Overall, come for the phở, enjoy a comforting bowl, and maybe grab some boba from R&B Tea for dessert afterward.

As a vegetarian, I am always on the hunt for a flavorful vegetarian sandwich. The Griefo is by far my favorite sub to get here. My husband, who is not vegetarian, loves the teriyaki chicken sandwich. Will definitely be back to try other options. Spacious inside with limited seating.

This location sits at the corner of an apartment complex and there was plenty of parking available when we arrived. The interior definitely matched the vibe I was expecting - a lot of colorful murals, "toasted" imagery, eclectic decor like rubber ducks on every window sill and counter ledge, and plenty of green. The menu had a lot of options and variations with tongue-in-cheek names, but also the common names and descriptions below. Both my friend and I ordered "pinners," which are 8" sandwiches. I got the Kali Mist (Spicy Club) on garlic herb bread and my friend got The Kind (Turkey, Bacon, Shrooms) but without the shrooms on white bread. After ordering at the counter, we took a seat at one of the tables to dine-in. The music was a little loud for my preference, which makes me sound like I'm a million years old but oh well. Our orders were brought over by an employee once they were ready and I was immediately impressed by the amount of toppings and how good everything looked and smelled. My sandwich was super tasty and I especially loved the chipotle mayo and garlic herb bread! Having never tried Cheba Hut before, I immediately asked my friend where the closest location was after taking my first few bites. I'd love to try more sandwiches.
