Crispy egg rolls
Jen D.

Pho here is super yummy I like the restaurant....it's clean and big. Plenty of room for lots of people. The pho is tasty and satisfying. The egg rolls were delicious I was very pleased with my meal each time I came in. I don't get anything specific or special. The pho there is great and the broth is tasty. Hours claim to be open to midnight, but I haven't tried that yet lol

Hu Tieu

I ate lunch (12 pm) here with my family. Upon arrival, there was no staff or customers in the restaurant. We waited a good 5 minutes, so we seated ourselves and waited till someone came out. About 5 minutes later the waiter came and gave us our menu. We ordered the banh beo, hu tieu, and pho bo. The banh beo was overcooked. The rice cake is supposed to be soft and moist, but the banh beo we recieved was very dry and difficult to eat. The fish sauce that they gave us was very poor quality. You can see in my picture that the banh beo was very very dry. The hu tieu was very salty. It was almost unbearable to eat. We had to "doctor" it in order for it to be edible. The pho was pretty good! I ordered a size large and it was LARGE. They had a good portion of meat and the broth was very flavorful! Overall, my experience was okay. The pho was pretty good, so if i do come back, it would be for the pho

I love Pho... I mean it is a craving I have probably one a week. I have searched and tried many places but I think i'm going to have to stop soon, because my disappointment only grows. The look of the place is 4, our service was a 5 but the food was a 2 at best. Egg rolls were perfectly cooked but left something to be desired in the flavor category. Spring rolls are chewy and lacked flavor but the peanut dipping sauce was some of the best I've ever had. The Pho was the real disappointment. Every component lacked depth and seasoning. But I will say this, there is a younger girl working there (I forget her name) but she had glasses, braces, and a big smile and she made the experience worth it. She alone had saved this review from being a 2. She was friendly, polite, prompt, and never stopped moving or working the entire time we were there. Her attitude was great and she really is an asset. I won't go back unless I decide to try to recruit her to come work for me.

New pho joint in Arlington. Food portion is huge and it came out pretty quickly. My niece ordered the chicken fried rice. She really enjoyed it. There was so much chicken and rice she ended up taking more than half of it home. I got the grilled chicken vermicelli noodles. I am pretty picky when it comes to the fish sauce that comes with this dish because most places water it down but here the sauce was flavorful and good. Chicken was nice and juicy. Will be back to try the pho!

Gnats

The food was okay,,,until I noticed THIS in my soup yes,,,those are flies. Yes I am disgusted and revolted. My fathers food was good (so he said) and so was mine, until I noticed the dead gnats. The service was also pretty mediocre and there was a LACK of vegetarian/vegan options.

If you wanna try this place out, go for it but don't expect anything. My experience was beyond bad. Service: very rude middled-aged man, looked like the owner, never greeted us (expected for a Vietnamese restaurant). Yelled when talk on the phone as WHEN serve us food. Watched videos on phone with MAX VOLUME THE ENTIRE TIME, only stopped when we walked up to pay. Plus never care to check on us. WHAT? I don't know who the owner is or who trained him to work as a server, or he is the owner, but man, this business will go down the drain because of people like him. Food: bun bo hue, the worst among the other bun bo hue in the area. I dont expect good bun bo at a pho place but honestly, you just need to put more bun bo hue seasoning (sold at Ben Thanh market, next to you) and it will be so much better. Portion: the bun is less than the baby bun bo at Duc Chuong for your reference, 1 cha lua, 2-3 pork blood, 2-3 pork fat slices, didnt see any beef. Overall: Service: negative Food: 0 Place: 1 star for new. Why we didn't complain there? Because obviously the "server" didn't seem to care so why should we. I don't tolerate that kind of service. This review is for people who want to know what you might get when you go here. This place needs to hire some good cooks & servers to last. It's ok if the food is bad, but with portions and services like that, good luck keeping the business! Thank you for the bad experience!

You will feel the atmosphere is comfortable and intimate when entering this restaurant. The staff is very cute. The boss is a very nice and gentle person. Try Hue food here, delicious! (Thank you very much for the sweety and passionate Avocado smoothie!)

Stop by pho 18 because a friend recommended the place. The staff was friendly and very attentive! My favorite if all time is the Dat Biet (combination pho).

This is a new restaurant in the Ben Thanh plaza. Used to be many years back pho Hung. Walked in was greeted nicely, they ask for our drink order, and then was left looking through the menu. We decide to order goi Vit, pho tai gan, bun with grilled pork, and rode with grill pork. Love the goi Vit was super yummy right amount of onion to cabbage combination and the ginger sauce was yummy, found my new spot for goi Vit they have two size a small and a large we order the small one. Their grilled meat was flavorful and hot. Pho was good too. We will definitely be back.

I saw this new place open when I was next door eating at another place and I thought I'd try it, looks like a mom and pop shop which I respect a lot! The pho broth was very well seasoned! The meat in the pho was sliced so thin that it melted in my mouth! Very impressed with the pho here, will be coming back for more in the future!

My boyfriend already had an idea of what to order before we even seated. He has never ordered the Cánh Gà Chiên Nước Mắm (fried chicken wing sauce) and did so today to share with me! We also ordered the Bánh Xèo (Vietnamese pancakes) and one Café Sữa Đá (iced milk coffee) since we were going to need a caffeine fix. We were informed it would take around 20 to 25 minutes for the fried chicken wings because it takes time to make them fresh per order. Even though we were starving at this point, we didn't mind waiting since we really wanted to try them. It was worth the wait because they were hot and delicious. Maybe even my favorite to this day compared to other fish sauce wings I have tried. Also, there were A LOT of wings. I was truly surprised even though it was pricy. The Bánh Xèo was cripsy, just the way I like it! The restaurant is very spacious. It can fit large groups and many groups at a time. Customer service was good and really attentative to our needs.

Definitely worth it!!…read more Food 5/5: it was so good!!! It was late in the night and my Vietnamese cravings led me here and it did not disappoint! I got Bun Bo Hue, fish sauce wings, and their special rice plate. No one can beat my mom's cooking but this is coming in close. Sometimes the soup would be too bland but this was perfect. Service 5/5: it was late and I felt bad but they took good care of us and made sure we had what we need. Ambiance: it felt like home! They had the Vietnamese street videos on and I love it. Parking: free parking!

It also came with a fried egg on top. It was delicious, the veggies were crunchy and fresh. The chicken was so tasty and very good, it had great flavor. It was really good blend of sweet, savory, and umami. It also came with a little side of fish sauce to add to the dish too. All in all it was a good dish. However, the portion size was small. I cleaned up that entire dish and didn't leave anything behind, I even ate the lettuce wrap. I've been to different Vietnamese restaurants with the same price point, and I've been given a larger portion size with leftovers to take home. That's my only qualm with this place and that's why it's 4/5 stars for me. Service was good, they did a good job taking care of a large group. I'd recommend this place.

If you're looking for this place, it is inside the Ben Thanh Plaza, within the food court…read more We've had a few of the items on the menu, and honestly all of them were pretty solid. When they say pho is better home cooked, they're right most of the time. This is the one time, they're not. The pho here feels like a warm hug. The broth tastes clean and pure, delicate in its flavors. No MSG noted. The meat is so tender and the meatballs don't taste like the frozen ones on most pho out there. Don't forget to use the hoisin and sriracha to dip your meat in. The first time I actually went, I had Bon Bo Hue. I thought it was gonna be subpar...but with that first spoonful I knew I was dead wrong. It has the perfect balance of spice creating such a wonderful velvety broth. And just like the pho, the meat is tender and only takes a few chews to get it down. It also has the coagulated pork blood that I crave. It won't affect the flavor of your soup if you're not up for it. Let me tell you though, they are generous on the meat for sure. On both the pho and bbh. I'm excited to try the bo luc lac next time because they use quality meat. My little sister had the egg noodle, and it was also superb! They also sell bahn lot, and y'all. I can't. It's just too good to be true. The lady that cooks all these wonderful dishes is super sweet and very accommodating! I can't wait to come back. My husband already says we're gonna frequent this place and most likely become regulars since I don't cook Vietnamese cuisine. Y'all, this place is worth
