They then said that I have to buy a min. of $13 before tax in order for them to deliver my pizza (that was already paid for, plus tip) At this point I was getting annoyed but tried to understand...I've already paid them for an order that was wrong and cold and in order for them to correct their mistake, I needed to pay more money? To witch I was told "that's the way it works!" Flabbergasted, I explained that in my life in the service industry, I have never even herd of this an that I don't think that that is in fact the way it does work. Her response was quick and unjust, she hung up on me. I must have ordered from there hundreds of times over the years, but I don't think I ever will again. I don't know if this is all very fresh or not, but what they did almost feels illegal. In a time when food insecurity is at an all time high and people are struggling to make ends meet, this business is charging customers for their mistakes.
