We finally called J & J who was recommended by our community Facebook page. Their response was top notch and service was excellent. My husband called in the morning before 8am and they called back saying a technician would be out in 30 mins!! Even when the technician was running late, we received a call about the status and when he arrived he fixed the problem within 10 - 15 mins when the other stupid service provider said something else was broken and needed a part ordered. They were honest, efficient and so professional. We definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future instead of going through our warranty company for all HVAC repairs. She was kind & patient enough to walk me thru everything to help determine the possible issue. She was very clear on their rates and charges, there was no "hidden" fees. Juan was able to fit me in 4 days before my scheduled appt. He arrived quickly and thoroughly explained what the problem was even tho it was not hvac related. He let me know the best ppl to call and briefed me on wat the work might entail. He was also kind enough to patch up the problem temporarily (to avoid any possible future damage) until I can get the right ppl out to repair it. He didn't do any "unnecessary" work and only charged a service fee plus small fee for the patchwork which stopped the water and airflow leak. THANK YOU JUAN!!
