She took my sample and quickly found the bulb I needed. She checked me out and I would on my way in less then 5-10 minutes. I'm really happy about the service as I've tried to find this bulb in larger chains and had issues. I ended up picking up an extra but I know where to go if I need another one. Never got a phone call back about what to do when I did call them. No one at the store could answer my questions I had to go out and buy a new battery cause you gotta get around. nine months later I've spoken to their manager a number of times he's always putting me off by saying they will have this battery in a couple of days to give me a new one under the warranty. It is nine months later and the manager of the store yells and belittles me when I ask for a rightful refund. I'm a 59-year-old man. I've never been so disrespected in a business. I don't write many reviews, but this place is stealing from me and the manager is the worst customer service person I've ever been around and there's been a few. I do not recommend this place. They will not support you if something goes wrong. The manager yells and tries to blabe me for not coming back for the 100th time Instead of the six or seven times I've reached out.I'm out close to $300 and they treat me like crap. Do not buy do not go.
