The shop is clean and lively, packed with exotic cars and is located in a nice area. The job took about two hours and the tech was kind enough to explain the job and even took care of an unrelated software glitch that the car had. Overall the sound is good, with nice bubbles. The throttle reposes has improved. On the highway the difference is minor but in the city it's fun to drive with windows rolled down, you can hear nice pops. Recently I was searching for a place to get dynamometer numbers for a VW Jetta TDI build I and a…read morefriend did. Calibrating a dynamometer for a diesel instead of a gas vehicle is a total pain. The engines apply torque differently, so every other dyno shop in town was unwilling to let us run our vehicle on their machine. Thankfully Brady's was willing to re-calibrate their dynamometer to throw a load to our diesel allowing us to measure the engine's power. The gentleman who operated the dyno asked us what RPM we wanted to rev the engine to - which I appreciated. I've put cars on the dynamometer at other shops and they just floor it; which is terrifying. Not only were we thankful they got us in, we were also impressed with the power number the little VW made. We were pleasantly surprised that Brady's charged us $20 less than we were expecting to pay! Thank you Brady's for getting us and our frenken-vee-dub in for dynamometer runs when others were unwilling!

More specifically, I would like to give high praise to my salesman, Jayson Ferrell. Not only was he extremely genuine, but he was also a true professional. I did not walk into Cherry Hill at 4:30pm on a Friday optimistic about leaving with a new vehicle. You see, I spent two months looking for the newly released 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L - in a specific trim and color. Fortunately for me, Jayson was able to show me the exact 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L that I described. And it just so happened to be the only one available and still wrapped after being delivered just prior to my arrival. While the Jeep was being programed in preparation for my test drive, Jayson and I continued to talk and his knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the salesman that I encountered at other local dealerships. His approach was quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and shopping around, I knew the number that I needed to make things work for me. At no time did I have to go to the mat with Jayson to get to that number. Also, given the current market and the demand for the specific trim and color I wanted, I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. My initial…read moreexperience was positive--my salesperson, Leon, helped me find a vehicle that met all my needs. Unfortunately, everything went downhill shortly after the purchase. Within a week, the check engine light came on. I contacted the dealership and brought the vehicle in for inspection. I was told it was just a code that needed to be cleared and that nothing was actually wrong with the car. However, within 20 minutes of leaving the dealership, the check engine light came back on. I then used the Toyota Connect app, which alerted me again about the issue. I was also contacted by a Toyota dealership and decided to bring the car to Holman Toyota instead. Their team was professional, responsive, and thorough--completely different from my prior experience. After inspecting the vehicle, they determined that the car needed a new catalytic converter, which is a significant repair. What's most frustrating is that Cherry Hill Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram took no responsibility for selling a vehicle with this issue. They refused to reimburse diagnostic fees and showed no accountability. When I raised concerns, I was even asked why I didn't bring the car back again after the light returned--despite already having a poor experience and losing trust in their service. It's clear to me that the vehicle was either not properly inspected prior to sale or that the issue was overlooked entirely. Either way, the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to make things right is unacceptable. Thankfully, the vehicle was still under warranty, and Holman Toyota is handling the repair properly. I would strongly caution others against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership based on my experience. I also reside out of state and have incurred fees from taking the car back and forth from PA to NJ. I strongly recommend NOT using this dealership EVER!

Worst ever. Owner is a smacked A**. After not having my tire serviced since last Friday, I told…read morethem I wanted the tire back. He handed it back with the valve cut off and gave me a new valve. I told him to install the valve and I would go. After a back and forth where he said he was going to kick my a**, he took the tire and threw it across the parking lot. I told him I wasn't leaving until he handed the tire to me. He told me he was going to call the police, I said good. I waited and he came out and got the tire and rolled it to Rudderow Ave. I just waited. He finally told his minion to get the tire for me. Good bye!
