I would say definitely yes, just not from here. 4 stars goes to the sweet lady who took our order and even chatted with us at the window while she got our soft serve. Here's the thing; this isn't really soft serve. It was more like a mix between ice cream and shaved ice. That was the consistency this had. Props to her for making it look beautiful and topping it with a generous amount of whipped cream. Pro Tip: they don't have chocolate anymore! Just vanilla and strawberry. I would still come here for the burgers, fries and drinks. But not for the ice cream. Soft serve is better even at McDonald's if I'm being honest.

We stopped in today and I had the Dutch Crunch turkey sandwich, while my wife had the turkey spinach wrap. Both were fantastic! The ingredients were fresh, flavorful, and clearly put together with care. The Dutch Crunch was soft and amazing! The prices are affordable, the food is fresh, and the restaurant itself is clean, comfortable, and cute. It's the kind of place you're happy to support and come back to. The flavor punch alone will change your mind. If it doesn't, then you'll be like Jess and shake your head with a solid "no". More for me! Tried the original so far, really anticipating the Chipotle version, but the OG has to be here to stay! It's nice to have another meat selection! Love the Philly! Would even say the Philly is slightly better than the Pastrami. But again, my own opinion and opinions will differ. The pastrami brings everything you want in that moment. It just ends so fast! You need to go for extra meat! Yes it's an extra $3.50 but worth it! I love this place, love the food and will continue to try anything new they have to offer up! Three campers stopped at Sequoia Brewing in Visalia during the drive home from Sequoia and Kings…read moreCanyon National Parks on June 3rd. The running water in the bathroom was well appreciated. The campers ordered three beers and the Gilroy pizza (chicken, feta, tomato, artichoke hearts). They rotated the three beers until each guest tried a sip of each beer and concluded all three beers were excellent! Then the plates arrived, one dirty with food residue. While the campers did not expect to have cleaner dishes at their campsite than at a restaurant with running water, they understood that sometimes automatic dishwashers don't get all food residue off 100% of the time, and sometimes waiters forget to visually inspect the plates they serve for foreign object debris. Next, the pizza arrived with chicken, feta, tomato, and mushrooms?! Now the campers specifically choose the Gilroy pizza for the artichoke hearts and avoided the Flame Grilled Pesto Pizza due to its mushrooms. Immediately upon serving the pie, one camper asked if the right pizza arrived. The half-conscious waiter lied, assuring the correct pizza was served. However, the campers were hungry and in a hurry to drive back home. Nevertheless one reviewed the menu and confirmed that the pizza order is wrong due to the mushroom for artichoke heart switcharoo. This camper told the waiter, who then kindly offered to make the correct pie to remedy the situation, without apologizing for gaslighting the campers earlier while displaying a total lack of awareness for the toppings on the Gilroy pizza. The campers politely declined due to the time required to bake another pizza, with a desire to arrive home quickly, and ate the pizza that was served. Normally, a waiter with a shred of emotional intelligence would offer a free dessert or waive the cost of one of the three beers the campers ordered to remedy the dishonesty, disgusting dishes, and disorganized delivery of delicious, but different than desired, edibles. Instead, the campers paid their full tab and generously compensated the waiter with an industry standard gratuity. The quality of the pizza was delicious: both the toppings and the crust. The owners and brewmasters did an excellent job providing delicious nourishments and liquids while the manager is failing them by not holding the staff accountable to the very basics: clean dishes and correct food orders. The campers had a simple order without substitutions, meaning only the most incompetent staff could find a way to screw it up. Five stars for taste but the service downgrades this review to four. Update (to the owner who replied) why would I go back when you haven't offered any remedy?

Drinks were always made strong and the servers were pleasant although the food always took forever to come out. The food always tasted frozen and oily. The health score should have deterred us and we were always met with sticky tables and glasses. *Three Rivers Mojito: could have used more mint but boy was the rum pour heavy. The lime taste was strong and I would have like more strawberry puree. *Pretty In Pink: fruity and sour with a strong alcoholic finish. I wanted more of a elderflower and hibiscus flavor but the prominent raspberry taste was still good. *Watermelon Vodka: slightly artificial but wow was the vodka heavy. Despite ordering this during happy hour, the pour was generous and the glass was massive. *Fried Pickles: the batter was incredibly thick and it wasn't cooked through. I literally had to peel off the doughy exterior to enjoy the classic pickle. This item needed more time in the fryer and the batter recipe should be revised. *Potstickers: the only decent food item. This was most likely frozen given the perfectly identical creases but it was steamed properly. The dipping sauce was flavorful and vinegary. *Fish and Chips: suffered from the same thick and flavorless batter. The fries were alright, salty and crispy. The cod was tough and rubbery. I mostly ate the fries with the tartar sauce and ranch and left the fish alone. Sequoia Brewing, your cheap drinks will be missed but pretty much nothing else.

Can't discuss ambiance yet until I can make my way down to see it for myself. This sandwich took me by surprise. For $13 you get a ten inch sub. It was packaged nice, it looked big and full of meat. Bonus there cause alot of places get skimpy, they sure don't. The inclusion of mayo was different but not bad, It gave an added butteriness to the overall flavor which was nice. The meat itself was seasoned, maybe a little over salty at first, but again, this sandwich was one that really grows on you. The bread was soft, a little chewy but added to the texture to add another positive note. It was a sandwich so good, it was absolutely worth finishing. It's made me want to come back and try out a cold sandwich and even the Mexican food they have on the menu. I'm big on an Asada Burrito and they make one! Dad and I came down around 1:30pm on a Tuesday to find an empty parking lot and restaurant. Dad's been here a few times and I actually have never been inside lol. Staff were super friendly from the moment we walked in. Greeted and sat, our waitress Destiny was super nice and very friendly! The gentleman server who brought our food was also very nice! We got a few beers, had a Bloomin Onion "delicious!" And then ordered our steaks. We both got the Delmonico Rib Eye and wow, what a delicious steak. Cooked and seasoned perfectly! I got mine a medium rare and my dad got medium. He was skeptical about the medium rare til I gave him a piece and he could taste all the flavor! We both got fully loaded baked potatoes, but I made sure to ask for a side of chili for my second side and boy did it taste delicious on top of my baked potato! My dad was like "wow, I should've got the chili, that looks good!" Lol. Overall a very wonderful meal with great company. If I could've had anything different, I would've asked for a table instead of a booth. I'm a big guy and those booths are a little tight for the stomach lol. They do have some tables with chairs which is a plus for anyone larger lol. Food was super enjoyable and the staff were awesome. Big Thumbs Up to who I think was the manager. We locked eyes and she gave me a thumbs up so I gave one in return and we both had a laugh and a smile from the random moment lol. Thank you for a great experience that I will definitely be making this a go-to spot for more dinners with my family and friends.

I've definitely been coming here since the beginning (before patio seating and mobile orders) haha thanks to my mom! It's stood out from the very beginning & I love how much they have expanded (3 locations now -- Visalia, Tulare, Fresno). There's something for everyone on their Menu. I personally believe that they have some of the best matcha's around. BUT... if you drink your matcha with LOTS of sweetener, you probably won't like a real matcha from here -- I say this because some will complain that it taste like GRASS... and well, it damn near is (green tea leaves) lol--all jokes aside, their drinks and food are all hand crafted and all made and / or roasted in house! I have not once ever had a complaint about this place. I love the ambience inside and out.. definitely a favorite here in Visalia! Service and time... always as expected. You are getting hand crafted drinks and food, so don't expect them to rush. ****Rush hour in the am and during lunch hours**** The workers are always very knowledgeable about their menu items & products. Component Coffee Lab sits tucked behind the downtown buildings, the kind of spot you don't stumble…read moreinto by accident. You find it because someone told you about it, or because you were looking for a place that feels a little more city than Central Valley. Brick walls, hanging art, a patio out front call it rustic, call it urban, call it hipster. Whatever the word is, it fits. Inside, the place hums. Not the quiet hum of a sleepy café, but the full‑volume buzz of people who treat coffee shops like co‑working spaces. The whole back section was a sea of laptops when I walked in, a slow tide of remote workers drifting out as the hour passed. Young folks, older folks, groups talking over each other a mix that tells you this spot has become a kind of community hub, even if the noise makes it hard to read without noise‑canceling buds. I came for a simple moment, a London Fog and a book. The tea was good, made with Rishi, a brand I'd never heard of but wouldn't mind trying again. I sipped it slowly, trying to sink into the page, but the chatter kept pulling me back to the room. Not a bad thing, just not the right place for quiet reflection. Some cafés are built for solitude; this one is built for motion. The staff was friendly, your standard modern barista crew, casual, quick, and easygoing. They run a tight operation, even offering mobile orders, something you usually see in bigger industrial coffee spots. Pastries, sandwiches, teas, espresso, the menu covers all the bases. Finding the entrance was its own adventure. Two doors, a divider in the middle, and a moment of "Wait... which side do I go through?" Not a dealbreaker, just one of those quirks that makes you laugh once you figure it out. Lighting is interesting here, low lamps mixed with a flood of natural light pouring in from the center of the shop. It gives the place a warm‑meets‑industrial feel, like a café that grew out of a warehouse and decided to keep the personality. Will I come back? Maybe. It's a great spot for people‑watching, conversation, or getting work done. But for reading, for sinking into a book with a drink, it's a place that demands either silence from the world or silence from your earbuds. Component Coffee Lab is loud, lively, and loved, just not quiet. And maybe that's the point.
