First time there and had a delicious deluxe cheese steak. The garlic fries and chicken tenders were also great. Easy to find parking (free parking lot), and service was awesome.

Thank you Manny for your recommendation. I've had Philly for when I was in Philadelphia. Some dunked on Au jus (entire sandwich) and some make with cheese whiz. Each unique. I had the mushroom onion sandwich. I opted for white American cheese. The roll was great. Soft and fresh! I'll be back!

Soooo delish!! Customer service was so good, food came out fast and hot! Will definitely go back!

Such an old school cheesesteak type of joint. Amazing!

Delicious! Our family of 4 loved our meal at Philly Ya Belly. The food came out piping hot and so fresh. You could also tell that the ingredients are well chosen. Even our picky kids finished their meal. Highly recommend. Already craving for our next visit.

    Well this is new!

It's been a minute but once in awhile I need a good cheesesteak and Philly Ya Belly fits the bill. When I worked in Everett, this was a can't miss meal. Super good, fast and filling. Also very friendly staff. Now, the best cheesesteak I've found in the general area is Calozzi's in Georgetown. But up North of Seattle the best is Philly Ya Belly. I like Erwin's too in Everett but it always comes back to Philly Ya Belly when up here. At Philly Ya Belly, there's a large variety of beef sandwich choices from the classic to Bulgogi style as well as Pastrami, German Sausages, fries, onion rings and more. They have a lot of extras like Cheese Wiz, BBQ Sauce, Jalapeno, etc. But you come here for the cheesesteaks. For a filling lunch, get the Deluxe which has everything in it like tomato, lettuce, peppers, & mushrooms. It's a no-brainer to pay $2 extra for the Belly Buster version (more delicious meat). Fork required. I highly recommend this place for a fulfilling lunch or dinner. A sign on the door said their kitchen closes at 7:40 PM so plan accordingly.

Pretty solid cheese steak. I love that there is so much variety of different cheese steaks to choose from as well as well as extra toppings. I had the pepper onion cheesesteak. The garlic fries are also pretty solid. No lack of garlic here! The fries are also crisped perfectly. The banana pudding is also not bad! Service was friendly upon picking up my order. I definitely would come back!

Craving Philly Cheesesteak and found this one along the way. Service is fast. Love the cleanliness and how they decorated their place and well lighted. The one thing I wish is that the beef slices is bigger instead, but taste is good, love the mushrooms, peppers and onions on my sandwich and of course the cheese.

A little sandwich shop with plenty of parking! Me and my brother were hungry for sandwiches specifically subs. We found this place on Yelp and figured wooow Philly cheesesteaks count us in! Service was really fast you order and then receive your order within 5 mins of ordering. The cashier was very sweet and considerate brought us over some ketchup for our fries too. My favorite sandwich was the hot pastrami while my brother got the mushroom cheesesteak equally delicious but these sandwiches were worth it for the portions we were given! Definitely a must try.

I've been meaning to try this place forever but the location is kinda inconvenient to get to except by car. It's inside of a partitioned industrial building and seems to be quite popular based on the number of people I saw while eating there. I got a the bulgogi cheese steak (belly buster version which is supposed to be "larger") and the cheese fries. The fries were crispy but I would probably skip on the cheese wiz next time. As for the sandwich, the flavor was good but I couldn't really tell if it was that much bigger compadws to the regular one. Next time I'd probably just get the regular size. Service was friendly and quick.

I always drive by here after I go to the gym when it's too late and they're closed, but one day I was driving by in the middle of the day and had to stop in so I seized my chance. Having lived in Philly before, I was surprised when I saw all the toppings options available but I was also curious. The sandwich was shorter and more stout but it was super loaded and delicious. Very decadent but very good. I'd come back here!

Sandwiches are pretty good but $2 more for belly busters are not worth it. The sandwiches are on the smaller size for the price. Also, the onion rings are not worth $7.50.

In long This one opened here a year or two ago and a buddy of mine flipped for it. Worked his way through the whole menu over the course of a couple months and couldn't pick a favorite. He literally loved everything he tried. I got a bite here and there when I'd bump into him and it was obviously good fast food. After driving past it dozens of times, today I finally stopped for lunch. The drive-through lane is evidently new, and it definitely feels like an afterthought. It doesn't go past the building to create space, it's just a little turnaround in the parking lot that leads to the window. Not a great sign, but okay. I didn't want to linger too long over picking what to have, so I just went with the #1 meal. Menu board says it's $12.49. The cashier on the intercom replies that it's almost $17.00. What did I do to modify it? That's way more than the sales tax, even around here. Get up to the window and you don't hand them your card. They hold out a reader. Okay, fine. Then they hand you the reader...so you can tip. For drive-through fast food. That already cost 30+% more than the menu board said it would. It's my own guilt that makes me tip, not their insistence, but, still, I tip, so now this little sandwich is $20. I pull out and am ready to eat already. Reach in and pull out...just the chicken. They don't wrap the sandwich. They put in a little cardboard tray and kinda line that. But it barely fits, so you can't get it out while you're driving, so you pull the sandwich apart without even realizing it. Okay, I'll eat when I get where I'm going, 'cause there I can park for a while. Try to pop the straw with no success...wrapper is stronger than the straw, which bends. Finally unwrap it at the next red light. Try to put the straw in the drink, and, like the wrapper, the lid is also stronger than the straw. But they overfull the drink, so now I have iced tea in my cupholder, and the straw's still not even partway in. I'm now 3 red lights into my next leg of errands, and all I've done is clean up little messes. Finally get where I'm going, and the tea is tiny, and the fries are definitely not overly large. No idea where the upcharge came from. Sandwich is solid, though. Super heavy breading on the chicken, but tastes good, and the bun is strong enough to hold it. Crinkle-cut fries also hold their own. For $20 I'd expect either more food or no niggling little inconveniences every step of the way, and they didn't deliver on either one. I'm really surprised that it turned out to be such a drag trying to eat here, but, thinking back, I do believe my buddy ordered delivery every time and never tried to eat while driving. Live and learn.

I also think this location recently got a drive thru with one small window which was nice. We got the dunks meal and subbed the fries for onion rings plus an additional side of mac and cheese. Although I'm not the biggest fan of mac and cheese in general, their's was one of the better ones I've had and they even used cavatappi instead of the usual elbow shape.

When they cook their meats, it's always tender, juicy, and extremely flavorful. To the point where I crave and feel like I'm addicted to it. Whenever I get hungry, my first thought is "more lengua" from here. And it never misses the mark. The food is consistently delicious, made in large portions, and the price is fair for what you get. I can tell that the people here put care and pride into what they cook. From taste alone, I do not see them cutting any corners. There are no fillers. It's just authentic food. Prices have always been a little higher at TT but the value is there, even as everything everywhere keeps getting more expensive. In long This location has been in range for me for almost 20 years, and since we moved 8 years ago, it's barely a mile away. Been here dozens of times in 2 decades...and have still never gone inside. The Bev Park--Speedway intersection is a pain, especially turning in here from Bev Park. But it's worth it, even if you have to wait 3 times to turn before you get to the drive-through. Maybe it's because they landscaped it pretty heavily and you can forget about traffic for a second...lol. There's only so much you can say about TT that isn't already known to most of us. Burritos, soft tacos, taco salads, tater tots with a little bit of salt and pepper ("Mexi Fries"!). They will change almost anything on any menu item, even practically customize a whole taco salad with minimal carbs. That taco salad is good, btw. The summer before my senior year at the U, a buddy of mine and I worked together, got lunch together every day. I hate to admit how long ago I was in college, but we would laugh about how much it would cost if we went to TT and ordered enough to get completely full. Our jobs included riding mountain bikes all day, so we were always hungry at lunch. One day we found a $20 on the ground, took it to TT, and even in the 90s, we still needed another $8 or so to get full. These days, a combo meal is usually cheaper than burger fast food--typically in the $12-$14 range. Given that everything they make has recognizable flavors of meat and veg, with minimal chemically-processed overtones, this feels like an awesome value now. I won't try to change anyone's mind about how good this place is compared to other fast food, let alone real food. People make up their minds about their favorite fast foods pretty early in life. This one has been mine since before it started seeming like a better bargain for the dollar compared to the other chains.

Since then, a Georgian couple, I think they are Georgian, has taken over. I was in the mood for a Philly cheesesteak in addition to trying something different. After my perusing of the menu I knew what was going to be my pick for the evening. I live in Everett and this place is just right down the freeway, which is a short jaunt considering it is the Boeing freeway and it's not a bad drive at all. After pulling up, i headed inside and it wasn't crowed at all. I did a quick look over on the menu and glanced at the available slices and was greeted warmly by the husband. I knew what I wanted but it was going to be a split order. I let him know that I was going to eat in first and then order to go afterwards and he was welcomed to it. I first ordered a slice, the meat lovers or pepperoni and sausage. And Caesar salad. The salad was a regular portion but they have a larger as well. The slice was decent. The majority of pizza parlors throw slices back in the oven for a quick reheat and this was no different. Great crisp, not too greasy and the bite was good. My favorite local spot is Brooklyn brothers but this was not too far behind. The salad was good. Classic romaine, chopped to bite-sized pieces, excellent mouth size and the dressing was on point. Croutons, which were plentiful, and I enjoy that, rounded out with a good amount of shredded Parmesan. It wasn't the best but when you have a good caesar salad it's damn near good enough. After my first palate cleanse, i went to place my to go order. A Philly cheesesteak and their kachapuri. The cheesesteak was simple, just meat and cheese, which is my personal standard. The kachapuri was their pizza dough, a mix of cheeses and Georgian cheeses and an egg yolk, that was added father it was cooked. It was accompanied by a slab of butter. The cheesesteak was delicious. It was meaty and cheesy lol. The dough was soft and absorbed all the drippings of the meat and cheese and each bite was perfect. There an always better cheesesteaks and some are standards but this one set a great mark compared to my poach offerings, even the ones that cheesesteak in their namesake. I was happy. After I wolfed down the first half, I saved the rest for the next day and dove into the Kachapuri. This was my first time having this dish and it was a great choice. Be warned that this is a heavy dish and very rich. I had to spread it out over the next few days but each reheat was great and never did it decrease in flavor or quality. The flavor is extremely piquant. Savory, creamy and the addition of the yolk and butter just brings it to another level. Again, it is heavy and should be paired with something lite, salad, vegetables, a tame meat or subtle fish but if eaten on its own, good enough. Check them out and if you're curious, go for the cheesesteak and if you're in the mood add the kachapuri. You wont regret it.
