I have had these at parties but have never purchased myself. Their prizes were lower than I thought them to be. One this first visit we tried the hot dog pretzels, the cheese sauce, cheesesteak pretzels, cinnamon bites and 10 classic Philly pretzels (brought home LOL!) The hot dog pretzels were pretty tasty and I enjoyed them with a few squirts of the spicy brown mustard. The cheesesteak bites we had to wait for as they prepared them fresh. They were not very tasty at all. The classic Philly Pretzels were fresh , chewy and very tasty! The cinnamon bites were very good as well. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The pretzels were fair and so so fresh not as good as a true Bavarian pretzel made in a Pretzelite Oven the caustic soda that browns them was weak and diluted so you don't get the true Philly taste. Much better then Aunt Aunties french bread pretzels dipped in butter. Pretzel Dogs fair could use a better Hot Dog. Overall a Fair experience. I've worked with soft pretzels for over 40 yrs. Pretzels have very little flavor. Tastes like generic white bread, not a fresh baked pretzel. Too bad, was looking forward to it.

I have purchased 100's of Pretzels from this bakery. Amazing! Like being in Phila.. Always fresh and delicious. I haven't found any pretzel places or vendors that can make an authenticate Philly pretzel. Staff is always friendly. They provide great customer service! Prices can't be beat. The Corporate office in Phila. Is customer unfriendly. They don't return telephone calls or emails sent from their website. Most times you will get voice mail when calling. read more

I was really excited to try this place on my way home from the beach, but it was definitely underwhelming. The pretzels are caked in salt- to the point where it just tastes like you're eating a salt packet. The cheese sauce also tasted weird- like it had been sitting out for ages. I'd just grab a Wawa soft pretzel instead. The prices were really good though, so didn't waste too much money! read more

Have bought a LOT of pretzels here over many pitstops, and they have never once been lukewarm or stale. The menu is simple but I prefer quality over quantity, do one thing perfect than a lot of things just ok. You can't beat the prices either. They have great tasting phila style pretzels. I go there to usually up buy pretzel bites in a box to take to the beach. However whenever I go there it seems the container with the pretzel bites is neatly empty while other style containers are full. When I order a box of bites the clerk offers to sell me the large pretzels. The clerk always says I will have to bake more bites. My complaint is that the bites should always be available and the customer should not have to wait. Why doesn't the store ensure pretzel bites are readily available like the other varieties? I have walked out of the store several times when bites where not available. read more

My fiancé and I held our June 1, 2019 wedding at the beautiful venue The Clubhouse at Baywood in Millsboro, DE. At the end of the evening, we wanted our guests to enjoy a Philadelphia soft pretzel and reached out to Heidi at the Rehoboth Philly Pretzel Factory to figure out how to coordinate this. Heidi was incredible to work with, she arranged the schedule so that the pretzels were baked as late in the day as possible and also handled the packaging and delivery of the pretzels to Baywood. The Baywood team took over once the pretzels were delivered and had them nicely displayed and ready for guests to pick up on their way out to do sparklers. The pretzels were delicious! I got two pretzel dogs for dinner the other day and when I got home the dogs were shriveled up and chewy. I think selling the sides in little containers is tacky, they are not refrigerated and you don't know how old they are. I bought the hot mustard and it smelled off so I didn't even use it. read more
