Place a pre-paid order for pickup @ 3:00 PM on Super Bowl Sunday. Weather was 31 dF and sleeting. Line was around the building. I asked a woman in line if this was for pre-paid pickup? She responded yes I waited in my car for an hour. The line only got longer. Had a party to attend at 5:00, so I left and had my daughter come back at 5:45 (the store closes at 6:00). Line still into the parking lot. My daughter finally gets into the store - total mayhem! Rude employees, including the manager! Our order is neither ready or right! I'll be filing a complaint with my credit card company. Apparently, this place ran a total scam on customers. They oversold, under-delivered and hopefully, they'll be out of business by next SB!

Warm, nicely salted, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Yum! If you have room in your freezer, the specials are a great deal.

If you order a pretzel dog they make you pay extra for mustard. It's a g freaking hotdog. Next you want to charge for the bag too?

Great place to get pretzels. We had an issue on our last visit and the manager went above and beyond to fix it. Great customer service!

I believe I found it at Big Ray's. My two dogs were just as yummy as I expected, but I could only eat one hot dog because I had to get the fresh-cut, homemade French fries. Very homey feel with friendly service. Al fresco dining is available when the weather is nice. The staff was very friendly, and I can attest that the food is great.

The only real question: Would Big Ray's chili dog treat me kindly? (Important considerations were made.) We arrived around 5:30pm on a chilly January Friday and quickly realized we were not alone in this brilliant decision. The dining room was already about ¾ full, which I take as an excellent sign when evaluating burger-and-dog establishments. After a quick menu scan, I locked in my order: a ¼-lb beef hot dog with chili, mustard, and onions ($4.99) plus a Diet Pepsi (because balance). Adventure Buddy went all in with the Honey Butter Chicken Club ($8.59) and an order of fried pickles ($4.99), washed down with an orange Fanta. Total damage? Under $27. Date night win already. The food came out fast and piping hot, which is exactly what you want when you're this hungry. My chili dog immediately delivered--solid flavor, generous chili, and most importantly, the hot dog was grilled, giving it that slight snap that separates the pros from the amateurs. No soggy sadness here. Adventure Buddy's chicken sandwich was also a standout. This was a legit chunk of chicken breast, not a sad, thin patty pretending to be something it's not. Crispy, juicy, and the honey butter added just the right touch of sweetness without crossing into dessert territory. The fried pickles were thick-cut, crunchy, and exactly what fried pickles should be--dangerously snackable. All around, Big Ray's absolutely delivered. Solid food, quick service, great value, and the kind of place you immediately add to your "easy yes" rotation for burgers, dogs, and sandwiches. I'll definitely be back--especially once the weather warms up and that front patio becomes fair game.

If you enter from the parking lot entrance in the back you are greeted by a pool table right inside the door. They have a bar that can accommodate up to 15 ish people and a seating area to the right if you come in the front door! They have PA games of skill machines and an electronic dart board. The music is loud enough that you can hear it, but not too loud that you can't hear someone across the table from you! They have a small regular menu that consists of Dogs, Burgers, Chipped steak etc. They only run the fryer on a select few days a week when they make wings! There are about 15 beers on tap, 3 of which are rotating! They have a full bar and canned / bottled beer and ciders. If you sit in a seat you will be waited on by the bartenders, BE PATIENT, they probably saw you walk in, they will find you! The food, ahhh the food! Simple small menu, that can't be 100% found anywhere else! I say that, because there is a Johnny and Huns Smokehouse on the other side of the county, similar menu, but the hot dogs are not made the same. They are the star of the show! Coney dogs, where the dogs slowly grill on the flat top all day, or until they're ordered! The longer the better! Burgers are not gourmet but if you put the coney sauce on them...yumm. Burger is better if you order the special, a cheese burger with Chipped steak, onions and coney sauce...yumm again! When I was first told about this place years ago, I was told "order a dog and a special with a beer"! That was some good advice then, and it still applies today!
