I love pretzels! If I don't eat some form of pretzel in a day it is not a good day. I went to college in Philly so I am well versed in soft pretzels. These are my favorite. I know it's a chain. But, every time I come up to visit o go to this pace and it never disappoints. The pretzels are hot and delicious and the serous great. This a great location, they can fill large orders quickly.I order from this location frequently and they always have my order ready when requested. One time their oven broke and they called me and I was able to order from another location. One time recently I forgot to order the day before and called them to order 200 pretzels and they had them ready in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this location. read more

I visited the establishment located on Horsham, PA. The reason I visited this location, I ordered a small pretzel nugget tray for a meeting happening at noon. I did call to pre order my request. Upon entering I was greeted by Mike. He was a friendly gentlemen as asked how he could help me. I mentioned that I preordered and came to pick up my order. Along with my order came 2 dipping choices - I chose mustard and cheese. My order was ready and waiting. I requested a bag for my tray of pretzels and none available. I have a bad back and just wanted the security, just in case moment. Mike also mentioned that the cover on the pretzel isn't broken, it is a vent system for the pretzel. At the time of my visit, I believe Mike was the only person at this establishment. This establishment was very clean. Floor was clean. Friendly staff and orders ready when promised. Their pretzels are always fresh. They seem to have studied their trends and know when they need more and when they need less. We visit this location when we need or want pretzels when we are at home and the location near Woodhaven Rd when heading to the shore or the stadiums. I have never experienced rude or inattentive staff. I'm on team Purist/Original with Spicy Mustard, but can never resist dunking a party tray rivet in cheese, cinnamon, chocolate or butter cream at least once. Not a fan of the cinnamon sugar pretzels, hot dogs or other novelty pretzel items - if your new, don't get distracted - this isn't what they are CELEBRATED for. The original is simply perfect - warm, perfectly soft but not undercooked, right amount of salt, and perfectly complimented by the acidic/spicy mustard. I tried to buy 3 pretzels but was refused to use my credit card because they had a minimum of 6 pretzels bought for a credit card purchase. There was no sign posted stating this ridiculous process so it's bad practice. The cashier didn't seem to care if I bought something or not. There are plenty of places to get pretzels in this area. The quality of the pretzels are not consistent. Sometimes they are overdone, sometimes underdone, and properly done nowhere near often enough. What is pretty consistent is the customer service. I want it to known that there remains honest people in this world. I purchased pretzels here Sunday 11/3/13 in the afternoon, besides the pretzels always tasting good, the girls at the counter were very friendly and greeted you with a smile. Thats standard for them because that's part of why they are successful, hats off to the owners. However, unknown to me at the time, my wallet must have feel out of my jacket, one I don't use that often, but as I look back to see what happened, after I got gas at Wawa on Horsham road I went to the pretzel factory. I didn't realize this is what happened until last night late, looked all over never found it. And than this morning when my son texts me and said the Pretzel factory called my office and the phones get forwarded to my son's cell, 24/7, and said they found my wallet. I had a tear in my eye, Iam an older guy, 67, kind of sensitive, sentimental person, I was amazed what had happened. The feeling of a stranger being honest is overwhelming, All I can say is Thank You very much. I will not go back to this establishment. MY Wife placed an order and I got there to pick up the pretzels at 125pm instead of 1200. The person in charge stopped the person making up the tray and pointed to an uncovered tray on a shelf and told her to give me that one. I said I would like the fresh pretzels. I was told it's not his fault and he shouldn't have to get stuck with those pretzels. REALLY the customer gets what they get not the freshest best quality product. To follow through with horrible customer service this person says "have a nice day" in a very FU tone as I'm leaving. Again never going back and letting everyone I know or meet go to any other pretzel factory. They would rather sell stale product and lose customers than risk a few dollars of pretzel dough. read more

I purchased a crowd pleaser (25 pretzels), I took them to my office and they were not very pleasing, they were cold and hard. I then drove back to correct the problem and after waiting for 10 mins I was handed a bag of pretzels with only 15 pretzels in it. I asked why only 15 and the response was "because you only brought back 15". Needless to say, I was upset and had to explain that it was only after people begin to eat the pretzels are we able to determine that they aren't to our liking, never mind the fact that I had to drive all the way back to do the return. The young lady Heather, stated that the pretzels were warm and soft. This statement was made after I had taken them to my office from the store and had them out for everyone's enjoyment and being told that they weren't very good and then driving all the way back. She was rude, but grab the remaining pretzels to put them in the bag forcefully. I was appalled and told her that I have never been treated this was at the other pretzel factories. Some times it doesn't even matter how good the quality of the food is when your staff is the most unpleasant group of individuals you'll ever meet. From the very beginning of our experience there, I knew there were going to be issues. We went to order a pretzel tray, easy, right?! The girl who took our order was the most miserable person I have ever met. As if we were inconveniencing her. We paid for the tray right then and there. She wrote on the top of the slip "paid". But I just knew this was going to be an issues and saved my receipt for 2 months for it. When someone else went to pick up the tray for me, they gave her the hardest time about the tray "not being paid for". And made her pay again. Fine. So very inconveniently I went back to the store to get a refund, easy, right?! No. The two individuals there that day were just as miserable as the last group. Staring at me dumb founded as if they didn't know how to help me. Referring to their co workers who made the mistake as "retarded". Classy. They then took my information and told me a manager would have to help me. Well one manager called once, I missed the call and have not been able to get a hold of them since. I have called every day, for 5 days but apparently the owners don't come around often, which could explain the lack of customer service their staff has. Never did I expect a single pretzel tray to be this difficult. Never again. This staff needs some training. read more

I went here on Friday, the 18th around 5:59pm because how bad traffic was on 611 and Horsham Road. I knew I was late and didn't call ahead like they always say. But I thought there was a glimmer of hope that I could bring home pretzels. My wife loves pretzels as do my kids. We are a German family!! ...Anyway, I pull up and the two employees who were working smiled at me and let me come in. They were cleaning up. I knew they weren't going to have a lot of food left but what they did have was twenty pretzels and gave me them with no hassle. I want to point out their names, I think his name was Timmy and hers was Shelly. If I'm wrong, I AM SO SORRY! I am an older man! But I couldn't believe that they let me come in with a minute remaining. Usually the kids will lock up the door and stare at you. I've had it happen to me before when coming here. Dealt with rude kids who yell and are well not professional. Sorry I'm rambling on. I just wanted to thank those two and show how wonderful they are and how delicious the pretzels were!
