I was referred to Dr Fantuzzo, and after my consult appointment, I felt more at ease than I expected. I wasn't able to afford IV anesthesia (blame my insurance not the doctor) so I had to opt for Nitrous. The pain had gotten so bad that I unfortunately needed to get the surgery done the day before my birthday. BUT, oh my gosh. The surgery experience was fantastic. I remember hearing him say "first ones out," but I didn't feel a thing! My recovery was so smooth the next two days, no swelling, no pain, no blood. He's not a magician, he's an expert. He knows what he's doing. My surgery only took 30 minutes, and that's not because he rushed, it's because he is literally THAT good. If you ever need teeth removed by an oral surgeon, you will be in the best hands in the area (possibly the whole state) if you go to Dr Fantuzzo.

Had two wisdom teeth removed at ROS with Dr. Michael Krzemien -- ended up needing a new $2K crown…read more I opted for conscious sedation rather than full anesthesia and was told I'd feel pressure but no pain. However, the procedure began before the sedative had taken full effect. I experienced significant pain and requested additional sedation, but the extraction resumed almost immediately afterward, and I remained in considerable discomfort throughout. After the procedure, Dr. Krzemien inquired about my dental crown. He then explained that it had been dislodged during the extraction and had been reattached using temporary cement. My regular dentist later examined it and found the crown to be damaged beyond repair, requiring full replacement. In addition to the unexpected cost of replacing the crown, I was also billed for the temporary cement and that bill is now accumulating monthly service charges.

The tech doing the preparation for the crowns…read morehad pretty much little experience at what she was doing and as a result the one crown does not reach the gum line and both of them hit my bottom teeth making it impossible to chew foo. I went back and the dentist tried to grind down two of the bottom teeth which were also crowns and ended up exposing the metal build up posts in the process. And after that they still hit each other while trying to close and bite. The attitude was pretty much there was nothing he could do about it. also I was charged for core build up on both teeth and insurance was billed for the core build up which I'm 100% sure was never done. (Insurance fraud?) When the new crowns did not fit right they should have been replaced with correct fitting crowns. As others have stated I agree it's all about the money and not about quality dental procedures. To correct the problem I had to have the two bottom crowns replaced so they no longer hit the top teeth. Fortunately they (Cornerstone Dental) knows what they're doing and corrected the issue that Henrietta Family Dental caused. So all said and done the two procedures totaled almost $7,000.00. My recommendation is to avoid this dental practice. I can highly recommend Cornerstone Dental to anyone needing dental work. Save yourself a headache and stay away from Henrietta Family Dental.

She did not apologize or show any compassion at all. She was arrogant and prejudiced towards us. If this surgery was not an emergency for my son then I would have left and never gone back. I had to swallow my pride and still allow this practice to remove my sons wisdom teeth. Mary Louise and another front desk lady were very kind and apologetic to us which I was thankful for. Those 2 women really saved the day. Dr. Ruckert was ok, he gave a half hearted apology but showed little feeling or remorse for the way his employee had acted. There is a bad feeling in this office. I felt it right away when I called to make an appointment. The lady (i believe it was also Charlene) was rude to me on the phone and made disparaging comments. It was the worst Ive ever been treated anywhere. I NEVER post reviews but I knew I had to today. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Be prepared to be talked about, laughed about and made fun of with your personal information. If she did this right out loud and in front of us, imagine what she says and does behind closed doors. He would dismiss any questions I had or act like I was an idiot for asking them. His sense of humor is not very humorous and he seems like he loves to brag about his past client. I was very nervous. The staff and Dr. Bracci was wonderful make me feel safe and they all knew their jobs and made me feel comfortable.
