However, today's visit was extremely disappointing. My son has special needs, and consistency and familiarity are very important for his comfort and cooperation during appointments. Despite this, he was assigned a different hygienist without any prior notice or consideration for his needs. On top of that, we were made to wait while another patient who arrived after us was taken ahead of him. There was no explanation, acknowledgment, or apology at the time. When I brought my concerns to the front desk, the only response I received was, "we dropped the ball," which felt dismissive and did not address the situation in a meaningful way. This entire experience showed a lack of communication, sensitivity, and respect for my son's needs. I truly hope this office takes feedback like this seriously and makes improvements, especially when it comes to accommodating patients with special needs. Because of this review I wrote on Google I was called and told me my husband and 4 children can't be seen at this office anymore because I blasted them to the world.

At every appointment I asked if I should expect the pain to decrease or go away, and got brushed off by Dr. Quagliata with a "yes, it will, and if it doesn't call us and schedule another appointment." When the pain worsened the cycle just repeated. After months of appointments I'm still experiencing pain and there doesn't seem to be a plan in place going forward to treat it. I feel like she isn't really paying attention to me as a patient, just doing the required amount of work and moving on. If I was just going here for normal biannual cleanings, I'd be perfectly happy. Cleanings have been smooth, easy experiences. Again, the staff have been so receptive and polite every time I go there. Sadly the fact that I regularly feel dismissed when I bring up my concerns is making me consider switching to a different dentist.

I said to my cousin Great tell me all about it once you meet the doctor! My cousin called me almost immediately after her appointment. I said Liz tell me what happened how was it? My cousin had an interesting way of answering it she said 'You don't know what you don't know'. I said Liz what do you mean? My cousin told me She had a really great chiropractor in the past but Dr. Lange was so much better thus she's 'You don't know what you don't know'. Well it got my curiosity going. A year later I had a neck problem and I was going to try Dr. Lange. This doctor was not the first time I had seen a chiropractor I have seen two others in my life. What I can tell you is the doctor took care of my problem almost totally the first time I saw him. I would say roughly 80% of my neck problem was gone. I saw him again about 4 days later and after that I was totally taken care of. If you are ever looking for a chiropractor you should definitely try Dr. Lange.

On May 19, 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic, I had to have a tooth extraction. I was limited in who would do this for me. I actually had one place tell that pain was NOT an emergency, since the dentists that were open were only taking emergency patients. My daughter sent me an article regarding Dr. Calascibetta dental practise. I called on a Monday and was seen on Tuesday to have my tooth extracted. I had no dental insurance, they gave me a quote and also waived the office visit fee and X-Ray , during the pandemic. I can not say enough good things about Dr. C and his staff. I was made to feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment I entered. State of the Art facility with air purification systems in every room. I'm extremely dental-phobic so going to the dentist is always a high-anxiety experience for me. Until I went to Celestial Dental! Dr. C and his staff are so kind, patient, and caring. This is where to go to get ripped off. I had a $7000 implant. It FAILED. I had multiple infections…read morebecause of inferior materials used and abundance of cement used. The abutment and crown were stock. Dr. Cabrera wrote up the plan and explicitly wrote custom materials. He stood in the back of the room while a different dentist did the implant. Was I a guinea pig,? I'm a woman of age alone on social security. He made me take a yearly plan to (keep expenses down) claiming it would have been over $8000. I gave them multiple times to rectify the issues but blamed it on other teeth trying to get more money out of me and made derogatory remarks about how my regular dentist would not get me in soon enough. He wanted to charge 2500 for a root canal and crown on the tooth in front of the implant and previously blamed a tooth behind the implant. My dentist sent me to another specialist and both agreed the implant failed. Greece FD never took responsibility for their mistakes. I had the crown and abutment removed and it's deemed unusable. The infections stopped and I have no tooth in place. 7000 down the toilet. I needed a very painful lazar treatment to treat the gum infection when it was removed. He claims to be Christian which was why I chose them. Shame on you Dr. Cabrera and the blaming your associate for the error. He orchestrated the whole thing. Besides who gives away big ticket items and cruises in contests. What other dental practice does that?? Who's paying for those things? His patients.

They took me right away as a new patient, and even sat on the phone with me while driving to help me find the place. My previous dentist had told me I probably had a cracked tooth. This dentist had a different explanation (which I questioned thoroughly after the last dentist). But sure enough, I followed his advice and within days my tooth pain subsided.
