I broke a tooth and was in desperate need of a new dentist, my mom recommended Dr C at celestial dental. I have always had severe anxiety going to the dentist. But I was in pain. I called and they got me in fast to examine me. Dr C was so professional and kind in our first meeting, he and his team our compassion it and never made me feel embarrassed about me teeth. He truly is exactly where he belongs. Rosanna the receptionist has become such a pleasure to talk with, always pleasant and full of energy. She works with you for the best available appointments. Kay the treatment coordinator works with you for payment options and is super helpful and very supportive. Check into the star membership, great dental care at an affordable price. Marissa is my hygienist and the most amazing individual there. She is so patient and caring towards me from day one. Even when I'm there for a procedure that does not require her she makes sure to stop in and check on me.., that's above and beyond. The entire office is astronomy themed, more like a cool science museum than a dental office. Even the bathroom looks like you're on the moon. Sitting in the chair is relaxing, they give you a blanket during dental procedures. There's a screen showing astronomy information and trivia as well as pictures of the staff. Usually, I'll run to yelp to reviewed an establishment reviews before booking. However, I just called and the first person I spoke to exceeded with the verbal exchange. I was told they would give me a call back because I didn't have an appointment and it was a busy day. The call was returned in a timley manner and it was not the same person who I spoke to earlier. However, she picked up just like if I was speaking to her from the beginning. I went in that day for the consultation. DR. V examined my teeth, explained the issues and gave me the best options (Very Professional). He then handed me over to two lovely young ladies, both with the gentlest touch and tones. They photographed, checked my gums and each individual teeth was measured and logged. I have a condition called Bell's Palsy and even with all that action in my mouth I was extremely comfortable. The following day I had to get some medication. However due to the business and the Thanksgiving holiday I believe it was forgotten.I went back the following day to collect it and was told by the pharmacist they have nothing for me. I called the office and spoke to another lady who not only apologized repeatedly. She assisted me even staying on the line till the prescription was sent. Honestly, everyone I spoken to or came in contact with was so respectfully and genuine. They made me feel comfortable and was very communicative throughout the entire process. I cannot say enough good things about Celestial Dental. The office staff are kind and helpful, much more than other medical offices. Every staff member at Celestial Dental treated me with care and compassion. I have had horrific experiences with dental work, which caused severe anxiety and avoiding dental care. I am extremely difficult to numb and I have woken up from deep sedation general anesthesia screaming in pain. Dr. C and Hannah did absolutely everything they could to help with my anxiety and unusual numbing issues. I had an urgent need to get 2 teeth extracted and this was hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. The extraction ended up being extremely difficult, Dr. C had to drill a little into my jaw. I had preciously gone to Oral-Maxillofacial Surgeons who could not extract these teeth. Dr. C and all of his staff helped to ease my anxiety as much as possible. My pain was minimal due to all the careful attention and monitoring by Dr. C and Hannah. I cannot thank Dr. C and all his staff enough for helping me with dental issues I have had for years due to other dental offices not being able to numb me properly. I have been going to Dr. C and the team at Celestial Dental for the past year. From the moment you call, the receptionist (Rosanna) is INCREDIBLE. It feels like you're talking to someone who cares about you and wants you to be seen as soon as possible. She will search and search to find an opening in their schedule that works well for you too! Then when you go in, it is such a beautiful office! It really doesn't feel like you're at the dentist. Everything is state of the art. Also, I didn't have to wait forever in the waiting room; I was helped right away! EVERY SINGLE ONE of the staff members and hygienists are SO KIND and fun to talk to. They genuinely want you to feel comfortable about being at the dentist. And Dr. Calascibetta, there's so much I could say about him. He's attentive, very well educated and knows what he's talking about, he helps explain things to you in layman's terms, and he's funny! Y'all. I called this place at 830 in the morning (12/6/21)they got me in at 1030, and I was out of the office by 12. I had an infected tooth that I've been dealing with for almost 4 weeks. I've called, I swear every place in rochester because I was in so much pain- I had come across this place last night as I continued to try to find someone who could get me in sooner then February 3rd. When I say I have HIGH dental anxiety. I mean high! I put off getting my wisdom teeth pulled for years because they were actually a problem they were just way back there. I didn't even feel Dr. C pull this sucker out. I wanted to be completely sedated when I got them done- this man gave me a couple shots of novocaine and I was feeling NOTHING. Not saying I can't wait to get the other 3 out- but I absolutely will walk in that office with no problem knowing how simple and pain free it was. The receptionist (Rosana I believe!) I was instantly taken with her understanding that I needed to see someone! She started with "honey, we'll take care you" she got me in, walked me through everything, told me I'd be okay! Hannah, the assistant also amazing. She was very calming before dr. C came into the room- answered my questions. She was able to have a conversation with me about personal life to help distract me. I was treated with compassion and the ABSOLUTE best dental care I've ever come across (I've had a lot of work and visits elsewhere that simply don't measure up). I went to Celestial Dental after seeing reviews on Yelp. I hadn't been in a long time. My previous dentist retired. I was feeling bad because it had been so long. They were awesome,they kept telling me not to worry about it but it took Kristine 2 1/2 hours to clean my teeth. Dr C came in and introduced himself to me. Everyone there from the receptionist to the Dr. was very nice and the experience couldn't have been better, maybe if I hadn't taken so long to get another dentist. I have had 2 surgical procedures done by DR. C in the last year. When I say he's phenomenal, I mean he's the best dentist I have ever dealt with. A root canal a year ago with no pain. A tooth extraction on a tooth with a infection done yesterday and no pain today without any painkillers today. He has became my family's dentist. I had an emergency dental situation during the Covid-19. This dentist found a way to help me get my issue fixed. He was so kind and understanding and fixed my issue perfectly. I am now going to use him as my regular dentist. He is, right now, working to help as many people as possible during the current restrictions.
