Had a horrible experience here that left me in tears. Despite attempting to advocate for myself and my healthcare needs, the office staff was incredibly rude, aloof, detached, and apathetic.
I took time off work twice to come in for 2 appointments that both never happened due to the office staff not communicating, and prescribing incorrect medications.
They never even mumbled an apology, or took any ounce of responsibility, rather just stared blankly at me when I attempted to advocate for myself. It was not until i requested to speak to the provider/doctor that I was actually heard.
There was zero accountability and responsibility on the office staff, who are the face of the practice, and the first interaction with clients. It is a wonder how this practice retains clients as each experience I've had here has been a nightmare with these rude front desk workers.
In an attempt to save future clients from the same unacceptable, poor service I received, I will be reaching out to my dentist to recommend they discontinue making referrals for Roc Pointe.
Extremely unprofessional and not acceptable in the healthcare field. Save your time and money, go literally anywhere else.
*Note: Dr. Bunes was kind enough to waive the consultation fee due to this experience, but after already paying at the front before, when I went back to get it refunded I was again, met with hostility and passive aggressiveness from office manager, Dayna, and Jazea, who refused to even look or speak back to me. read more
