10 minute cleaning & a $330 bill after my insurance paid her!! I will be turning her in for insurance fraud!! Also Ever since covid this dentist has cut her staff to almost zero. Before 2020, she had a couple great hygienists but now she is doing the cleanings & X-rays?!? And I see 1 receptionist who is rude!! I had my first cleaning yesterday! Dr. Najeem was very gregarious, yet professional and efficient. Cleanings can be painful for me, yet she was gentle and thorough. Her staff was welcoming, and her waiting area was clean and spacious. But the best was the doctor's genuinely friendly persona. I will return. read more

Went in there with a pulsing toothache dentist sent me home saying nothing was wrong. Take Tylenol two days later end up in emergency room with a serious infection in my mouth and my face was swelling up call back told them nurse said what would you like us to do the rude ignorant I don't like to take responsibility for what they did so I turned them in to the health dental association. read more

This Place went down hill it's just the dentist and rude receptionist so if you want a really bad 7 minute cleaning and to be treated rudely by a receptionist that clearly doesn't know what she's doing with a lower IQ of a 3 year old go here. read more

Went in today (12/21) to get my crown process started. With previous dentists I have always had a hard time even driving there- the ride was filled with panic attacks and anxiety. Since seeing this dentist I have not had one panic attack. She is wonderful, professional & very personable! Her office staff is bar none prob the best I have encountered.. very friendly & professional. So I went in to get the crown started and was out within an hr! This dentist office has not only been so helpful with myself, but they also very quickly got my boyfriend in as a new patient, and did the most amazing job with my 5 year old daughter. She is terrified of doctor office type settings, and the tech came in and explained everything to her and really took the time to help with calming those fears. It was by far the best dental visit my daughter has ever had. I cannot recommend this office more. 5 stars isn't enough. read more

Doctor Nasheem is truly the best dentist that I've ever been to. I live an hour away from her office and desperately needed a dentist. I had called 20 different dental office within a 30 mile radius of my home and none of them accepted new patients and definitely didn't accept medicaid. I had to let 2 broken teeth go without a dentist for a year. Not only is Dr. Naseem kind, caring, and compassionate...she accepts medicaid unlike most dentists in any area. I am beyond grateful for finally finding her. read more

The Dentist is nice. However 3 of my teeth she worked on have to be redone. Not even 3 months after. Also her male receptionist went off on me when I had to cancel my late afternoon apt when my transmission was leaking and I wasn't going to chance it. I'll be honest and say it was my second time I had to cancel. The first time was during Covid and I woke up stuffy nosed and could only breath out of my mouth...which would be hard to have a dentist working on my mouth! Plus I wasn't feeling good and felt it was better to stay home! It was because of him at the time i don't want to go back there. And then after a couple months and filling problems from work done I'm not going back! I had to listen to him go off on me in a rude way like I was a 5yr old! He told me I could only make same day appointments from then on. Now I'm back to my old dentist who now does extractions! At my age over 60 I refuse to have anyone talk to me the way he did! He was a little bitch! I wonder if the dentist knows why she's losing clients due to him and the work she does which isn't all that great! I had 1 chunk of filling between my teeth so I couldn't floss and the filling on my front tooth that she left an uneven filling ledge I could feel that wasn't smoothed out eventually fell off! The other 3 have to be pulled! I had a new consultation 3 months later with another dentist because 2 of the ones she filled got infected and I had to take antibiotics .. I have decided that even though my old dentist is farther away now that I had moved is worth the drive. I will be seeing him soon. We will see what he has to say! read more

This is where to go to get ripped off. I had a $7000 implant. It FAILED. I had multiple infections…read morebecause of inferior materials used and abundance of cement used. The abutment and crown were stock. Dr. Cabrera wrote up the plan and explicitly wrote custom materials. He stood in the back of the room while a different dentist did the implant. Was I a guinea pig,? I'm a woman of age alone on social security. He made me take a yearly plan to (keep expenses down) claiming it would have been over $8000. I gave them multiple times to rectify the issues but blamed it on other teeth trying to get more money out of me and made derogatory remarks about how my regular dentist would not get me in soon enough. He wanted to charge 2500 for a root canal and crown on the tooth in front of the implant and previously blamed a tooth behind the implant. My dentist sent me to another specialist and both agreed the implant failed. Greece FD never took responsibility for their mistakes. I had the crown and abutment removed and it's deemed unusable. The infections stopped and I have no tooth in place. 7000 down the toilet. I needed a very painful lazar treatment to treat the gum infection when it was removed. He claims to be Christian which was why I chose them. Shame on you Dr. Cabrera and the blaming your associate for the error. He orchestrated the whole thing. Besides who gives away big ticket items and cruises in contests. What other dental practice does that?? Who's paying for those things? His patients.

I asked them then how much the appointment was and they told me it was a free consultation only to get there and be charged for a comprehensive visit would not even a basic visit was done. The doctor was in and out of the room within minutes and left charting to his assistant. I told the front desk that it was a consultation and of course the woman didn't know what I was talking about even though she talked to me that morning. I paid in since I had the doctor's email I emailed the doctor let him know what was going on he said he'd give me the money back. He never did a month goes by I email again he ignores the email. Finally I get in touch with the bank after I show them proof. The bank pays me back. Once the bank gets in touch with the dentist that is when they get back to me. I shouldn't have to call the bank to get my money or be ignored or waste my time to come in for a money grab. You're not even able to make your own appointments they tell you when you can and can't come. Not accommodating, nobody knows what they're talking about, they will ignore you if they owe you money. It was an experience I could do without. When looking for a dentist you want to make sure you have faith and trust and if they can accommodate a consultation or bill you for the correct services from the start, You have to question Do you trust them with the rest!

And they did! I was told that I could raise my hand at any point to pause or stop, that they'd make sure I wasn't feeling a thing. I felt well informed about what was going on, that made me feel at ease too. The (excellent) hygienist is very gentle, as is Dr. B. My deep cleaning took two sessions. By the end of both sessions, I felt relaxed (even while getting fillings) and no longer apprehensive. I can honestly say that I look forward to visiting again in 3 months. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE ALLOWED TO GO INTO THE EXAMINATION ROOM WITH YOUR 8 YEAR OLD CHILD!!!! THEY DO NOT ALLOW IT ... STATING THEY WANT TO BUILD "TRUST" WITH THE CHILD. ARE THEY OUT OF THEIR MINDS?? How about building TRUST with the parent!!! The office manager, Julie, in the 'business' for 32 years basically told me to take my child elsewhere if i didn't like their practice. I have FOUR children and multiple dentists thru the years, including orthodontists, pediatric dental surgeons and pediatric dentists and NEVER ONCE was I told i could not accompany one my children into the exam room. This place (and procedures) is CRAZY in this day and age. What are they hiding by not allowing parents in room?? And they took bitewing xrays 6 months ago and again at this 6 month appointment without my permission because again I WAS NOT ALLOWED IN THE ROOM.
