The reviews for this dentist on Yelp and Google scream Dental Malpractice. This lady has sued over 200 people for non-payment. I wonder why she has such a hard time collecting money. Is it because people attempt to refuse paying an unethical dentist for unnecessary and/or unauthorized treatment(s)? She has been in business with a slimy collection attorney since at least 2002. She makes people sign many forms when they first arrive at her office including one that you agree to pay collection costs. Why wouldn't someone sign that? Who "steals" dental services. But when they are served with ridiculous bills they refuse to pay as part of a dispute with her office. They assume there objection is heard and move on with another dentist. Then they forget they signed this agreement and 6 years later a slimy attorney comes to collect a partial bills you didn't pay because of the dispute many years ago. Me and my family went to her office exactly once. We wanted six cleanings and nothing more! I personally was able to refuse her extra services and just get the cleaning and exam which my insurance covered(about $90). Unfortunately my ex-wife and kids were hit with unauthorized fluoride treatments, sealants, and up to 9 cavities for my son (who had exactly zero at his prior dentist that year) and 2 for my daughter who never had cavities before or since. Total charges for that one treatment period was not $90 x 6 people or $540, but over $3000!!!! I have read this is very common in her practice. I also obtained my son's x-rays and brought them to our current dentist who we have been with for the six years since. They confirmed that that those cavities were not there, certainly not that many. Please bounce back if you were a patient of Dr. Bracker and are interested in considering an investigation for Dental Malpractice. Simply refusing to pay her will catch up to you. She has worked out a legal formula for collecting on disputed bills long after you likely have the records to dispute her in court. Her slimy attorney loves his job. read more

Every visit has been pleasant. My dental hygienist is always thorough with her cleaning. I had recently got my teeth whitened and she was up front about the outcome and not to expect "refrigerator white" teeth and to give it some thought. I still went ahead and liked the result. It's several shades brighter than what I had before and boosted my confidence. You get pleasantly greeted when you walk in and the wait isn't usually long in the mornings. During the cleaning, they make sure you're comfortable and ask you if you need to rinse more or if you feel any pain, which they will acknowledge and help the best they could. At the end, Dr. Bracker comes in and talks to you about your progress. The wait might be a little longer than usual but I'm pretty patient and I understand that she has 6 other people to talk to so it's no big deal. Overall, My experiences for every appointment I've been to have been excellent. I would recommend them to my friends and family. read more

Dr. Bracker has been my dentist since 1990! Dental health is often overlooked and neglect can contribute to multiple health problems. As an extremely health conscious RN, I appreciate her dedication and expertise. I know she keeps up on the latest research and procedures. She has been my "go to" for cleanings, fillings and root canals/crowns. She has even met me at the office for a dental emergency on a Saturday! I am more than satisfied with her people and dental skills. The office is fun, friendly and child approved as my 24 year old son has also been a patient for many years. The staff are competent and caring and I always feel welcomed. I would highly recommend that individuals and families consider Dr. Bracker for their dental healthcare needs. read more

My daughter and I have been going to Dr. Bracker for about 2 years now. She and her staff have seen us through my daughter's braces and works well with our orthodontist needs, dealt with insurance issues with smiles and they have very flexible schedules; morning and evening hours available more than just one day/ week. Just like with anyone anywhere, communication is vital. Dr. Bracker and her staff are extremely professional, empathetic and supportive. The facility is comfortable and it makes going to the dentist a good experience. Dr. Bracker is trustworthy and does not charge for unnecessary procedures. She is a dentist for the long and short term. Seeing the bad review below makes me think that she didn't pay the Yelp extortion fee----I know of other businesses that *suddenly* get a bad review after not paying into their business model. Dr. Bracker herself is a godsend for everyone, but especially for anyone who has dentist fears and phobias. I have been coming to Dr. Bracker's office for a little while now... and I absolutely love it here! The office staff is nice, her team is warm and comforting and Dr. Bracker is AMAZING! I've had to have a few dental procedures done and each time she has put me at ease. My son is 8 and has needed quite some work already. I like that they take in consideration how sensitive kids are to having anxiety and taking breaks in between if needed by raising one hand. It is nice that I can ease his mind by staying in the room with him during his procedures! The staff is extremely pleasant and welcoming. Needed a new dentist after getting braces and constantly heard the Susan Bracker jingle. At my first appointment for a cleaning I had to fill out a huge packet of all my information and it shows they want to know every little detail and do their best. They took their time and I was impressed that the same girl who checked me in did my cleaning. She was super nice and made sure I was comfortable. Fisrt Dentist that I have been to since I moved to Rochester. I love it! They are great. Very nice and professional. The office is very clean, you can tell cleanliness is important here. They do a good job and treat you kindly :) highly recommended. The regular cleanings go quick, your in and out in no time. They also will take you if you do not have insurance. The dentist I went to prior was so awful and traumatic! I was so nervous going back to the dentist especially going to a dentist not in my home state. I was so well taken care of! Wow! What an outstanding office! I needed a last minute appointment before school started and they got me in right away for my routine cleaning.
