Less than a year after my purchase what looked like a grain of sand became embedded in a lens. Also I noticed the red paint was starting to chip from the metal frame. I came in and immediately the person at the counter said something like sorry, we no longer carry that brand. Not understanding why that should be my problem, I asked to speak to the manager. He was pretty rude & said there was nothing that could be done about the paint and then acted like he would do me a big favor - rather than standing by his product - by replacing the lens, while trying to make me feel like this was my fault. He expalained that he had the same brand glasses and multiple children who were regularly grabbing them off his face, yet he never had a problem with these glasses. That's a great story, but I'll never return here!

Do they like to see people suffer, or is Ritvo on some power trip that she would deny medication to someone suffering as punishment because they disobeyed her orders? Under the guise of "safety." When you are prescribing under the recommended dose and your patient is suffering AND running out early, you just...do nothing. What is this some sort of test: Will patient suffer at the alter of my instructions, rather than defy them? Reach out for help. But not here! They just make up whatever they want and don't care about helping patients.
