    Egg Milk Coffee

Every time I come to Dallas, my boyfriend takes me to Phi Coffee & Tea. This time I ordered the Cacao Sua Trung (Egg Cocoa Milk). It was not my favorite drink, but I wanted to try something we haven't tried before. It tasted like chocolate milk, so it wasn't bad, just not what I was expecting. The cocoa flavor definitely overpowered everything else that was in the drink. It was not busy inside. Our drinks were made within a few minutes and we were on our way shortly afterwards. The plaza itself is a bit busy, especially on the weekend. Parking shouldn't be an issue though.

Nice place for Vietnamese food and drinks. We had several selections for our group of 6 as well as coffees and teas. All very good. Order at the counter and they deliver the food to the table. This is one of several small food kiosks in this little plaza next to the market.

A must try for the coconut snails. A lot smaller then I expected it but it was very good. Spring rolls were great too with the peanut sauce. I have never had green Thai tea! It was good. It was creamy and leafy and a bit nutty! The cashier was very nice when I asked for recommendations.

Super chill and vibey ambience, great for hang outs and maybe studying if you like a busy background. This place does not get the recognition it deserves. I have always seen their corn milk sitting on the shelf so I decided to try it. It is a very unique sweet drink, that does taste a bit like corn. I am hoping to try the other signature teas soon. I also got the Taiwan Style milk tea.

Pros: Interior is cute and cozy The corn milk is pretty good, but the food is okay. Cons: Order Hu Tieu Nam Vang but it came out with broth already in it...normally broth is served on the side This place is little pricier than your average Vietnamese restaurant Would recommend the corn milk at most. Mung bean is refreshing too. The food is only if you never tried or trying to take a friend here for the first time.

I Love the vibe and decor of the place. It feels like a trendy place to hangout with friends and take photos. The place plays really loud music and it does get annoying. It is a tea and coffee shop so you have to wait in line if you plan to eat here and seat yourself. I had the #1 Combo Phi which was a broken rice dish with BBQ pork and a fried egg. The combo includes the green Thai tea. My food came out but they forgot my drink so I had to get back up and remind them. My green thai tea tasted refreshing and delicious. It was perfect. My entree however was bad. The meat was very chewy and super sweet. The flavor was there but the sweetness was overpowering. The fish sauce(?) had a gooey texture which threw me off. It was more of a sweet and sour sauce but fused with fish sauce. It was too sweet which made the dish even worse with the meat. Egg was cooked perfectly to my liking though. I also tried some of their pho and the broth was pretty lacking in depth. The meat was very chewy. The portion was pretty big though.

Nice convenient little place next to the Asian market. The restaurant and designed to look like a little alley with street vendors. I had the classic street breakfast from Vietnam, Bo Ne which translates to dodge beef. It's name come from you slightly dodging the hot skillet has it is placed in front of you. It was very flavorful, the beef was marinated well and sauce that was left in the hot skillet as the meat was cooking was perfect for dipping the fresh bread that came with the meal. The meal also came with a sunny side up egg, French fries, Vietnamese ham, and a small salad. Not many place offers Bo Ne.

Update* Tried their Thai hot pot. It was one of the worst hot pot I've ever tasted. Super bland. The service was terrible. We wanted to order at the counter, they told us to have a seat But then no one even came out or brought a menu. So we moved tables to get their attention. Finally. After sitting here for a while. Someone came out to our table, even though they watched us have a seat at the table. They kept forgetting the bowls, condiments, etc. we hurried up and ate and left after finishing our lunch in 15 mins. All of their milk teas are overly sweetened. I even asked for lightly sweetened and still Way toooooo sweet! The server was too lazy to fix the drink. So he splashed a tiny bit more black tea. And told me it should it be fine now. It was not. The only reason I even give them a 3 star because their xoi dishes are great for a quick lunch. Their banh mi are ok. But I would not buy those here. We've had some noodle dishes with grilled pork that are good. So I do come back here for their food, just not their drinks.

The drinks formerly known as Thai Green Tea and Sea Café. Yummy!!

It's date hop night!! We've got a babysitter and this is our first spot. I got the Thai green Tea and it was DELICIOUS! or was very creamy but had more of a tea flavor which I enjoy. My husband got the Sea Cafe, and he enjoyed it very much. If you're a fan of Vietnamese Coffee you roll enjoy this drink. We also decided to venture out and try #26. Pork guts cooked in 5 spices. We opted for the noddle version. While I did not partake in the pig guts my husband thoroughly enjoyed them. I did like the noodles and the extra sauce they give you on the side. Friendly staff that answered all of my many questions about all their different drinks. Only issue the smell from the super market is a little off putting.

We used to live in HK before we moved to the USA to reunited with my whole families for good. To be very honest...their foods are AWESOME!!! Besides...my only sister (older sister) used to eat Chinese food with me in some Asian places/restaurant and she loved HK style foods! My only sister passed away 2 years ago from Leukemia (blood Cancer)...my whole world cut into pieces.... I wished my sister still alive so I could have took her to this place, and I'm definitely a 100% sure she would love this place! I love the variety of Hong Kong style items, the seafood options, noodles, rice and so much more. Enjoyed their egg drop soup, roasted duck noodles and fried rice. I recently brought the family here and they loved the hot and sour soup, flat noodles and fish fillet with Chinese broccoli. While it's not a place I'll come solo, it's a wonderful restaurant for family and friend bonding. The building is old, but it feels nostalgic. Decor and the fish tank remind me of authenticity and pulls me back to a time where I was raised.

I would rather choose ABC Seafood or The Pearl over Kowloon if you're in the Arlington area. The restaurant has plenty of tables. Service is quick, almost too quick. I went on a Sunday around 1pm. But the day I went, there was less than 10 tables and the ladies with the carts were eyeing our table every few seconds. This might sound nice but then I got too nervous to look around anymore. I just like to take in my environment while I'm eating. The food quality was sub par. Everything was dry, tough, almost stale. The dim sum was left in the carts longer than most people would like. The taste of each dish was decent though. The texture of each dim sum dish really turned me off so that alone would not have me returning back.

It's a charming "hole-in-the-wall" place that reminded me of home, and it was noticeably clean. I'll definitely be back for more. What I Loved First off, the fried rice had that perfect dark hue it's supposed to have, and I was thrilled that peas and carrots were excluded. The portion size was incredibly generous - you get a lot for your money. I also really appreciated that the lady who helped me was upfront about them not having red pepper packets or sweet and sour sauce. Room for Improvement While I enjoyed my meal, there are a few things to note. The STL-style fried rice isn't actually on the main menu; you have to know they make it and ask for it, which seems a bit odd and makes me wonder why they don't advertise it more. And though I appreciated the heads-up about the missing condiments, they really need to stock red pepper packets and sweet and sour sauce. Duck sauce is a decent substitute, but red pepper is a must for this kind of dish. My rice also lacked bean sprouts and green onions, which was a disappointment. I'd recommend skipping their crab rangoon and homemade sweet and sour sauce; neither was very good. Finally, I ordered two large chicken fried rice orders and asked for no eggs in one, but both orders came without eggs, even though only one was marked "no eggs." Overall, it's a promising spot for St. Louis-style fried rice, and I'm looking forward to seeing these minor issues addressed

I ordered the St. Louis rice combo with an egg roll, Kung Pao chicken, and chicken wings. Appetizers: The egg roll was okay -- I'd give it a 3/5. The chicken wings were also just okay and a little greasy -- 3/5. Kung Pao Chicken: It was spicy, but very bland overall. I'm used to a darker, richer sauce, but this one was very light and didn't have much flavor -- 1/5. They do give you a generous portion, though. St. Louis-Style Rice: It came out hot and included bean sprouts, which a lot of places don't do anymore, so I appreciated that. The rice was dark, but even with steak, chicken, and shrimp, it still lacked flavor -- 2/5. The prices are good, service is fast, and there's plenty of space if you want to dine in. That said, it's not worth going back for me, but I'm glad I tried it.
