My New Floors Inc. really hits a home run in this department with Max Shaw. Max provided clear concise answers to all of our questions regarding the best flooring to select for our home's main level (a gorgeous Godfrey Hirst Pure New Zealand Wool Carpet) and he made cost effective recommendations for attractive, affordable, yet durable flooring options to use in our rental properties. Our experience with Max was so different than past experiences with "big box" flooring installers. The big box in-store help doesn't exactly inspire confidence in the product knowledge area and their installation "experts" were actually low-paid, unprofessional subcontractors. This certainly isn't the case with My New Floors Inc. Our experience from showroom to install was impressive!

The old saying of you get what you pay for...FCI was more expensive, but in the end it was TOTALLY worth it. The customer service alone was worth the extra money! Matt went out of his way to help me move a few heavy boxes the movers put in front of sink! The roofer, or cleaner put the "safety/anti burglar " dowel in sliding door wrong, and it was jammed. Matt helped me get it unstuck. True customer service! I 100% recommend FCI! Thanks Matt and crew. Job well done!

His team arrived right on time (literally on the dot) and did an excellent job. Our floors were pretty gnarly as they were hidden under carpet and had lots of glue, carpet pad remnants, etc. They are now a beautiful natural finish maple and we LOVE them. The job was done in 1 day. We had a follow-up question a few days after the floors were finished and Adam went above and beyond to come check out our floors and answer all our questions. Between being extremely responsive (which is huge given we called 8 other contractors and NO ONE even called us back), showing up on time, refinishing the floors beautifully and following up to answer questions - we highly recommend SNR for your flooring needs.
