I've been to several docs in East TX and can't say I've ever found someone that presents as professional but also caring as Dr. Layne did. Also, they were on time for my appointment and didn't make me wait at all, which I haven't found anywhere lately--I think most docs are always running behind. I can already tell this place is top notch! They are 100% worth my 75 min drive to get there!

Dr. Cody Carter is knowledgeable in anatomy and physiology, so he is able to treat symptoms and causes. He's also very wise, in that he waits for the patient to ask before offering advice for ongoing treatment. My wife had significant results in her neck, spine, and hips. I was helped greatly as I rehabilitated from a radical rotator cuff surgery. We're now moving out of state, but if/when we come back to visit, we'll be scheduling with Dr. Carter for sure.

The only disappointing thing I can say is if you get the chance to see your doctor, he acts like he ain't got time to spend with you That I don't like at all. I'm in here because he's got me here but other than that as far as the facility goes in the way you're treated in the way they take care of you. They do it. Excellent job. The physical therapists and the techs and nurses are all doing such an incredible job and have stayed on top of not only every patient's physical needs, but their mental and emotional states as well. My care alone has not only been impeccable and all my needs met before I could even voice them, but they have managed to make me laugh and be so much more positive than my last physical therapy experience in Palestine tx. I am so beyond happy with the care and the level of humanity and professionalism I am met with daily. Not only do I recommend this facility and it's care givers to anyone and everyone I know, I will also advocate for these people and the Dr's and everyone that works here. I have never felt so listened to and understood. You are not just valued, you are seen and heard and given your humanity back from a world that would much rather see you as a number and another insurance write off or someone who is crazy. Please if you ever find yourself in need of physical therapy, please make every effort you can to become not only a patient, but a valued human given the chance to regain their full quality of life and full potential!

With every encounter that I have had with him, he was not understanding and quite unprofessional in his interactions with patients. His words toward his patients are judgmental and condescending.
