She asked why he cannot do both and his rely was i will not spending 30 min. on one toe and have to spend another 30 min. on the other because she was a new patient. I don't know what that has to do with anything but if he could not dedicate 30 min. more to treat my mother for her pain, then UT tyler should reevaluate who is representing them. She stated i made the appointment for both toes and she said i assumed you would do both today. He told my 66 yr old mother" you know what they say about people who assume".
