Being that my unit is old, other vendors in the past , have immediately tried to pressure me to replace the whole unit. Joe on the other hand acknowledged it was old but that it could be fixed. To replace the dual capacitor and give the unit a nice tune up it was only $525. He broke apart the unit and conducted much needed maintenance.
