The chicken was incredibly tender and not dry at all. I try think maybe it's been brined in buttermilk overnight. It didn't even need the gravy, which I ordered on the side (I highly recommend that). Then I could dip and use just a small amount of gravy. It's an interesting dish, almost like the chicken was cooked in the dressing like a casserole. I have no idea how they did it. I cut and smelled my steak it smelled rancid. My friend cut a piece of hers and ate it. She spit it our in a napkin and said it tasted worse that it smelled. The cook had to know the meat was rancid. Someone could get deathly sick. This restaurant has so much potential. So sad they don't take pride in their food. Our waitress was lovely.
