I am sent reminders just prior to running out of the prescriptions I take on a daily basis and am sent a text when my prescription/s are filled letting me know that they are ready to be picked up as well as the amount I will be charged after insurance. I was routed to a customer service representative outside the U.S., who also could not reach anyone at the store. This is not acceptable. Marking orders as delivered before they are actually delivered, combined with the inability to reach the store, defeats the entire purpose of curbside service and creates unnecessary frustration for customers.
