She mentioned being able to do an amazing Gentlemen's undercut and color blend for my beard. She even does shaves but mentioned her No Shave November special. I made an appointment to go in and see how she did, but I felt comfortable enough with her professionalism to believe she would make me look good, or at least better. She showed her talent with hair, giving me a great cut, even using scissors as well as various clippers, which makes her more highly skilled than the shops where they only "mow" your hair like army barbers. She also did a great blend on my beard but decided before that I wanted to take advantage of her November No Shave special so I held off doing that right then. She just trimmed around it enough to make a goatee ready for color. I left very pleased with the results of her work and talent and definitely am sure to return in November. I initially went in to get my own hair done. But in talking with Tanya during my session, I learned she is also very talented with women's hair. She always thinks outside the box so never just considers standard cuts, styles and coloring. She wants to give her client the best overall appearance possible and offers multiple possibilities based on her many years of experience. So afterward, I talked with my girlfriend and convinced her to give Tanya a try for herself, since she had been recently complaining that she wasn't happy with her hair. The day of her appointment, she came home and I couldn't believe the fantastic look Tanya gave her! I had never seen my girlfriend's hair look so great! She told me how happy she was with what Tanya did and enjoyed her appointment so much. She did things I hadn't even considered being done. She did amazing highlights on her hair as well as wonderful styling that gave her such a fresh, attractive look that had me see my girlfriend in a different, more exciting way, than I had ever imagined. And my girlfriend not only enjoyed the look she had been given, she enjoyed the reaction I began giving her with this new look. And she even complimented me on what I had done, which normally doesn't happen with MY hair. We have been together for some time and I love her tremendously. But a fresh look once in a while sort of revives a relationship, giving it a new feeling. And the results of Tanya's work, talent and skill has done that for us both. We enjoy the feeling new now have with each other, making it seems we were new to our relationship again. And that means so much more to us than just getting our hair cut, styled and colored. She told me the owner would call me back that day just so they could schedule a time to fix my hair. I wasn't asking for any money back. I just wanted my hair fixed. It's been three weeks and the owner has never called me. I will never go to this salon ever again and will never recommend this salon to anyone. Suggestions for Management: Your app is very difficult to use, if Jessica wasnt so good at giving hair cuts I would probably go somewhere else. There is not a lot of consistency throughout the app. Scheduled appointments do not easily pull up, you have to reselect your store every time, your password does not auto save. I know, these are all small things, but they make a big difference.

Their customer service is great, as well as the professionalism of all their staff members. I've seen 4 different stylists here: Dani, Brittany, Camee and Kat and all of them have a different affinity. Hair-Do does a great job of matching you to a stylist that fits your hair needs (and type). Make sure to call them up, or use the "find a stylist" feature on their website before your first appointment, so that they can refer the best stylist for your needs. I've always felt listened to, they frequently ask clarifying questions, so that you have a say throughout this process, as well as give you feedback and tips for when you're styling at home. They really want you to look good every day after your haircut, not just the day of your appointment. As someone that went in with very little understanding of how to make my hair work in anything other than a ponytail, I now feel confident in how to use product, and style my own hair-- which I never thought would be something in my repertoire.
