I am here all the time for the Food Lion Grocery store in the same parking lot, and the ABC Liquor store across the street so I figure if worse comes to worst, I can always walk back home with something in my backpack. They did the work quicker than I expected and didn't mind that I left the car in their lot for a few days. So far so good. The stickers on the front door don't say if they take American Express, but the kind proprietor said he could do it if he had to. I said, to cover their extra fee? He said yeah. Well that worked better for me, so it worked out well. (to be clear, I paid the extra fee)

Took my car there at 8:30am Thursday morning... they had a new radiator top and bottom hoses installed by 3pm SAME DAY. Cost was tonally inline with what I saw the parts available for online. I've done a radiator swap or three myself back in the day so I know what's involved there. Price was super fair. These guys rock.. I'm really going to be bummed if Joe retires and one of his crew doesn't take over this hidden gem of a repair shop. Fast and Fair!

That couldn't be further from the truth. They called me around 2 AM saying the job was complete and asked me to send the remaining balance. Just minutes later, my driver reported that the truck was shaking extremely bad. When I called them back, they told my driver to meet them about 10 miles away--only to then say there was nothing they could do. Since then, I have been calling them all morning with no answer. On top of that, my toolbox was stolen off my truck while it was in their possession. This entire experience has been unprofessional, dishonest, and unacceptable. I paid $4,000 for work that was clearly not done correctly, and now I'm left dealing with additional damage and missing property. If they do not communicate with me ASAP, I will be filing a civil suit and taking this matter to court. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

We got the estimate and it was ridiculous. I know how to work on cars for the most part, but since Im in Maryland I was kind of stuck either paying the ridiculous prices or going to fix it myself 6 hours away. Justin agreed to do the work for an extremely reasonable and fair price, and did it the same day. I ordered the part from the local auto store and he picked it up and put it in withing an hour or so. He sent me videos of what he was doing as well as constant updates along the way. There is NO REASON to find anyone else to work on this car for me anymore, as I know he knows what hes doing and is reliable and reasonably priced. Very Satisfied

They also didn't charge me for any of the work, which included a brake flush to fix the brake issue I noticed after the first repair.
