Eventually, I did some research and came across Ashton from Norvell Pools. I gave him a call, and I'm glad I did. Ashton came out and did a thorough inspection of our pool and aging equipment. He pointed out several issues, took the time to explain each one clearly, and made sure I fully understood what was going on. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me. He was transparent, honest, and genuinely focused on what the pool needed. He quickly got the water balanced and looking great. Ultimately, we did need to make some repairs, and Ashton was fully capable of handling everything. We ended up replacing the filter, valves, and pool heater, all installed by Ashton. First time came the following Monday no issues after opening claim, my wife said the techs were a little little dry and serious towards her but they got the job done and quickly so no complaints. Second time, I had special plans for my daughter and the spa light gives out a few days before, Integrity said they could only get to it next Monday, which would really ruin the vibe of my daughters get together....I tried other service providers in the area, all suck at communication. Rich answers all the time and calls back quickly....truly appreciate that. He said he would try but couldn't make promises, well Rich delivered.
