These guys have serviced my pool twice for Pentair warranty service on two failed Globrite lights, Pentair quality control is horrible and they definitely need to make sure they fix all these lights, they are only 2 months old, 2 out of 5 failed already.....smh Anyways, Pentair schedule Integrity Pool Service to fix my lights, Rich is usually the one who calls and he is very polite and professional. First time came the following Monday no issues after opening claim, my wife said the techs were a little little dry and serious towards her but they got the job done and quickly so no complaints. Second time, I had special plans for my daughter and the spa light gives out a few days before, Integrity said they could only get to it next Monday, which would really ruin the vibe of my daughters get together....I tried other service providers in the area, all suck at communication. Rich answers all the time and calls back quickly....truly appreciate that. He said he would try but couldn't make promises, well Rich delivered. Integrity pool did some scheduled warranty work on a faulty salt sensor. The guys were quick, professional, and experts. I mentioned my heater was cycling (turning on for a minute then turning off repeatedly)and the tech said he had the part and handled it right away! This was the company contracted with Pentair warranty. We had an issue w salt cell unit, intelichlor IC 40. Richard called me the same day I contacted Pentair to schedule me in 2 days. Guess what? The technician did some work on it, and it wasn't the sensor board. It turned out to be the whole unit wasn't right. It was just a bad unit. They had to replace the whole unit. And finally we have a salt cell unit that works on my brand new pool. read more

My pool filter pump shorted out and Ty came out quickly and helped me sort out the best course of action. I felt he really looked after my wallet, first seeing if the pump could be rebuilt. As it turned out the pump needed to be replaced.
