Service is horrible. Jim the owner cannot be trusted and is irrational. He lied to me about a weekly pool cleaning service agreement and pool filter cleaning. Had a pool pump replaced, which worked fine however when they wired the pump they rewired it and caused the blower motor for the spa to not work. Jimmy stated he was super busy and would come back and fix it but never did. He repeatedly did not answer my calls or texts, totally ghosting me. Very unprofessional and did not stand by his work. I finally gave up and called a more professional operation to have it fixed and they confirmed it had been been done improperly, which they fixed within an hour. Just moved to another home. Salt system for the pool stopped working. They came out did an assessment. Indicated a few items for our pool guy to do. After he completed those items they came back out and promptly replaced the salt cell. Great job. Very knowledgeable. My normal experience with companies that home warranty companies use has not been very good at all. This company was a very positive exception. read more

Beware of this company ! My spa was not getting hot so I contacted this company for a service call. My gas bill last month was $11 and the new bill was $115. This guy came out and turn on the heater and was here less than five minutes and said it was getting hot. This guy never open or checked the equipment he was very incompetent. Overall had a terrible experience. Use this company at your own risk and hope he will show up on the first appointment. If I was able to give no stars that would have been my choice. read more

The guy who came, I'm assuming the owner is really nice. That's why I gave two stars....changed my mind. This company is too horrible to receive two stars. Aside from from the owner being a really nice person, he's doesn't know what he is talking about. Maybe he can clean the heck out of a pool, I don't know. What I do know is that he is completely incompetent when it comes to troubleshooting and diagnosing problems. This company was originally sent out when our pool equipment was acting up. I spoke to the owner/operator on the phone and he told me that our indoor pool controller was bad and that it wasn't a covered issue. I respectfully disagreed, but that was that. The following day I unplugged the controller from the pool house and guess what, the problem continued! That same day I ordered a new easy touch system for the outside and guess what happened when I plugged it in? It worked! Most electrical trouble shooting is pretty easy. It's hard when there are too many wires, but with a pool system, there is very little. The issue we had here was that we were sent a contractor that doesn't know how to fix anything. This was a basic problem. Very basic. Easy to figure out. I'm an accountant, not an electrician and I solved it. A month later this same company was sent out. Our filter pump wasn't working. For some reason it had no water on it. First of all, do you really think I opened it up and vacuumed it out!? Seriously, it is missing water for a reason!!! Sorry, I'm starting to get mad at this mans stupidity. Anyway, I told the owner that there is water all over every morning and must have an air leak. Well, the genius he is fired up the system and watched it for 5 minutes. At the end he said "no problem here". This guy is amazing. Seriously. 2 days later I had to start replacing and repairing plumbing leaks. Like I said, maybe he can really clean a pool. Maybe. If so, I promise that is all this person is good for. He has zero knowledge on how to repair a pool system and I'll say it to his face. In fact, please come back to my house and let's talk. This mans screw ups cost me $1,000.00. Literally. I had to replace the electrical equipment and plumbing. Both of these things are covered by warranty....bummer is the warranty company relies on this guys word and that's that. They've refused to reimburse us. So....we're suing pacific Commercial. :) you heard it here first! We are getting our $1k back. Please, do your self a favor and stay away from this place. My pool pump motor was going out, so I called the home warranty company and the original provider they gave me had a one-week wait list. So I requested Pacific Commercial and Jimmy contacted me the same day, came out the following day, verified that the pump was failing, and submitted the request for a two-speed pump and relay. Installed everything yesterday and all this within five days from first contact to completed installation. Jimmy knows his stuff, so I highly recommend. read more
