Once the project started all efforts were made to furnish superior workmanship and excellent professional results. Always paying attention to details and offering useful suggestions showing how much they all were invested in making the best results. Great people and we have found a solution for any future projects. We expressed how grateful we were for the end result. You would be advised to seek this contractor if for nothing else peace of mind and a project within your budget.

What can you say about a complete bathroom renovation project that was completely without stress…read morefor the home owner? From Chris's first site-visit that included clipboard notations and photos I was impressed. The entire process was so well managed with timely notification of the project start, the multiple subcontractor visits, and handling of permitting and city inspections. What a pleasure to deal with a contactor who is inherently honest with great communication skills! The quality of the work was first rate, and any difficulties in the project were pointed out in advance to allow for the proper solution, and without additional cost. Chris used multiple subcontractors for all specialty work that included electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, plastering, and floor/wall tile. Ergo, the finished product was pure quality. The work space was cleaned daily and all workers were very respectful and polite. Assuredly I would use Chris for any and all future projects.

We renovated our home and added a substantial wrap around porch. We worked with an architect to…read moredesign the porch, and had a really hard time finding a contractor that was responsive and seemed to want the job. Leader was a little more expensive than some bids we got, but I honestly think when changing the face of your house, you get what you pay for. Leader dealt with the City, the permits, the architect, and managed every detail of the project. Lauren dealt with permits and the front end of the project (because I knew nothing when we started all this), and Kaitlyn (construction manager) managed all the contractors and worked with us to deal with contingencies as they arose. We replaced the windows and door on the front of the house. We excavated 14,000 pounds of concrete stairs (layered for over 100 years), we replaced the siding on the front. We had roofers and electricians to deal with. The carpenters that built the porch (Zenon!!!) were masterful and executed the architectural plans perfectly. The structure and roof were completed in 6 weeks start to finish. I appreciate how communicative Leader is, I appreciate how carefully and neatly their contractors worked, I appreciate that every single person who worked on our property was incredibly professional. We absolutely adore our porch. It looks like a totally different house. We couldn't be more pleased with the work of this excellent company.

Apparently, before calling them, you need to know how much your construction project will cost. Since we didn't (gasp) and perhaps because our initial estimate was lower than their over the phone estimate, they didn't even bother offering to come out to give an estimate. I guess our money is not good enough for these people.

He was able to install my new sink well and come back with the right materials and spray to remove the difficult remaining parts. They did good work on our deck but surprised us at the end with a bill that was over $1k more than…read morewe agreed to. I understand a reasonable overage on materials but they estimated $2k for materials and the actual bill was $3k, so they were off by 50%. In my opinion this is something they needed to bring up right away but instead they finished the job, then came to me afterwards and insisted this was standard practice. In my 30 years of hiring contractors I've never had one come to me after the fact and expect me to pay 50% more than we agreed. So while the work was good, I couldn't recommend using them if you want to know your total cost before you start the project.

We recently completed a complex project with Core Remodeling Services involving finishing a large…read morebasement, adding a custom bathroom and detailed integration with an AV system company. The entire project team was great to work with, very responsive and highly organized. We really liked the project management app and 3D design software they used. Before bringing in the Core team my husband and I struggled with making decisions around the final design. However once we brought in Corey's team, they helped with determining the design elements and provided great guidance & suggestions that made the decision process much easier. The Core team was very flexible and happy to work with the company installing our AV system so all the design planning and scheduling was aligned. We highly recommend Core Remodeling and we look forward to doing additional home renovations with their team soon.

Just weren't interested in our business. UPDATE: Since the owner has come by to defend his gross practices, I want to update and assure you he is lying. He cancelled on me more than one time after we had taken time off from work to meet with him, and his help was bafflingly rude when they told me after the last cancellation that they didn't want our business. Saying "oh boo hoo other contractors would have been worse!" Is no excuse for the awful treatment we received.
