We ended up going with someone else due to our time constraint but when I let Fabian know, he cordially accepted and still replied back to wish us the best and to call on him if there are future requests. Again, I appreciated this follow-up because not a lot of folks respond if the project doesn't move forward. Just based on the excellent communication and rate of services, I'll plan to reach out to Fabian if we have other tasks that require handyman services.
