The store is so cool- just how I'd imagine it to be from what they sell. The clothes are all great quality- I often crop the men's tees to fit me and they're my favorite t-shirts. The designs are always super cool. It's also my go-to to find gifts for people who appreciate unique items- I've given things like their roach clips, knife comb, and keys to all my close friends. I think I have just about every key they've produced and I never see anyone else with anything like them, and I always get compliments because they're so cool. The shop owners are awesome, and obviously dedicated to making quality stuff and creating a relaxed and welcoming vibe in-store!

The whole store is our aesthetic and they carry great pieces like richer poorer, rhythm, knickerbocker, outerknown, vitruvi (essential oil diffuser). We're pretty familiar with these brands so the price point isn't really shocking to us, but I could see why it would be for some. The associate helping us out today was super friendly, I wish I got his name to give him a proper shoutout. Best part is the dressing rooms are open as my boyfriend loves to make sure his clothes fit just right, especially if he's going to make a pricier purchase.

They don't carry that type of wetsuit here, but I bought a pair of shorts. The prices are excellent here! I got home and tried the shorts on (I did not know they had a fitting room at the store!), but they didn't fit. Came back today and John assisted me in exchanging the shorts- ended up getting two pairs of shorts and paid the difference. They usually don't do exchanges or returns (probably because they have the fitting room), but did since I bought the shorts just yesterday. Derek happened to show up and asked if I had made progress on my quest for a wetsuit. I had a great experience here...Derek and John were very helpful and I will definitely be back since I recently moved here to OB. You can't beat a place that has awesome folks who work there along with great products with great prices!

While we were waiting for our food, my boys briefly stepped into Nobelrags. As they were leaving, the employee stopped them and accused them of possibly taking a chain. My son immediately turned out his pockets per her request, when she didn't find anything there, she then asked him to show the front pocket of his hoodie as well. After finding nothing, she simply said "sorry." This situation made my children feel singled out, uncomfortable, and embarrassed. No child should be made to feel like a suspect without cause, especially when they were doing nothing wrong and were fully cooperative. What could have been a normal family outing turned into an upsetting experience for them, and it affected the rest of our time there. I hope the business takes this seriously and provides better training on how to approach situations like this with respect and professionalism.

I came here to try to find some tees and was shocked at how high the prices were for very worn looking tees. Since I didn't want to spend over $20, I took my time making sure I only bought what I thought were in the best condition. After 30 minutes I finally bought 2 tees for $18 which was still pretty expensive but I guess it's better than spending $40 for a brand new one. Overall my shopping experience okay but I don't think I'd come here again.

No "thank you" or "have a nice day"; he just walked over and whispered to the female owner standing behind him. My intuition meter was abuzz, but I didn't want to think the worst. Then the Square receipt hit my email and proved my intuition. They tipped themselves $5 on my $19 thrift clothing purchase. I called immediately and told him I knew what they did, and he didn't apologize just said it would be refunded. It's been over 48 hours and nothing. I'm pretty sure I'm not the first person they've done this to, just happened to have my email saved with Square. This is disgraceful business practice and the BBB and Square will be notified. So check your receipts or better yet, take your business to people who don't steal from their customers. Square receipts attached in case they even try to discredit what they did.
