Excellent Groomer. I used this groomer in the past and always had great experiences even with one of my dogs that had severe anxiety. They were always so patient and understanding. This groomer is overpriced and they do NOT know what a " lion cut"is. My cat's fur was chopped up and his tail looked more like a squirrel's than a lion's. I observed the job they did on the canines that were being serviced there and they seemed to do a really nice job. I guess grooming felines is just not their forte` read more

Horrible working conditions for staff. It's one of our hottest summers yet and the groomers and dogs in the back are all melting off their tables. And they have a high volume of dogs in at once so dogs will be sitting in hot cages indefinitely until the groomer gets to them. The owner seems to be perfectly ok with this as such I will not be returning and will urge others to do the same. Despite delivering good hair cuts, the level of heat in the room concerns me greatly and if you bring your dog in you too should be concerned. All those dogs and the owner can't be bothered to get a working air conditioner. The owner is deplorable and negligent and I will not do business with them until this changes. I'm sorry for the groomers and dogs that have to suffer through that. read more

First time bringing my Persian here. She has anxiety so I was a little nervous. They did a wonderful job on her. The place was very clean and the staff were amazing. The groomer even came to me and talked about how I should take care of her fur. They treat animals with so much care, like they are their own. Definitely going to be her new spot. I used to go to canine and grooming on linden street in Bethlehem. They did an ok job but weren't very friendly. I recommend this place to anyone!!!! read more

Rude, unprofessional, total hacks. NEVER use this mistake of a business. Where do I start? Used to take my dogs there, as it was close to home. Messed up my Husky twice, once clipping too low and causing his paw to bleed AS I WATCHED from the window; Another time, I took him home, to find out his back legs didn't work; Probably due to the chains and straps they use. Today, I took my year+ old cat in for a claw clipping..Basic, correct? NOPE.. First, the brain surgeon groomer took him out of the carrier on the same table as a dog, and next to another; Guy only took him away when I started complaining and asking where the hell his common sense was..Then, the most unprofessional receptionist tells me she had reservations about taking my cat, and further rudeness.. Take your pet grooming business elsewhere..This place specializes only in animal abuse. read more

The grooming job was ok. There were areas where it could have been neater. My dog got burned or bruised inside of his upper thigh area though and the owner/receptionist said that already was there before they worked on him, which is untrue because I brushed him prior to taking him there and did not see any of that. She also said it looked to be a cut, blood or a scab, but those do not look like that. I think she just didn't want to admit to the accident. Groomers need to check to see if their blades or clippers are dull or get too hot that they would burn the tender parts of an animal. read more

I don't know if someone new groomed Petey today, but I do not believe they know what a Cairn terrier is to look like. I am not happy at all with how he was groomed this time. He was also quite wet when I picked him up. He was there for 2 hours and I do not see a reason for him to be that wet. He is a small dog. For 42.50, he should be cut the style of his breed and he should be dry. He has also been cut way to short for winter. Unacceptable. read more

I have never had a bad experience here. Or being referred are used to go to Petco where the groomer hurt my dog Luffa. He was so scared of getting her nails cut after that we could not even touch her part she became very aggressive. When I was referred to Pettin on the ritz they worked with her and now they have no issues they tell me she is like a completely new dog. My other dog diesel was found on the street. The first day we found him my husband was in horror his claws were growing into the pads of his feet and you couldn't even see his face. He wasn't very nice the first couple days but the staff really worked with him he Peed everywhere and was kind of wild. They were great I've been back with both of them ever since. I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

I recently took my healthy dog to get a grooming. Prior to the grooming he was running around the yard with absolutely no difficulty walking or weakness. I dropped him off at 9am and received a call at 9:56am saying he's ready to be picked up which was very strange since he always takes more than an hour. I arrived to pick him up and she took my card for payment and carried him out to me. She then mentioned, "He just seems a little off today, I don't know he's not himself." I brought him to the car sat him in the passenger seat and he flopped over not able to stand and was hunched over. He seemed really uncomfortable and in pain. I am an ER Veterinary Technician, I assessed him the best I could in the car and realized he had a lot of discomfort around his neck and along his back. I called into the groomer stating something is wrong with my dog and she told me nothing happened there. I immediately took my dog to my job, and he received medical attention. The report states' "neck pain on ventral neck flexion, left sided hemiparesis with delayed conscious proprioception to the left front and left rear leg. His discharge instructions state that he needs to be crate bound for 14 days with no jumping no stairs and he must be carried outside to use the bathroom with absolutely nothing around his neck. If there is no improvement, he would need to be referred to a neurologist. It's a terrible thing when you can't trust people to tell the truth. I brought my dog to this grooming completely healthy with no issues and she gave me a dog back whom I did not recognize. He was hunching over in pain and this place refuses to tell me what happened to my dog. Like I have mentioned, he has never taken that quick for a grooming. She was very quick to take payment and get him out of there. I did keep in touch with them to let them know the diagnosis and I keep getting told that nothing has happened there when obviously that is not the truth. If that was the truth, they would've called me earlier to let me know that something was off with him. It's very shady how they handled this situation. I would not recommend anyone to bring their dog here as they cannot be trusted. This is not something to be tolerated and no one should have to go through with this pain of watching their dog suffer. read more

First grooming completed well, second time, my poor pup had razor burn type rash on belly that WAS NOT present before grooming, no answers to what happened and how, no apologies, denied issue saying, "the dog had it when you brought him", fortunately it was gone in 3 days, definitely razor burn, never again will we go there!! read more

My parents took their cocker spaniel here twice for haircuts. The first time, they did an excellent job. She got the cocker cut and looked cute and we had no complaints. The most recent time, though...not so good. She got shaved down pretty short for the summer, and the groomer nicked her twice. Which you think might be something they tell you when you pick your animal up! However, I was at home with the dog next to me on the couch while I was petting her, and under her chin it felt like she had a clump of matted hair. When I looked, I saw that it was dried blood and an obvious wound. I understand that accidents will happen, but the groomer did not even mention this when we picked her up. Unbelievable! We would have understood if they had told us what happened when we picked her up or even offered a few dollars off the service. All they had to do was apologize and say that her skin was caught or something. And its not like they could claim ignorance - the dog had dried blood on her so it obviously bled openly and probably onto the clipper. But the fact that they didn't inform us was very unethical. We will definitely not take her back there. read more

I have to say the first time I took our Maine Coon there they did a very good job... however we just picked up our cat today and as agreed they were going to give her a lion cut.... well when my daughter picked her up... she was speechless not only was it NOT a lion cut they shaved her completely except her tail??? They knew they screwed up when they kept asking her do you like it repeatedly?? As my daughter is a kind person she said yes and took our cat and she cried the entire way home. Besides from shaving our Maine Coon bald and I mean bald.... the cut is clumpy and you can see razor streaks where there is uneven fur... and to add to that when my daughter picked her up they advised her the cat would be very irritated for a day or two... now my daughter and Luna are the best of friends and when my daughter took her home Luna was aggressive and actually clawed slices in my daughters shirt .... I have to say I will never go back there.... Luna is a peaceful cat and came back very aggressive. I am sure there many fine upstanding groomers in the area and this is not one of them... shame on you as a business.... read more
