I have had these reservations for months! I am traveling from Florida to New Jersey to visit my daughter for Christmas. According to Alex they have decided because of a respiratory virus that MAY be going around that they will not be accepting any out of state clients. From the get go they seemed to be overly concerned that one of my dogs was 16. She is in good health and other than being older has no issues. They even called our vet to make sure she is ok. I work 6-7 days a week and their hours are more convenient than anywhere else. There is also someone on the property 24 hours a day and classical music plays throughout the facility when there are thunder storms. It's also a very clean facility. The last place I took him to before finding Playtime, Apollo would come home smelling like urine and his white fluffy coat would be yellow. The point of sending your dog to daycare is to make your life easier. I had to bathe him every time he left the other facility. At Playtime, Apollo can stay for a week of boarding and comes back to me smelling fine. My dog gets very scared in unfamiliar places but when he's at Playtime, he feels very comfortable. So much so, he acts like he's the mayor of the smalls. Thank you everyone at Playtime for taking such good care of my fur baby and for making my life easier. I appreciate all of you so much.

I needed her to come to my house to feed and love on my cat while I was out of town for a funeral. Margie was SO NICE and got all of my details and came two days later. She was great at communicating how my cat was doing, sent pictures of his full food bowl, and stayed to play with him, I can honestly say that I have never had a better pet sitter, and now have the perfect situation to leave my cat home instead of kenneling him when I am out of town.
