Today they inexplicably completely shaved (!!) my golden retriever and then I was basically told to pound sand by the office staff. The office told me that it was my fault for not showing a picture of the cut I wanted (what professional groomer hasn't seen a golden?) and also falsely accused my dog of being overly matted (absolutely false). The office said anything they could to avoid being accountable. My dog looks absolutely ridiculous and now has zero hair as our weather drops into the 30s. Save yourself the headache.
