Closest PetSmart location to me, never had an issue here. Plenty of parking since it's located in a pretty spacious plaza. Definitely join their membership program since you can accumulate points, access deals, and get some discounts. I believe it's an extra 1,000 points if you set up a profile online. We have pet cats and a leopard gecko back at home, most of time we get stuff for our cat here. Grooming and cleaning supplies, toys, treats, etc. Unfortunately for our gecko we have to go to a reptile specialty store since she's picky with her mealworms. Yes, things can be a bit pricey, but that's why, no matter what store if you're in need of something, to do some shopping around. Stock can get a bit scarce and has been kinda random on the days that I have gone (no real difference between weekdays and weekends, so it might be a shipment thing). With that being said, some of the clearance deals are pretty good and affordable here, especially with holiday themed toys and trinkets being massively marked down after the holiday has passed. The workers here are friendly and very helpful when I have any questions or need recommendations.

My new place to go. Place is always staffed, shelves are clean and organized. They're always super friendly to our pup. Banfield pet hospital is super friendly My FAVORITE GROOMER Dominique works here. She's absolutely the best. Cares for dogs as if they are who own. It's because of her I make this my number one PetSmart.

I love going to Petsmart. From dog's classes, vet, hotel, fishes, Alligator lizard, guinea pig, we get it all from here. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable too. We just got the 10 gallon starter kit for our new Alligator lizard, in which good price knowing it comes with some accessories; bedding, rock, lamp dome, 2 bowls. We also got small live crickets and live mealworms. So convenient. One stop for all.

So took him in for bath and shave and he came back with cuts like this everywhere. Never again and I'm telling everyone I know

Never again I took him in for a bath and shave and this is how I got him back. With cuts on both sides of his never where there were no Mats and on his back. Never again and I'll be telling everyone I know about this unsatisfied experience

There isn't much fish here, though I must say the medicine they sell for fish are very effective and cheap in large bottles.

Now that I have more time I wanted to finish Bella's training. I reached out to bark busters because Bella had a lot of anxiety and would have non stop barking issues. We have a new baby in the house so all the barking was no fun! I'm telling you, no joke after the first visit with our trainer Justine, I felt as if Bella was a whole new dog! She gives such great advice on how to properly train your dog without food incentives and shock collars! I was so amazed that I started telling a lot of my friends about it! I just finished my second session with Justine today and she was giving me tips and tricks on how to walk Bella without her pulling. By the end of the session I was walking Bella and Bella wasn't walking me! Justine truly cares for me and Bella and is very thoughtful on modifying things that help me the best! It's definitely worth the investment. I couldn't be any more happy and I would definitely recommend Bark Busters, especially with Justine, to everyone and anyone! Enjoy a picture of Bella after our training session today!

Since then, we have done our best to train her (even hired a dog training company) and while she's been amazing to us, there have been some incidents. We tried to correct her behavior but we had to go beyond just correcting a behavior, we had to know the why. We needed a dog behaviorist. Enter Bark Busters and Justine! From the very first phone conversation with Justine, she told us about a dog's personality (the who) vs. a dog's behavior (the why). Was our dog just naturally an aggressive dog or was our dog showing aggression due to past trauma. After the initial phone call then came the in person assessment in our home, Justine knew our dog's personality was sweet and loving to us; however, due to her being a rescue, her past experiences led to trauma that led to aggressive behaviors towards others in certain situations. Moreover, during that first assessment, she educated us things we had no idea about or thought about with dogs as pets plus what we need to be and do as owners. Justine was and is exactly what we were looking for in understanding our dog and from there building the right relationship with our dog that will keep her and others safe. The business model and curriculum that Bark Busters and Justine have put in place is one of a kind and works from day 1. We have always wanted what is best for our dog and to give her the best life possible, especially because she is a rescue and her breed. Bark Busters and Justine continues to give us the tools in place to build the confidence and trust we have as owners in our dog and our dog has in us as owners. We are forever grateful to Justine and will recommend her and Bark Busters to anyone!

Each evening, after spending the day working and training Maverick, Alexx would send me pictures and/or video updates, along with explanations of the things they were working on, and also what I needed to know to continue working with Maverick after he returned home. And each night I would watch the videos and cry happy tears. I couldn't believe that was my dog! Maverick responded so well with Alexx. And after two weeks, he was ready to come home. I couldn't believe it! And I was so afraid that I was going to mess something up and that my dog would never behave for me the way he had for Alexx. But I was wrong! From the day Maverick came home I could tell he was a different dog already. I paid close attention to the things that Alexx trained ME to know. And every day I continue to work with Maverick the way that we were taught. I was never fearful of the tools that Alexx employed while training Maverick. I knew that proper use of a prong collar would not hurt Maverick. And to the contrary, Maverick responded much better to that, than to having a slip lead noose around his neck. With a slip lead Maverick with pull himself so hard he could've done damage to his esophagus. But with the prong collar, he no longer pulled on his leash. I also was never afraid of using the E collar. From day one, Alexx showed me proper use of the E collar. And he even demonstrated it to me, having me hold it in my hand to feel the vibration. I know that the E collar does not harm Maverick in any way, it's simply a gentle reminder for him to make good decisions. And it works. Since Maverick came back home, I actually rarely need to even press the button to make the E collar vibrate. However, if Maverick needs a reminder, it is a tool that has proven to be extremely useful. Maverick no longer pulls when on leash. He walks next to me and heels very well. And when we encounter other dogs and he begins to bristle, as if he were going to react, all I have to do is remind him to heel. If I see that he is starting to forget, I hit the button for the E collar control. For Maverick I have it set at 15, which is pretty low, and usually one tap is all it takes to get him back on track! Sometimes all I have to do is touch the controller and he responds without me even pushing the button! It's like it's ingrained in him already. And it works! Maverick came home, such a better dog! And since then he and I have been able to bond in a way that we weren't able to in the months prior to him going to Omega Paws. Maverick now has a better understanding of what he needs to do, and he follows directions much better. He understands when I tell him to go to his place, and he stays there. He also understands when he is supposed to be in his crate, and he goes in without a fight. I love our walks because on leash he is amazing! And he has not reacted in the same manner towards another dog since returning from Omega Paws, so I no longer have that fear of being injured when he's on leash. He is much better mannered. And I have no doubt that within the year I will be able to get him certified to become a working Therapy Dog with me! And barely a year old he's still a puppy, and he's not perfect. But he is so much better than he was, and our relationship is so much better as well! And believe me when I say that my dog is much calmer, and he does not need a treadmill! He just needed to learn boundaries, and we needed to bond! That's something that we weren't able to do with the previous training. We had such a good experience with Omega Paws, that once Maverick had come home and we saw the difference in him, we decided to have Alexx and his team train our two small dogs as well. They are both Chihuahua mixes, and or were foster fails. One is 10 years old and the other is eight years old, so they are pretty set in their ways! But we wanted to give them basically the same foundation that Maverick had so that they all had the same understanding. And while they are not quite as good as Maverick, they are definitely much improved. They definitely understand boundaries much better, and they behave better on leash! I cannot say enough about Alexx and Luis, and all of Omega Paws. I was literally on the verge of giving up, and contemplating surrendering my dog because I knew that I could not go on the way that we were. And that's a terrible feeling to have when you love a dog! Omega Paws gave me back my dog, and also self-confidence. I am so grateful to them for all they've done for my family. And I can't wait to see what my future holds with Maverick by my side! A million thanks to you, Omega Paws!

I got so lucky because someone had rescheduled and was able to bring Koji in immediately! Sarah is amazing. The minute Koji met her you can tell how passionate she is about her craft. She immediately connected with Koji, and gave me a brief consultation on how long it would take for the services. We left Koji with Sarah. Koji had a lot of work done! It took about 3 hours to make sure every area was given attention too. It's located by the West Covina mall -- so it wasn't a problem to kill some time. Koji got a full service groom ... which was teeth, nails, ears, sanitary shave, haircut/trim, skin check, bath, blueberry facial, and dry. He even came out with a cute bandana. We couldn't really style him because she had no choice but to shave his hair because it was so tangled. But You guys! OMG! He came out looking like a new dog and he smelled like a baby! . She did exceptional. I think there are very few groomers in this world who truly care about their clients and furry customers! Sarah is one of them -- she truly cares about you fur babies and will do whatever it takes to ensure the job is done with care. I highly recommend her for her grooming services! I saw she also offers a doggy day care. It's good to know I have someone I can trust to care for Koji when needed. I hardly give 5 stars unless I feel it's exceptional service--- and this groomer is!! I'll definitely be back! Thank you Sarah for your passion, your craft and attention to detail.
