Mishell is the best! I took my two pups here today and she took the extra time to check my dogs out thoroughly to make sure they didn't have any injuries or wounds. She was so gentle and sweet as well! Thank you so much!

Diane groomed my puppy today and did a fantastic job! She listened to what I asked for & made sure my pup had a good first experience! I will definitely be bringing her back to Diane

This location was amazing!!! So friendly and knowledgeable. I asked questions about certain fish and lizards and the guy didn't hesitate to help me. I wish I remembered his name! He was amazing with my little kiddos. They have a pet clinic in the back and was quit busy. Store was extremely clean and not cluttered. I will be back here to get my girls a komodo dragon!!

My old blind deaf fur baby in her carrying bag.

We moved into a new place, and needed new beds for the dogs. Also trying to walk one and carry another that is old, blind, and deaf is a little hard. So I bought a bag to carry the little one. She seems to really enjoy it and falls asleep most the time. This has worked great for me. The lady was really helpful with helping me find what I needed. She also reassured me that if my little one didn't adjust to the carrying bag then I could bring it back. The employees are always real helpful when I need assistance finding things.

While I should call out the groomer that did this hack job I will not because I didn't get a chance to tell her to her face how bad it was. I have not taken a pet to PS groomer in 8 years and now k remember why. If I wanted it to look like I did it at home I would have saved myself the money.

This PetSmart location has consistently been great in regards to products offered, cleanliness, and customer service. Nestled in the first floor of the popular Walter's Crossing shopping center with parking in the garage, this location gets its fair share of foot traffic. Parking can be somewhat difficult but I find that if you go early in the morning upon opening it isn't bad. PetSmart has sales and coupons available periodically and it behooves the pet owner to sign up for the PetPerks rewards card to optimize your thrifty experience. The location boats a Banfield Pet Hospital and a grooming salon. I have not personally brought my pet to Banfield but I have brought a friends pet, as that is the hospital she has selected for her dog. During our visit, the staff was personable and showed genuine care for the dog. It is unfortunate that there is not an individual page for the Grooming salon at this PetSmart. I fully endorse the Grooming salon and have experienced nothing but outstanding service there despite my dog's apprehensiveness to be groomed. Cindy, in particular, is quite caring, professional, and friendly. The staff has always been accommodating to me and mindful of my pet's individual needs. The groomers know how to handle the dogs that they groom and, from what I can tell, take pride in their work. Sophia never looks better than after I take her for a fresh cut at PetSmart. It's nice to have this pet superstore in my neck of the woods and I enjoy patronizing it. Thanks, PetSmart, and I apologize Sophia tries to lash out at nearly every dog she sees there. :-P

I understand the appeal but don't think it worked well for my pet. I have a basset hound so she is grouped with the big dogs due to weight although she is much smaller than most the other dogs in size so I think that's why she wasn't very playful or social (which is extremely out of the ordinary). Needless to say I personally won't be going back.

My dog is very timid/scared around strangers but he has no problem running away with all of them and being pet by them. They've always made me and him feel very comfortable and confident with their care. Three of my favorite parts of camp bow wow are: 1) themed weeks. Each week the theme for camp changes and that includes sounds, smells, activities, etc. It's very fun! 2) all the activities! They offer so many group activities and one-on-one enrichment opportunities. My dog lives for water days and ball pit days - cannot get enough! I included a photo they snapped on their instagram. Pure joy. 3) cameras and photos!! They post so many photos throughout the day to social and they're all soooo cute. You can also watch a live feed of each room to check on your pup throughout the day. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow! 10 out of 10!

At that point, we decided to enroll with Sit & Stay Academy. From what we saw the facility is clean and well-kept. Clark is great and definitely know their stuff! Sanchez was there for about 8-9 months with weekly visits/training classes for ourselves. We have had Sanchez home for about 2 months now. He is like a new dog. He does not have any desire to hump the other dogs. He really doesn't want anything to do with them in terms of messing with them. They can all lay beside each other and nothing bad happens. Yes, the training can look a bit rough, but that's because we haven't done training on any of our dogs and it was new to us. The program was definitely worth the money. Sanchez is super obedient now and life is great. Thank you Sit & Stay Academy!!

I explained to her that there were a few areas that he and I could use some help in, and we got the ball rolling. Brent showed up on the day of pickup and walked me through the process of what to expect during the time he would be training Kona and what kind of updates I would get. I got daily pictures and updates on his status. All I can say is wow, when Kona came back, he was a different dog. Brent spent about 2.5 hours with my family explaining how to integrate the training he used into our lives and how to use the tools he provided us with to make sure Kona succeeds. I think he trains the owners more than the dogs (lol). After we went through his training it was time to put it to use, he had my wife, and I walk Kona, and he gave us tips on how to correct behavior and relax and enjoy the walk. Our dog went through professional behavioral training through another company years ago. He had a solid baseline for learning and commands (sit, heal, place, etc.). Our primary issue was our dog's reactivity. We needed more help on how we as owners could manage this better. We decided to go with Ridgeside K-9 based on their stellar reviews and 4 week behavior modification board and train. Brent picked our dog up and was very thorough on what the plan was. We received a picture/video just about every evening with minimal communication attached. We were trusting their process. During the turn over, everything went well. We did notice our dog had lost a good amount of weight. He was never over weight by any means, but now we can really feel his ribs, spine, and hip bones. Nothing unhealthy though. We also noticed his bark was very different, and we figured it was due to him barking in the kennel during the turn over. Just over a week went by, and our dog's bark was still extremely weak. That coupled with our dog's weight loss had us a little uneasy. When confronting Brent over a phone call out of concern for our dog he became extremely defensive. He heatedly said our dog about drove him insane for 2 weeks due to his barking (which he never thought to mention previously), and then asked if we see a difference in him considering the training. I said not significantly. As mentioned, we've worked our dog for years, and the technique Brent taught us regarding our dog's reactivity is new to us. It had been just over a week and we were still learning to manage and get the results we need. However, before I could elaborate on any of this Brent completely flew off the handle. He was literally YELLING at me over the phone, saying I don't know what I'm talking about, we are the problem, and that I am a person who worries too much. I simply wanted to talk to him out of concern for my dog, and I felt like that meant nothing to him. My husband intervened on the phone due to Brent's disrespect toward me and it only got worse from there. We didn't get a hint of this instability throughout our prior interactions with Brent, and this left both of us completely in shock. Once things cooled down, Brent went back into a mode of wanting to help. Although this was appreciated, the damage was done. Brent has a lot of passion and pride in his work, but his temper concerns us greatly. It was like a switch, and there was ABSOLUTELY no excuse for that level of disrespect towards us.
