However, it has been four months now and we still can't get anyone to come out for the in-person training packages ($359.99) At first their trainer "suffered a serious injury" but they didn't reach out to tell us this; we had to contact them for the update. They said they would call us when they had someone that could come out. Month later, we have to contact them since no one contacted us, but still no in-person training session. Recently, they offered to do a "Zoom Session" because the trainer was "too scared to come in person", but we didn't pay for a "Zoom Session". We paid for In-Person sessions so we could learn how to best train our dog (Maltese-poodle, very scary). We've tried to call about it and at this point we just want our $359.99 back that we paid for the in-person sessions since we didn't receive the service and at this point we're going to look somewhere else. If all you want is online training, I guess these guys are okay, but I'm sure we could have found the information elsewhere online without having to pay for it.
