They do let you wash however long normally which is nice. One of the self serve dog washes was closed on a Saturday due to "maintenance"- had to wait 1 hour which was fine bc I also take a while since I have a big dog. Then when I washed my dog, a worker took the closed dog wash sign down..so it was working the entire time, workers just didn't want to clean it..on a Saturday. Lazy! And it wasn't even very busy. We were greeted by very friendly staff each day we dropped Bruce off, we even received a report card letting us know how his first day went. He came home happy and exhausted every evening! We made several vet visits, ER visit, and until now we are dealing with many issues. We also had to get a CT scan, MRI, bloodwork, and several medications. To have a super healthy certified therapy dog go through this is ridiculous. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
