Our dog was in his care when we were out of state and was lost for 3 days before we were able to fly home and (thankfully) locate him. The owner commented here that he couldn't find my name on the booking but it was under my husband's name and I would have hoped he would have remembered my dog as he was very much aware of the situation and we had "lost" photos of him all over the city. Their love for animals made me so happy as well as their cleaning products being pet friendly which is something not everyone thinks about but it's very important for your fur babies! Our house after the deep clean was sparkling clean! I could almost see my reflection on our kitchen counters (which is cleaner now then when we bought the house). I did not realise how bad our sink was until they cleaned it and it looks brand new we were both so shocked!! Having a 75lb lab/collie mix he sheds alot of fur.....I mean...alot. even with just my hands I pick up a handful because he runs around house alot and it sheds off in his room. The family room(with dark purple couch in images) is my dogs room which ends up by the end if week being covered in fur and they were able to clean it up amazingly! Heather is a wonderful pet minder…read more She and her staff have cared for my dog and our cat for several years in our home and at her own home. My cat adopted her staff as one of his people. Ivan is not the easiest gentleman to care for but they take his unique personality in stride. My dog, who doesn't like to stay overnight anywhere, loves Heather and going to their home to stay over. I recently took him to their new Wag Zone facility and he had a great time. He was happy and well cared for when I returned. They offer a wonderful facility including slumber party suites for same-sized dogs and lots of recreation in an outdoor area that includes an obstacle course. This is a great business. They take care of your pet like their own. We love the Wag Zone. Do not hesitate to take your pet there.
