They do let you wash however long normally which is nice. One of the self serve dog washes was closed on a Saturday due to "maintenance"- had to wait 1 hour which was fine bc I also take a while since I have a big dog. Then when I washed my dog, a worker took the closed dog wash sign down..so it was working the entire time, workers just didn't want to clean it..on a Saturday. Lazy! And it wasn't even very busy. The groomer left cotton balls in the ears of our dog that were packed in so far we did not notice…read moreuntil after a few days our dog was blinking his eyes and started working the cotton from his ears. We made several vet visits, ER visit, and until now we are dealing with many issues. We also had to get a CT scan, MRI, bloodwork, and several medications. To have a super healthy certified therapy dog go through this is ridiculous. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
