So for starters. Every single time I go into PetSmart I am always seeing Rosie the employee working her butt off and the rest of the staff just sitting and doing nothing. I think Rosie goes above and beyond for the job she has Plus she is always greeting me every time I go in to PetSmart. I don't know why they rely on one lady to answer the phones, check people out and help with curb side orders. So unhappy with how they treat Rosie. Not a fan of the other employees taking advantage of her and her niceness. The other workers are younger and expect her to do all of their work. Not okay. The only reason why I go into PetSmart is for to see Rosie and get dog food! Other than that The other staffing is unprofessional and they for sure don't seem to care about Rosie and helping her.

Came in to make an appointment for Jellybean this Sunday for a spa treatment! Her first one since she's only 6 months old but the first one you need paper to show the shots were given! Bummer!!

Showing how she shave her when she could've brush her when I paid double time.

Very disappointed with gromming, I took my 3 puppies for a bath and trimming and the girl Alisha didn't treat my puppies nicely, she pull them inside and I told her you are shocking them, my golden doodle Lexy supposed to be with another girl, so Alisha took her and I clearly told her take your time and don't shave her, I don't want her bold or the hair short, so when we picked up our puppies we were mad seeing our baby all shave and patches everywhere, I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND living your dog with her, but Brianna took care one of our puppies and she did an good job, i recommend her plus Breanna is a loving girl and will treat your dog nice. Don't schedule with Alisha 0 starts for her. So disappointed plus she charged me double for the time, she could have brush her instead of shave her all. SMH Bad experience with that girl..

if i could leave 0 stars i would !!!!! at first i wasn't going to say her name but wendy hurt my dog and disnt say anything not only did she butcher his haircut !! but she also cut my dog in the face and didnt say anything !!! and you know you hurt him !!! he has a gash in his face theres bo way you didnt see it. i called to complain right after the service they said she would be in until sunday but the would eat the message today is sunday i didn't get a call back or anything !!! wendy you know what you did !! that's why you wasn't there when i picked him up that's why you didn't call back on sunday !!!

I love this place and I come in here weekly. They really need to fix this line being so long every time, I get it gets busy but this is happening way too often.

And they added a $20 fee

My dog has been groomed here three times now and on his third visit was told he was "too reactive" and that this setting was not for a fit for him..He is 6months old and not the first or second visit was anything bad said about him by Brianna D. But this time was groomed by mikayla and now he's not allowed back..On top of that the cashier was telling me about how bad the collar I BOUGHT THERE was bad for him because of the tugging ? It's a non tug collar ! WHAT?! A store of Karen's

Filthy sidewalk and trash... pressure wash!! Yuck!

This PetSmart has to be the worst managed PetSmart anywhere. I think they think that COVID is still a thing. ALWAYS One loooonnng line of customers waiting for the 1-2 check out people. Also, it is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY on the outside sidewalk. I mean, BAD. Trash, smeary, greasy looking spots, trash, trash and more trash! Hey STORE OWNER... do you have NO PRIDE for your store and how PetSmart presents itself? I feel sorry for any animals in this poorly managed store. Rancho Cucamonga store is a world of difference.

Raymond was thorough and explained things with care and patience on how to continue their training at home, answered any question and concerns we had and provided us with feedback when he had us practice the tools he used with our girls. If I could give Jonathan more than 5 stars, I definitely would!!! My dog, Deku is almost 5 and he…read moreis a good dog, but usually only with family. Deku is a terrier/chihuahua mix and he is also very stubborn/bratty. Deku is/was a very reactive towards mainly strangers & random noises due to him having anxiety (he even takes anxiety pills especially when going to the vet). Deku also had problems with pulling when walking. I know it's mainly the owner's fault to get your dog like this, but this is something I had a hard time fixing myself, even with all the research I have been doing and implementing for Deku. So for a long time, I have been wanting to train and board Deku and have been exploring who to go to, but Jonathan was the trainer I chose for Deku and he was absolutely AMAZING with Deku. Deku's transformation has me and my family so amazed and we are just so happy with how great Deku has turned out from this train/board process with Jonathan! I know Jonathan does not have many Yelp reviews, but the only reason why is because he is new on Yelp. I was a bit skeptical of this at first, but I did my research and have seen pictures/testimonials of the previous dogs he's trained before. He's the real deal! The first step of my process was doing consultations with different trainers to really see who I could trust more and I ultimately chose Jonathan because even during the consultation, he was so very understanding and communicative of Deku/Deku's problems and was explaining to me the ways we can tackle some of Deku's issues. Even with just the consultation, I already saw a difference in some of Deku's issues from the training tips he gave me. About 2 weeks later, I took Deku to board and train with Jonathan for 3 weeks. 3 weeks without your pup is so hard, but what helped was that Jonathan would give me pictures/videos of Deku and his growth being with him. From showing me Deku's lowest of being unfriendly towards Jonathan, you can see the journey of how Jonathan in the end bonded with Deku and trained him to be a more obedient and non-reactive dog! There has been some concerns with Deku being a little reactive towards small things, so I texted Jonathan and he replied instantly when I texted him about these small instances. Jonathan explained everything so thoroughly and even asked me to keep him posted on updates with Deku and that gives me peace of mind that this trainer really does care about the dogs he's worked with and all of his clients! I can safely say that walks are not nerve wracking anymore and Deku has not been reactive towards strangers during our walks. Deku does not pull as much anymore (Jonathan has taught me how to correct it if/when Deku starts to pull a little) and does the commands I want him to do. I'm still in the process of taking Deku to public places, but even if there's a little problem, I know I can talk to Jonathan about it and I already know he will give me great advice on how to handle/train Deku so he can be his best dog self! I truly can not thank Jonathan enough for helping me as a dog owner who loves their dog and wants whats best for him! I will be recommending all of my beloved dog owner friends to Jonathan and am also thinking about doing further training for Deku with Jonathan, since my experience with him was top-notch! I encourage everyone to support Jonathan and his small business! *Pictures attached are pictures from when Jonathan was boarding/training Deku. Will be updating/uploading more pictures to show Deku's transformation while being at home with me and my family.

He weighs about 90lbs and struggles with reactivity (excitement and pulling when he sees other dogs/people) and he did not consistently obey commands (especially "heel"). Elaine was patient, consistent, and very communicative. She took the time to ask us what issues we wanted to focus on, and then was able to come up with a highly effective training on the spot. She was able to get him to follow commands that even surprised us (including getting him to "place" onto a picnic table). And by the end of the session, we walked him around and had zero issues with pulling or reactivity, even when there were dogs and kids nearby. It was impressive to see so much progress in such a short time. Throughout the process, she explained everything she was doing, including the specific steps AND the purpose. She answered ALL of my questions with thoughtful and kind responses. And throughout the whole experience, she was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend her.

Before training, Forrest was a very playful and excitable pup who struggled with focus and discipline. He was easily distracted, didn't consistently follow commands, and had trouble behaving appropriately around children and other dogs. After spending two weeks with Elaine, our amazing trainer, Forrest came home a completely transformed dog! He's now obedient, focused, and confident -- even in high-distraction environments like parks and public places. He mastered six core commands and continues to respond beautifully to them at home. Elaine truly is a "dog whisperer." She's local (Murrieta), which made drop-off and pickup super convenient, and she went above and beyond to keep us updated. We received daily videos and photos showing Forrest's progress -- we looked forward to them every day and loved watching his transformation in real time. We are so impressed with Elaine's skill, patience, and dedication. Forrest is still the same silly, lovable dog we adore, but now he's also well-mannered, obedient, and an absolute joy to be around. Thank you, Elaine and Off Leash K9, for giving us the best version of our pup!

I'd worked with two trainers, including a 3 week board-and-train program ($5,000 investment), followed every instruction, and practiced daily, yet I didn't see changes. I was managing the behavior without ever understanding what was causing it. That changed within the first two hours with Brad. He didn't start with commands or tools. Instead, he focused on the psychology behind Sunny's reactions: what was driving them, what was reinforcing them, and what I was unknowingly communicating. No one had ever explained it that clearly. That was the turning point. For the first time, I wasn't guessing or correcting blindly. I could see what Sunny was experiencing in real time and understand how my timing, energy, and responses were shaping his behavior. That clarity changed everything. Walks feel completely different now. Sunny is no longer pulls since my training with Brad, the reactive outbursts are gone, and the experience itself is calm. I'm no longer bracing for problems because I know how to prevent them. I am SO appreciative!

A couple of these weren't terribly serious, but we felt we weren't "in charge" anymore, that our dog wasn't getting the message from whatever we were doing, and that if we didn't do something different, it could really get out of control. Brad really helped us with this, where traditional "training" wasn't working. We have two or three things we're working on with our girl, but here is the most dramatic change we had with one issue. She is very food motivated, and would beg from us at the table whenever we sat down to eat, and would be underfoot in the kitchen during prep. She got overly excited and would not settle and lie down. Brad explained we weren't communicating well with her on a dog level, so to get that communication kicked in to gear, he actually started our session not with this problem, but with making sure she would not dash out the front door when it was opened. This was to establish that we were in charge and what was expected of her. What he showed us how to do worked like you wouldn't believe. It was like a light bulb went off for our girl. What we did affected everything after that. It wasn't about dashing out the door, it wasn't about begging for food, it was about knowing what was acceptable in our pack and to look to us for direction. That night, at dinner, she went to her "spot" with a simple direction and was relaxed during our entire meal. She can now be directed to her spot and will stay quietly any time we need her to. Best of all, she seems truly relieved that she doesn't have to be in charge and that WE are. She is much more relaxed around so many other things. It gave us so much more confidence! I didn't think that what Brad taught us would work. It's quite counterintuitive. But trust me, it worked like magic. This is not dog training - it's communication with your dog. Brad answers all your questions, doesn't waste your time, shows you clearly and directly what will work. We're so thankful we found him!
