Empty refrigerator for last couple weeks?
How discouraging to say the least from set store.
Sanford L.

I am tired of traveling to this store to see the same results empty refrigerator for Vital Food, keep asking the manager and hear the same story this week. I wonder when this week finally arrives cause made my last trip time to start going to Petco or Pet Supplies also carry's the same food, but this place was closer, and all I do is waste my time and gas. BYE!

His hair after the salon. When we brush him, that's how much hair came out.

My Yorkie had an " service " at Aventura location. I paid extra for Essential pampering package. His nails didn't even cut on the front two feet. When we came back home after I brush him I attach the picture how much hair come out. The bill was $58. minus $2 (points) It's ridiculous. I do not recommend do not bother to go there.

My wife dog.

Grooming Dept. My wife dropped her Poodle off this morning for his grooming .appt. on Sat. 6.25.22 @ approx. 1100. When she went to pick him up and this is what he looked like. She asked for a "lambs cut," but it looks more like a blind person doing a hatchet cut. It's needless to say but my wife is very upset. She went off on the manager and grooming dept. employees. Whomever the groomer was that tried to cut his hair should not be working for PetSmart. This person reflex's on the store and this review will be seen by customers who shop there. My wife will never, ever allow this groomer to cut her dog's hair ever again..

I had my yorkie girl groomed here yesterday. When I picked up my dog; o picked up a dog who resembles tramp from lady and the tramp. They cut her face hair way too short. It is choppy and uneven. I called yesterday was told I'd receive a call back but never did. Today I called again only to be told I could bring her back for them to fix it (cut MORE off, really???) or get 50%off the next groom. When I stated I was unsure if I'd use them again (this was the first and last) she replied "well is there anything else I can do for you?" rudely. Well, Kate, now I want my money back. You'd think by paying the upwards for $50 for a groom for my $700 dog, the last thing you'd want to be was rude.

Hey Petsmart, Look what you did to my dog and even forgot to mention it to me. Poor baby is in a lot of discomfort and pain. Please don't do this to other dogs too. As for me, I am not bringing her back

Awesome, awesome experience for me and my dog Big Daddy…read more my big, 2.5 yr old boy was going crazy when new people came around. He was jumpy, it was hard for me to control him and it was offensive to others because he weighs 65 lbs. i like fixing things, so we put ourselves through training with Mike & Champion Dog Training. At the first lesson i was excited and felt great leaving, but during the first week i was scared to enforce because doggie was sensitive to the collar. Mike gave me a little pep talk over the phone and we made it to our 2nd lesson. I cannot get him into a down/stay using force, Mike says Im soft on him, but he's doing great with everything else we learned. Stay, Stand, Sit, Heel, he's a very smart boy & im very proud. We have continued practicing even after completing the 4 week course. I now feel confident I can control him and there has been a shift in Big D., like he knows I expect more and is waiting on my que. Even his dog walker said he has really improved and she did not know he was training.

The professionalism, honesty, and expertise of Fritz and his team are unmatched. My dog is everything they promised, obedient, confident, and extremely well-trained. He transitions seamlessly from being a loving family companion to a reliable protector when needed. We can't thank Fritz enough for bringing our incredible protection dog into our lives. From the first phone call with Fritz to the moment we brought him home, the entire experience was professional, honest, and deeply personal. Our new addition to the family is more than just protection, he's family. He's gentle and loving with our kids but instantly alert when it's time to work. The level of training and confidence he has is unbelievable. You can tell he was raised and trained with real care and purpose. We are beyond grateful for Tim's support, guidance, and expertise with our beloved rescue dog,…read moreFiona. Using positive reinforcement methods, Tim has trained Fiona and also equipped us, Fiona's parents/owners, with the skills needed to continue the work on our own after our training sessions. While we've worked with Tim for help around specific behavioral concerns with Fiona (i.e. fear of men, dog/leash reactivity, adjusting to newborn baby), he's also provided us with a thorough understanding of how we can apply the same or similar positive reinforcement techniques to other problem areas. The skills and corresponding education we've learned through Tim are invaluable. Tim has never shamed us for not knowing or doing, nor has he ever demonized Fiona, something we unfortunately experienced with providers before him, and he always offers hope and encouragement. He also offers more of a "long-term" solution to Fiona's behavioral issues, rather than other behaviorists in the field who could only offer "bandaid" remedies that were never effective for long. We will always use Tim and A Dog's Best Friend when it comes to Fiona, and any & all future pets along the way. We are forever in gratitude!

A Dog's Best Friend was recommended to me by my vet and it's been the best decision I ever made for my Pepper. Tim is a world of knowledge, friendly, extremely professional and forever patient when it comes to teaching not just my puppy but me. He's always accessible by phone. He's been so helpful the few times I've been having a pet emergency, I don't know what I would have done without his calm assurance. The key is to remain consistent, and listen to what Tim teaches. Since I've put my puppy on a regular training schedule, I've gotten so many compliments about her! Before, everyone would complain about my super hyper puppy that was a borderline menace with how much she wanted to lick all my guests. Now, all my family and friends are amazed at how calm she is, and how polite and well behaved she can be. They can hardly believe it's the same dog! And she absolutely LOVES Tim. She knows she's going to have a lot of cookies when he's around. I couldn't ask for a better trainer and I have a lifetime ahead of me where I'll gladly be calling Tim for my current puppy Pepper and all the puppies to come after. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of a trainer.

I have never worked with a deaf dog nor have I owned a bull terrier. Let's just say my life completely changed. I went from 2 dogs I have had for 15 & 16 years who were complete angels, an American staffordshire and a black lab to hell on wheeeels. She has been kicked out of day care, kicked out of doggie academy programs and weekend warrior programs. I have taken several training courses and classes, with no major impact. I have changed my lifestyle for this cute yet satanic creature. Yes, her nickname is baby satan. Overnight she started showing nervous signs of aggression --- again she is deaf and startles so easily. Holly and her trainers have turned my precious little baby monster into a working dog. She knows about 15 hand signals. I never thought I would be the type of person to send my dog off to summer boot camp but wow it really worked. She stayed a little longer than the 21 days but again she is hearing impaired and her breed is extremely stubborn. Even with that watching her work with the trainers brought tears to my eyes. She actually wants to focus and complete her tasks. Holly has showed me how to work with my 2 year old doggie and she took such amazing care of the training and handling of us both. I'm also not a local anymore and I had to search for someone who was able to handle this delicate situation. I plan on working with dog training academy of south florida for any other pup I rescue. Thanks guys. For giving me my life back and putting us in sync. I wanted my rescue to be happy and still be her but a better version of her. I didn't want to break her spirit. Holly understand that. Thanks guys.

The trainers use positive reinforcement training which in my mind is the only way to go. My dog absolutely adores going to "school" can't wait to get to his obedience 2 and agility 2 classes. The trainers truly care about teaching both you and your dog the correct way to become a "team" in a positive way. The longer we go there the better my connection has become with my little guy. The facility is indoors, air conditioned which in South Florida is a major positive. They offer boarding and a variety of private and group classes --- obedience, agility, tricks, animal acting, puppy classes, and even camp for puppies and teenage puppies! Their prices are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend the DTASFL.
